Emperor William was worried. Although the Principality of Wilhelmsborough had managed to destroy one of the world's most pervasive nations and add their territories into their new empire, there were problems in the world which the Emperor could not ignore. Alliances were falling apart as nations seeked to escape the restrictive bonds of membership. No longer were countries of the world working together in unified blocks to protect and defend their common interests. It was reaching the point where it was every nation for itself.

This scenerio raised a considerable deal of alarm amongst the Emperor and his Joint Chiefs. They could see the damage that was taking place. The GASN had been dissolved, as had the Dominion Commonwealth. Questers had mobilized its forces, and had called upon its allies in the Questarian Commonwealth to assist them in a war against Automagfreek.

None of these issues had any direct baring on the Wilhelm-Hatarian Empire. However, all this recent talk about alliances had brought Emperor William to the realization that his nation was considerably isolated in the world. Sure, it had allies in the United Dominion, and whomever was ruling West Corinthia on a given week, but these were neighboring states, and it made sense to maintain good relations with one's neighbors. What Emperor William wanted to do was acquire allies and support from all over the world.

And so, Emperor William sat in front of his laptop considering who to contact. He considered Questers, but then he realized that if he allied with them, they might try to bring his nation into their conflict with Automagfreek. Then, he remembered the nations that Wilhelmsborough fought alongside with during the war with the Hatarian Empire. The Emperor smiled. They had worked well before. Perhaps they could do so again!

The Empire seeks to create economic, political, and military alliances with these nations, although the last two are the most important to our government. As you are a new country on the world stage, we believe that exchanging embassies would be a bit premature. So many nations are born every year, but a lot of these states don't make it past the stumbling stages before they collapse or fold. But in time, providing that your state still exists, we will seriously consider an exchange of embassies.

We are, however, interested in your offer of mutual defense. If you are willing to come to the defense of the nation should it be attacked, then the Wilhelm-Hatarian Empire will come to your aid should you too be attacked. We will not unconditionally however, support any attacks you may make on other nations, be they justified or otherwise.

The President had not slept since the Nuclear Strike. His Military was nonexistent his people wiped out. Yet his Government had managed to survive. His memories from his escape of the Capitol were vivid. Those huge plumes of cloud rising up between the choppers. It would be a memory not easily forgotten. He still hoped that his country would survive, but his hopes were small. "Sir" The Vice President had entered the Room, "The Corporate Alliance has requested your Immediate Surrender". The President dismissed the man from his office telling him to do nothing. He New their was only one Nation that could help them out of this situation. "Get Emperor William o the Phone, and tell him that we are requesting Military aid".

Minister of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations Geddy Lee had arrived at Yalta International to meet the representative from Calizorinstan. As he pulled up to the VIP section that had been warded off, he saw the VB-70T Valkyrie jet.

The Minister raised his eyebrows. "That's one hell of an aircraft design!" he said in an impressed tone.

Finally the limo came to a stop, and Lee climbed out of the vehicle. He scanned the area for a moment before his eyes came across one man who looked out of place. The man was listening to a radio, and Lee paused to hear what exactly was playing.

"Skynard," the Minister said with a grin. "He's got good taste in music, that's for sure."

Lee walked over to the man and greeted him.

"Mr Macked?" the minister smiled "I'm Minister Geddy Lee. Welcome to the Empire." He extended his hand.

"I'll be escorting you to Livadiya Palace to meet with the Emperor."

He pointed to 4 MIG-31 Foxhound fighters fueling, with the pilot's talking to each other and he said "They are the only escort jet's that'll keep up with this thing ( he jerked his thumb back towards the VB-70), I'm ready to go, is this the limo that'll be taking us..."

Sir Otto Blum, Foreign Minister of Rodenka and advisor to the king sat looking out of a window on the specially equipped and luxurised 777 that was provided fro travel to other countries. slowly, the plane taxied into position and prepared for take off. the flight would take several hours, Blum knew; he would probably spend some time reading the dossier on the Wilhelm-Yatarian Empire, and the rest sleeping. He sat back as the plane finally roared down the runway and into the evening sky.

The modified Concorde, bearing the roundel of the Ezaltian Forward Air Force and escorted by four F-119 Banshees, touched down at the Yalta airfield and wheeled across the tarmac. The Ezaltian diplomat, Sir Wallace Exavier, stepped out and donned a tall top hat. An enormously fat man, he was outfitted a a tweed suit, read bow tie, and a fine linen shirt whose button were taking a fair amount of strain. Escorted by a single, lithe guard in a dark two-peice suit, Exavier adjusted his pince-nez and greeted Geddy Lee exhuberantly. "Hello, my good sir. How's the old empire coming, wot wot?"

John Macked turned around to greet the Ezaltian's and said "I am John Macked the Calizorinstani delegate, I arrived in this VB-70T, which cruises at Mach 3.0, so it was a quick flight, I am glad to be here, my nation has had ties with Wilhemborough for a while.."

Sir Wallace shook Macked's hand vigorously. "Sir Wallace Exavier. A fine aircraft, although if I may say, I think my Concorde is more luxurious...? Ah well, no sense comparing crumpets and scones at a buffet. We hadn't had relations with Wilhelmsborough until the Hatarian war, which, if I might brag a bit, we were the first to join.

"We fought our part of the war excellently, don't you know, taking Hong Kong and killing or capturing nearly a million Hatarian soldiers with less than 300 casualaties on our part. We came out of the war wiith Brazil, also, so we can't complain at all. Not to mention we killed Galaxia in Shalrirorchia, but that's beyond the point. We officially became allies with WIlhelmsborough at the Amorconference, and have maintained close relations ever since."

He then produced a brushed gold case with "W.E" engraved in the lid in excessively fancy handwriting. Opening it, he produced two long cigars. "Care for one?"

John smiled and nodded and took a cigar and lit it and said "Your Concorde sure is fancy, but we have more parts for the VB-70, plus we refitted the pilot and co-pilot seats with leather, and put bunks in the back, we've only known Willamsborough since last year.." He smoked his cigar looking thoughtful...

Exavier lit his cigar with a matching gold Zippo and shrugged. "Of course, old chap, but do are your passenger seats heated and have massage functions? Does the larder cook you a seared swordfish steak upon request, and is there a bottle of Dom Perignon waiting in an ice bucket by your seat, and...."

Exavier went on and on, waxing eloquently about the endless comforts of his Concorde, most of them, unsurprisingly, having to do with food.

John smiled and said "They have heat and massage functions but as you see, the middle is a bit cramped for a galley..., anyhow we bought this instead of a Concorde because we have improved it to be quiet at supersonic speeds, thus no noise complaints..., the bunks are really like rooms ya know?, they're comfartable beds.., anyhow I don't think Calizorinstan and Ezaltia have met too much in foreign relations..." He smiled and started reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince...

Geddy Lee looked over at the black stretch limo.

"Yep that's our ride!" the Minister grinned. "I hope that it's to your satisfaction!"

As Minister Lee was getting Mr. Macked settled in, he didn't notice a very portly gentleman approach. So one could imagine his surprise when he suddenly felt his right hand jerked in a random direction.

He quickly turned and saw that a very fat man was shaking his hand.

"Hello, my good sir. How's the old empire coming, wot wot?"

Under normal circumstances, Geddy would have yelled at the man for accosting a complete stanger, and a government employee as well. But the Minister's ears honed in on the man's accent, and he quickly realised that he was speaking to an Ezaltian.

Minister Lee surpressed his surprise and greeted the gentleman.

"Our nation grows stronger by the day, and wishes to continue doing so with close friends at its side!" the Minister smiled. "Good day to you sir! You must be the representative from Ezaltia! Yes, the Emperor was expecting you! He will be pleased to hear of your arrival!"

Geddy stepped back as the Calizorini representative John Macked engaged the Ezaltian in conversation. After a few moments of listening to their small talk regarding past conflicts, the Minister spoke up.

"Gentlemen, we will have plenty of time to catch up on past events. But for now, how about we go to the palace?"

OOC: I was Hatarias ally after the initial rebuilding, then the Blubs decided to attack. We tried to negotiate a treaty and the Blubs were cooperative, Hataria wasn't. Due to their stubborness everyone abandoned them, nuclear war followed and you knwo the rest.

The 777 circled slowly as the pilot got into contact with the control tower.

"Yalta Tower, this is Königlicherflug-2 carrying minister Sir Otto Blum, seeking permission to land at Yalta Airfield."

OOC: Sorry for taking so long guys. I've been juggling work and bartending class. But I'm going respond to everyone's posts right now, in one long post.

The Air Traffic Control Tower radioed back to the airplane from Aurum Domus.

"Permission granted, AD612. Please land on runway three."

The Head Air Traffic Controller watched as the plane made its final approach. Not one minute after he had given the Domusian plane permission to land, a second plane came into and relayed a message to the control tower.

"Yalta Tower, this is Königlicherflug-2 carrying minister Sir Otto Blum, seeking permission to land at Yalta Airfield."

The ATC raised an eyebrow. There sure were a lot of foreign diplomats showing up today. But it wasn't his place to interfere in the realm of politics.

"Permission granted, Königlicherflug-2. Please land on runway three. Your escort will be waiting."

Meanwhile, Minister Lee was just about to climb into the limo with the diplomats from Calizorinstan and Ezaltia, when suddenly his cell phone rang.

"Just a moment, gentlemen." he said to the diplomats sitting in the limo. "I must take this call. In the meantime, help yourself to the minibar."

The Minister of Diplomacy and Foreign Relations walked a few feet from the vehicle and answered his phone.

"Yes? Speaking. Can this wait? I'm quite bus- what? More? Well...yes, no, I'll wait for them. Thank you."

The Minister hung up the phone and walked back to the limo.

"Gentlemen, we're going to have to wait just a few more minutes. We have some newcomers to the show."

Overhead, the planes from Rodenka and Aurum Domus started to land.

Geddy stepped back as the Calizorini representative John Macked engaged the Ezaltian in conversation. After a few moments of listening to their small talk regarding past conflicts, the Minister spoke up.

I was not aware of any restriction against My nations alliance making ability. I have already inquired the Nation of Urcea on the Matter. She clearly allowed my nation to form alliances. The nation of Urcea is being extremely unjust to our Nation. If Yalta airport will allow it, we will continue the landing cycle.

For the second time that day, the Head Air Traffic Controller raised his eyebrow. Now there were nations attempting to block others from opening diplomatic relations?

"Urcea, you're going to have to be more specific about what the Order of America has done, if we are deny them landing clearence." he replied in a firm tone. "Otherwise, I will clear them. Be quick about it because they're arriving in about five minutes."

Meanwhile, 120,000 feet over the Black Sea, the pilot of an EB-180 Stargazer, suddenly heard a blip on his LADAR. Turning to his scope, he was shocked to see that there were ten individual hits.

He quickly radioed a nearby E-3 Sentry AWACS.

"AWACS, this is Sansenoy-5. I'm tracking 10 signals heading on a course directly for the Black Sea."

The Sentry radioed back. "Sansenoy-5, this is AWACS. We're not tracking anything on RADAR."

The Stargazer pilot was dumbstruck. "But I can see them on my LADAR screen!" he said.

"Then they must be stealth fighters." replied the Sentry radio operator. "We'll tell Headquarters about this immediately."

"And I'll redirect Saber Wing to intercept," replied the Stargazer pilot. "Over and out."

Two minutes later, the Saber Wing, which consisted of seventy-two F/A-35 Talons, changed course from its scheduled patrol along the edge of northern Turkey, and hit their afterburners to catch up with the foreign aircraft before they entered the Black Sea. They were flying at an altitude of 100,000 feet however, so if they had to intercept the stealth aircraft, they could just come down right on top of them.

Meanwhile, the WRAF had just recieved word of the potential intrusion. General of the Air Force Salazar Sherman quickly ordered all the AA networks across the peninsula to come online. Then he rerouted two squadrons of Su-37 Terminators to meet the unknown aircraft. Like the Saber Wing, the twenty four aircraft hit their afterburners to get there sooner.

Meanwhile, General Sherman had hastily called together a conference of his top Air Force Advisers.

"Who could this be?" asked a Lieutenant General. "West Corinthia? Groznyj?"

"Couldn't be." responded a Major General. "According to these latest reports from the Black Sea Patrol, those aircraft were coming directly out of the southwest. And if it was West Corinthia or Groznyj, we would have tracked their aircraft taking off on LADAR! These jets come from an entirely different country!"

Just then, a Colonel walked through the doors.

"Gentlemen." the Colonel greeted. "I've just recieved some unusual news from Yalta Air Traffic Control. They say that the nation of Urcea has ordered them not to accept the diplomats from Order of America."

There was silence throughout the room as realization began to sink in.

"Urcea isn't too far from here." said General Sherman. "In fact, it's actually-"

"Directly southwest to us." finished the Lieutenant General.

The General of the Air Force jumped from his seat and ran out of the conference room. His senior officers followed closely behind.

Sherman burst into the communications room, causing the men stationed at their posts to jump in surprise. But Sherman didn't notice. He was all business.

"Patch me in to the designated leader of the Terminator squadrons!" he shouted at a radio operator.

By now, the twenty-four Su-37 Terminators were getting closer to the intruding aircraft. The leader could just barely make them out on the horizon.

"Spider One to base. I'm just beginning to come into visual range of the intruders. It's difficult to see, but I think they could be F-22s or F-35s. Considering the stealth factor, I'd have to deduce that they're F-22s."

The base sent back a reply that Spider One didn't expect. "General Sherman is on the line. He wants to speak with you."

The pilot raised his eyebrows in surprise, but his expression was hidden under his protective helmet. The General of the whole air force? He wants to talk to me?

"I'm ready to recieve him, sir."

Immediately, the deep Liberian accent of General Salazar Sherman filled his ears.

"Patch me in to those fighters you're approaching, son." said General Sherman in a calm but extremely serious tone. "I want to speak to them directly."

Speak to them directly? What good would that accomplish? But Spider One did what he was told and switched his radio to a frequency which the fighters could hear.

"Communications open, sir."

There was a pause. Then the General started to speak.

"Attention, foreign aircraft!" his voice boomed. "This is Salazar Sherman, General of the Air Force for the Wilhelm-Hatarian Empire! We are assuming that you are from the nation of Urcea, and that you intend to stop the jet from the Order of America from landing at our airport! Well, my friends, your presence here is unwanted and unnecessary! We'll make our own decisions regarding who we choose as allies, and we don't need other nations influencing our decision making process!"

The General continued. "Know this! Nothing has been set in stone between the Empire and the Order of America. No formal alliance has been created. The Emperor and myself are well aware of the mistakes that the O.O.A. has made in its short existance, and that will be considered in the decision to establish an alliance. We are going to hear what they have to offer."

The General took a deep breath. It was time to end this. "Leave now. Or we will have to use deadly force to make you do so."

Meanwhile, the seventy-two F/A-35 Talons of Saber Wing were coming in overhead. Should the foreign fighters refuse to turn back, the Saber Wing was prepared to swoop down on the ten jets and knock them out of the sky.

The Minister of Foreign Relations stood patiently as he waited for the aircraft from Rodenka and Aurum Domus to finish their descent and land at runway three.

The F-22s turned back, due to the fact that OoA no longer exists and that they were ordered to to prevent an incident.

Air force 5 of the OoA Government: Permission to Land?

OOC: We have been up here for quite sometime

General Sherman and his Senior Advisers watched in surprise as the Urcean jets suddenly turned around and headed back the way they came.

"And...that's it?" said the Lieutenant-General in disbelief. "The General talks tough and they turn and run?" He laughed. "Well Sir, you thoroughly intimidated them!"

The Major General spoke up. "How on earth did you do that sir?"

General Sherman grinned. "Irish diplomacy, men. Irish diplomacy."

"But, you're not Irish, sir." the Major General pointed out, uncomfortably.

The Liberian General grinned harder. "No, but Emperor William is. He's the one that taught me how to communicate in that manner."

The Lieutenant General smiled. "But have you told anyone to go to hell and made them look forward to the trip, sir?"

General Sherman burst into laughter. "No, not yet. But with a little more practice..." he trailed off as he remembered that he was still on the clock.

He turned to the Colonel. "Contact Yalta International. Tell them that the plane from the Order of America has been authorized to land."

The Colonel gave the General a crisp salute. "It will be done sir." With that, he hurried over to a communications station to relay the message.

5 minutes later...

"Air Force 5, this is Yalta Air Traffic Control. Permisson granted. Please land on runway three."

The modified C130J descended slowly and landed at Yalta. Foreign Affairs Adviser Jack Thomas stepped out of the plane and into the waiting APC that would take him to the terminal to meet the representatives of the Empire. The APC arrived at the terminal and Jack walked out and shook the hands of the representatives.

"Greetings, I'm Jack Thomas, pleased to meet you."

Minister Geddy Lee was waiting as Jack Thomas exited the aircraft. As Thomas's feet finally reached the runway, Lee walked over. Thomas saw him and stuck out his hand.

"Greetings, I'm Jack Thomas, pleased to meet you."

Lee smiled and shook his hand. "Geddy Lee. The pleasure is all mine."

He turned to the other diplomats nearby. "These are the representatives from Ezaltia and Calizorinstan. They're coming with us to meet with the Emperor. But we're still waiting for the representatives from Rodenka and the Order of America to arrive."

The Minister looked around. "Still, we are low on time, so if they don't show up soon, we might as well just head on out. I hope that they show up soon..."

Ambassador Kong was sitting in his luxurious office sipping at his evening cup of coffee when aloud thump interfered with his drink. He contacted the cockpit telling them rather loudly to control there flying. The Captain humbly apologized to the Ambassador, and informed that they had landed. While this was happening the Copilot informed the passengers of the landing Procedures. The Ambassador new the procedures well and immediately stepped off the plane. He walked down to ground level were his private Body Guards stood waiting. Behind the Guard sat a Vehicle of obvious luxury. The Ambassador had a very fine taste in cars and could always tell whether he was Going to enjoy the ride.

OOC: I'm not sure if you got the whole point of the war, but I don't allow this.

OOC: Your delegation to Wilhelmsborough. I need to approve your delegations, and I don't give my approval for this.

OOC: No one ever told me about approvals. You see now we are right back where we started. I was accepted into this conference long before our terms ever occurred. I would like to point out that if you are so concerned perhaps you should attend the Conference to, so as to ensure that Ambassador Kong does not get out of line. Also I do not think that this applies as an embassy or an alliance, but when I am preparing to put the OoA's name on a piece of paper I will let you know.

Geddy Lee saw the OoA representative and hurried over.

"About time you got here." he said in a polite, but sighly impatient voice. "The other diplomats were getting bored. Now, I must insist that you quickly load your things into the trunk and climb into the limo. There are now four diplomats here. I'd say that's good enough for now."

With that, Ambassador Kong was hurried into the limo as his stuff was loaded into the back. The whole process look four minutes.

Minister Lee climbed into the limo. "Everybody's seatbelts on? Then off we go!"

With that, the black limo began its drive out of the airport and towards Livadiya Palace where the Emperor was waiting.

"I'm good John but this tension between Urcea and The Order of America is troubling. I hope we can settle it once we arrive."

Jack opened a mini fridge in the limo and pulled out a soda.

"You want one John?"

Sir Wallace settled his considerable bulk into the soft leather chair, adjusting his seatbeat to account for his corpulent belly. The minibar, he was delighted to see, contained a bottle of Jack Daniels and a small tray of ice. He quickly fixed himself a generous drink, smacking his lips richly after a sip. "Most excellent," he proclaimed loudly.

Minister Lee grinned at Sir Wallace's candid statement about his drink. "I'm glad that you're enjoying it, sir. And there will be plenty more once we reach the palace."

Lee reached over and pulled out a bottle of Bombay Sapphire from the Minibar.

"And as for that issue with Urcea and the OoA, well..." he frowned as he poured himself a drink. "Such matters will also be dealt with. And taken into serious consideration." The last sentence was directed towards Ambassador Kong.

The Limo was now passing through Yalta City Center. Out of the right side of the vehicle, the passangers could see the looming Crimean Mountains. To their left, lay the Black Sea itself. At that moment, they were passing the Sea Promenade along the water.

They would be arriving at Livadiya Palace in twenty minutes time.

The Ambassador was shuffling loudly in the Refrigerator when he felt the words of The Minister sink into his head. He wracked his mind trying to find an appropriate response. He turned around and stared at the Minister for a moment, he then began to smile. "Of Course", He said, " I agree that this tension is troubling, but I do not beleive that any of you quite understand how unjustified Urcea is. That Nation was responsible for ruthlessly murdering Millions of our people. Urcea is a war-mongering nation, always ready to jump into the fight, and throw caution to the wind. I would very much like to make peace with Urcea, but if not for the peaceful negotiations of my nation we would be in the middle of another horrible war. Perhaps one day we will make peace. As always my nation is fully prepared to do so.

"I'm good John but this tension between Urcea and The Order of America is troubling. I hope we can settle it once we arrive."

Jack opened a mini fridge in the limo and pulled out a soda.

John grinned and said "Yeah, it is troubling, but luckily..." He popped his soda open and said ".. It's far from Calizorinstan, I'd like to resolve it though before it get's on our front door.."

"It is a terrible shame, the atrocities that one man can inflict on another." he said. "However," he looked the Ambassador right in the eyes. "there are people out there who work for the good of others. Urcea has committed some terrible atrocities, but I'm quite sure that there are nations and people that are willing to stand up to such tyranny."

The Limo drove out of the City Center. Before them, on a hill, was Livadiya Palace. For the foreign representatives, their journey was almost through.

John sat back in the limo and suddenly a video ringtone with Potter Puppet Pals showed up, which he quickly hushed, and stopped himself from laughing and it was his President, giving report's on the U.K.2 visit, and saying that he could go over to visit Willium and Emily soon which as soon as he hung up grinned, knowing that Alex would go with him.., and he smiled and said "We're getting closer to our destination it seems.."

Ambassador Kong nodded his head in agreement. Then He pulled out his Carrier Pigeon and began reading emails and such, when his mouth dropped in horror. "The President", He stuttered. He turned to the Minister, and said," Urcea has just bombed the Presidential Manor of the OoA.

OOC: How, per say, did it get on your PDA? Remember, Maldorians did destroy your country's power lines, power plants, etc.

Ambassador Kong nodded his head in agreement. Then He pulled out his PDA and began reading emails and such, when his mouth dropped in horror. "The President", He stuttered. He turned to the Minister, and said," Urcea has just bombed the Presidential Manor of the OoA.

At long last the ride was over.

The limo carrying the representatives from Aurum Domus, Ezaltia, Calizorinstan, and Order of America pulled up to the gates of Livadiya Palace. After the guard checked the driver's ID, the gates were opened, and the vehicle entered the personal domain of the Emperor.

As the limo climbed the hill, they passed a line of M1A1 Abrams Tanks and Humvees carrying Active Denial Systems and Long Range Acoustic Devices.

"We use those to keep protesters and other bad apples from jumping the fence and causing problems in the vicinity of the Emperor." Minister Lee explained.

They made the final turn. Liyadiya Palace stood before them, a structure designed in the Neo-Renaissance style of Architecture. It was composed of white Crimean granite and each side of the building had a different facade to it. The Limo was pulling up to the East Facade, attached to which was a Florentine tower.

The limo pulled up to the entrance. They had arrived.

The driver stepped out and hurried around to open the door for Minister Lee and the representatives. Meanwhile, couple of baggage handlers had opened up the trunk and were loading the diplomats' luggage onto a trolley. They would be sent through an X-ray and checked by drug and bomb-sniffing dogs.

As for the reps themselves, they were led in through the front door of the palace where they were met by security. After being run through the x-ray and sniffed by K-9 units, the diplomats were cleared to see the Emperor.

Minister Lee, along with a small armed escort, led the men through the palace, passing through rooms constructed in different architectural styles. They ascended a flight of stairs and kept walking until they reached a large pair of oak doors at the end of a hallway.

Minister Lee, stood in front of the door before the representatives.

"Gentlemen, it's time to meet the Emperor" he said.

The doors opened up to a spacious office. Right in front of the door, at the other end of the hall was a large maple desk. Standing to the right of the desk was General of the Army Nicolai Trotsky, and Admiral of the Navy Vittorio Augustine.

And sitting at the desk was the head man himself. The leader behind the whole operation. The Emperor of the Wilhelm-Hatarian Empire: William Kennedy (http://www.klp.kiev.ua/music/steve_vai/steve_vai.jpg).

Upon seeing the foreign diplomats enter, the Emperor immediately stood up and walked around his desk to greet them.

"Gentlemen!" the Emperor smiled. "Welcome to the Empire, and welcome to my home! I'm glad to see that you made it here safely."

He looked around at each of them. "Would any of you men care for a drink?"

It seemed a favorable deal in Necropolis-the imperial capital of Amazonia. Alliances were always favorable, and avoiding war to flourish in its absence-especially with other strong bonds-was something that could be utilized well. It was quickly convened in the imperial capital that the deal would be done-not like it had to be convened in the first place. What the Emperor said, went...and this case was no different.

Jack walked over to the Emperor with an outstretched hand.

"Hello Emperor, I'm Jack Thomas, foreign affairs adviser for Aurum Domus. How are you today?"

The Emperor shook the hand of the representative from Aurum Domus.

"It's good to meet you Mr. Thomas!" the Emperor grinned, then proceded to answer his question. "I'm doing quite well, thank you. And I hope that you're the same."

He looked behind Thomas at the other three diplomats. "In fact, I hope that all of you are well!" he said.

John Arnold walked forward and said smiling, shaking the Emperor's hand "Hi Emperor, I am the new foreign minister of Calizorinstan, Col.John Arnold, my predecessor elected to re-join the military, so I was called in, and I happen to be the son of the President of Calizorinstan. How are you today, I am well. I would like Root Beer if you've got it to drink please."

Ambassador Kong had long anticipated meeting this Man. Emperor William Was obviously one of the Most powerful men in the world. Ambassador Kong filed in line behind the representative From Calizorinstan to Meet the Emperor. The Ambassador held out his hand for the Emperor to Shake and Said, "Emperor William, it is a Pleasure to Meet You. I am George Kong, Prime Ambassador of The OoA. I look forward to discussing the ongoing Crisis in my nation along with other Issues from around the World".

The Emperor shook John Arnold's hand.

"Well met, Mr. Arnold." said Emperor William. "I hope things are well in Calizorinstan, and I also hope that you're treating the 5th Fleet well! As for that root beer, yes we can get you one..."

The Emperor turned to face the Ambassador Kong.

"It's good to meet you, Mr. Kong." he said as he shook the man's hand. There was a noticeable change in the Emperor's tone. He was being serious now.

"I have been following Urcea's actions in your nation, and quite frankly," his voice began to rise. "I'm getting quite sick of turning on the news and seeing the name "Urcea" splashed across the screen in big bold letters!"

He looked at the four diplomats. "The crisis in the Order of America is just one of the things that we will address, and come to a solution to, within the course of this meeting."

The door opened up again. In walked servants carrying leather chairs. They set them before the foreign representatives.

"Take a seat gentlemen." said the Emperor, as he walked around his desk. He sank into his black leather recliner. "It's time we started this meeting."

Ambassador Kong took a seat directly across from the Emperor. He sat back in the comfortable chair and asked the Emperor which topic they would be discussing first.

Emperor William took his seat.

"Right then," he said. "I suppose that it's time we got to why I've invited you all here today."

The Emperor leaned back into the leather seat. "The reason why I've invited you here today is because I am extremely worried about the state of affairs in the world. Alliances are collapsing as nations no longer wish to be bound by the rules of foreign organizations. The Black Sea Patrol saw them coming, and sent a force to dissuade them from getting closer. Fortunately, they got the message, and fell back into their own territory."

The Emperor shook his head in disgust. "They enjoy bullying people, but put on a show of force, and they retreat like the cowards they are." He turned to the diplomats.

"Gentlemen, nations like Urcea are the reason why I wish to establish mutual defensive pacts with each of your countries. If you agree to this, then we pledge to come to each of your nation's aid should anybody attempt an invasion of your shores. You only need to promise that you will do the same, should a similar situation befall us."

We can negotiate with the Emperor and then, after the Ambassador leaves, you can find out that your government has already made a better deal, at which point you can call the Emperor and say that the deal's off. Urcea has decided that, on this issue anyway, that the pressure was just too much.

They have made the Order of America sovereign again, as well as giving them all of their North American US Mainland territory (except for a slice into New York that extends from New York City to Albany).

Order of America has also signed a Non-Aggression Pact with Urcea.

The motion to set them free was started by, you guessed it, Julius Nero the lesser. He has become a real popular candidate, because of his actions and not his words.
