The Londinian Broadcasting Group (LBG) is British Londinium's response to the great international news networks of developed, powerful nations, as well as British Londinium's attempt to promote public diplomacy and soft power. Founded in 1922 by the Wireless Telegraphy and International Media Act, the corporation employs 104,900 individuals with a budget of 79 million denarii. The LBG places particular focus on nations that British Londinium interacts with frequency.
The LBG is an independent hybrid between a public corporation and a private corporation, run by LBG Trust. LBG Trust operates to ensure that the LBG is held accountable to the regulations of the Londinian Broadcasting Quality and Standards Board, in addition to ensuring journalistic excellence and fulfillment of the LBG's core values.
Throughout the years, the LBG has been embraced by the people of British Londinium, and it is viewed with a great British Londinium of pride and patriotism; indeed, the LBG has become synonymous with British Londinium in dozens of nations, becoming a key national institution in British Londinium through its well-earned reputation as a disseminator of objective, reliable information and high calibre programming.
Our values:
Trust is the very foundation of the LBG and our reputation: we shall strive to be independent, impartial and honest.
Audiences shall be the crux of any programme.
We find honour in delivering quality and value.
Creativity is the heart and soul of the LBG.
The LBG shall be united in diversity to provide the best, most unique programming.
We are one as the LBG: great things happen when we cooperate.
Our purposes:
to be the most creative, respected news agency in the world.
to enrich people’s lives with great programmes and services provided from the LBG.
to inform, educate and entertain the people of the world.
to make engaging digital content and services available on a wide range of digital platforms and devices.
to promote the values necessary to the continuance of a civil society.

Interviews? Why do people like interview threads so much?
Lorkhan has considered your offer to exchange broadcast rights, and have come to the decision that despite our vehemence towards British Londinium's recent military campaigns, we remain respectful of the nation's international prestige and feel we can learn much from one another diplomatically.
Lorkhan will allow LBG to air on our channels for a temporary contract of six months. We will review LBG after this six month period and again offer another six month trial. We will be judging LBG on ratings and broadcast material, and after one full year we will decide whether or not to make the network permanent. This temporary trial will allow us to censor what ever media we choose with or without warning or explanation.
We request that LBG dub their broadcasts to Lorian-Norgetale. If assistance is necessary, we'd be more than happy to aid you with dubbing your programs.

And say, would you mind covering something in my nation? My internal affairs minister is looking for a suitor. I'll give you the details a little later.

The Internet Ministry of Culture
The Internet gladly welcomes the Londinian Broadcasting Group and stands ready to transfer the broadcasts over the worldwide network.
Internet's capacity is sufficient to stream media in any resolution, as long as you provide the servers. Unfortunately, due to our hard financial position (zero budget), we're unable to provide them on their own, but for sure can advertise teh channels.
Of course, by our recently scribbled constitution, everything must conform to it, here particularly to rule #34. Is any of your programs at least borderline compliant?
Unsigned,
Anonymous A., the minister of Internet culture

Our website and streaming media is hosted by Londinian servers and is completely free to the public. Unfortunately, the closest we come to Rule 34 compliance is LBG Cinématographe, a movie channel, which occasionally show more...explicit films from 0100-0300.
We would be honoured to provide service to "teh Internets".

To The Londinian Broadcasting Group,
The Honakon Free Media Express, by far the largest non-governmental run media company in Honako, has found in a recent customer survey that of all the international broadcasting groups, yours, yes yours, is the ones our viewers most desire to see on there TV screens!
There is most demand for the children’s and mixed-genre entertainment channels, though we feel that currently it would not be very beneficial to open up a whole channel for your network. However, we would like to give you a trial basis on Channel 5, our lifestyle channel watched crazily by the young, elderly and unemployed, which in recent months has seen a 40% drop in ratings which we are looking to revive. Therefore, if it can be done, we would like to broadcast a selection of shows from the following channels you own at the following times on Channel 5 of the Free Media Express:
LBG Four: 06:00 - 10:00 (am) Weekdays; 6:30 - 11:00 (am) Weekends
LBG One: 12:00 - 17:00 (pm) Weekdays; 13:00 - 17:00 (pm) Weekends
LBG World: 00:00 - 5:00 (am) Weekdays; 00:00 - 6:30 (am) Weekends
We hope you accept and this is the beginning of a long working co-operation between our two networks! If you become very popular, the entire Channel 5 will be devoted to your broadcasting!

CEO of Honakon Free Media Express Inc., Based In The City-State of Honako Inc.

The Internet Ministry of Culture
Of course, just the existence of some Rule #34 compliant material on LBG Cinématographe is sufficient. Actually, nobody believes in these rules, but they are being kept for the traditional value.
The Internets will broadcast the programs around, informing ones yet unplugged of the LBG channels. We hope this cooperation will bring much rofl to both of us. For those among the Internet public illiterate in recognized languages, we'll surely help to provide subtitles in 1337, enhancing outreach.

I would like to extend an offer to the Londinian Broadcasting Group to come and operate in the Empire of the Wolf. To The Londinian Broadcasting Group,
It saddens us to inform you that after a long record (RL one month) of broadcasting select shows from your network on the Honakon Free Media Express Channel Five, which were incredibly popular, the government have shut down our studios, newspaper offices, radio stations etc. - the list goes on. The new Socialist government has returned to the old ways of Honako and made all of the media government run or influenced.
Sadly, this means Honako, for now, must be pulled off your list.
Marcus Ball,
Former-CEO of Honakon Free Media Express Inc., In Exile In The Outskirts City-State of Honako Inc.
(OOC: Had to do it because it wouldn't make sense with the fact that my new Socialist government has shut down all free television, for the time being...)

The USSY would like LBG channels to be broadcasted in our nation.
We will set aside an office space of a former Fortune 500 company that has been liquidated for tax fraud. The building has sufficient satellite, radio, and TV antennae to be used in broadcasting a major network.
The list of channels we would like broadcasted are as follows:
TV:
* LBG World
* LBG One
* LBG Two
* LBG Three
* LBG Four
* LBG Five
* LBG Finance
* LBG Weather
* LBG Parliament
* LBG Military
* LBG Cinématographe
* LBG News24
Radio:
# LBG Global Service
# LBG Radio 1
# LBG Radio 2
# LBG Radio 3
# LBG Radio 4
# LBG Radio 5
# LBG Radio 6
# LBG Radio 7
