A drought has prevented the growing of much needed marijuana thoughout this tiny nation. The masses are enraged and are demanding that the government provide them with marijuana from the reserves. The problem is, there ARE no reserves, and the possibility of a civil uprising is growing everyday.
I am appealing to the international community of nations which support the use of recreational drugs, to send humanitarian weed expeditiously. Even my own bong is stale and lonely.
