The Third Chitzi War (ATTN Pudu)

New Chitzeland
27-06-2007, 02:44
"It has been how long since we were abandoned?" Senior Revolutionary Director Admiral Thomas Amherst said before the other Directors within the darkened chamber that was the Presidential Palace. The eleven men, which, long ago, had staged a coup against the insane President Copeland, still maintained a loose power over the wartorn and devestated country.

"I've lost all track of time," Rev. Dir. General Travis Norris whispered. The chamber was silent. All nodded agreement.

"Those damn Wanderjarians," Amherst spoke up. "They brought this upon us, and hadn't the damn courage to fight a bleed along side us to ensure the "Democracy" they wanted so badly for us was maintained. And look what happened? We are a divided nation now. Split into god knows how many sections. We made a promise to the people that we would see them through this. That we would make things right again. And we have failed." With that, he took a seat in a large leather chair in the corner of the immaculate and well furnished room.

The Presidential Palace was more akin to a museum than a Government building. Artwork adorned every spot upon the walls, and the entire building seemed to breathe with an air of aristocracy. It was one of the few buildings unharmed during the various wars which had ravaged the land.

"I vote for war," One man spoke up. He was Rev. Dir. Field Marshal Richard Jackson. "I vote for another war."

"Are you mad?" Shouted a Director from the darkness. "Have you no knowlege of our inability to conduct an operation currently? We can't feed half our people! We can barely maintain order in the streets! In fact, we can't maintain order in the streets! We only hold the city of Providence anyhow!"

"Yes, but we can get it back. The Wanderjarians and their GASN cronies left us with enough materials for a sixty day offensive against East Chitzeland and their Pudite overlords. If we use the materials wisely, we could potentially drive the Pudites back. They haven't enough troops in the area to fight off an army of seventy million. We could do it."

"I agree," Spoke another Director. "What have we got to lose? We have little currency left in the treasury. Soon the entire state will collapse around us. At least if we attack and lose we can say that we tried. If we do nothing, we have truly failed the people."

"I too agree with this," Thomas Amherst spoke up. "Very well then. Let it come to a vote. All in favor of action against the Pudites, say "aye"." The vote was cast, seven in favor, four against. The Chizis were reigniting the flames of war.

"This will take much planning," Amherst stated. "To do it properly, we need to know the extent of the Pudite defenses and their capabilities. It'll have to be done in one fell swoop. I propose a mass armor offensive driving right into the heart of Locke, followed by our Infantrymen."

"Though the details shall be left to our Junior commanders, I believe this is our best, and frankly only option for war," Rev. Dir. Field Marshal Jackson replied. "Perhaps if we cut them off from their ports, we can force their surrender." Murmurs of aggrement echoed throughout the room.

"Very well then," Sighed Amherst. "Begin having the Commanders mobilize for Operation Blue Storm."

Northern Command
North of Providence, New Chitzeland
1800 hrs

Soldiers, if you could really call the peasents conscripted into the army by merely accepting a kalashnikov rifle "soldiers", patrolled the outer perimeter of the palace. Several million of the Chitzis Army were volunteers with years of experiance fighting against the Wanderjarians, the Pudites, the Kravenites, Kravanians, and the Parthians, among many others. However, dozens of the millions of soldiers which made up the police force and the outer wall defensive force of Providence, maintained constant vigilance in the heavily fortified entrenchments surrounding the entire city. Every man aged fourteen until he was unable to carry a weapon any longer, had to do a month on month off rotation in the trenches.

The trenches were constructed of concrete, with heavy bunkers every hundred yards. Barbedwire stretched around the entire perimeter, as did massive minefields except in exit routes along major roadways which the military could use to move out of the city.

Field Marshal Petri Milosevich was placed in command of the entire Combined Chitzis Army and Airforce. He was within his personal Command Bunker, observing Northern Command, the Front along the Northern border of the city.

"I am impressed," He spoke to his aide, who shivered beside him in the cold as he walked beside him. Frost covered the ground, and lightly, white snow fell gracefully to the earth.

"Of what, sir?" The Aide asked curiously. The aide was a Colonel in the Army, who had shown himself both courageous against the soldiers of the Northern Colonies in the initial Coalition invasion, but also as a competent staffer. Thus, he was the Field Marshal's aide and personal Body Guard.

"Our men. Though almost none of these men have formal military training, they have over time become quite good and disciplined soldiers. I feel confident that they will perform amiably in combat."

"As do I sir. What is this I hear of a new offensive?"

"Yes dear Colonel. Accompany me back to the Northern Command bunker, and we shall discuss it further. I need your assistance to make it work properly."

"Aye sir." The Colonel replied, and followed his Commander back to the compound. It was a massive underground fortification. Troops not on trench duty outside slept in one of the hundreds of barracks, or rested in the several mess halls and gymnasiums which were allotted to give the troops free time.

The Field Marshal's office was deep in the heart of this fortification, adjacent to the Northern Command General's office. Upon entering, they found a relatively spartan room, aside from a Chitzis Flag, a desk, several chairs, telephones, and a pile of papers which needed reviewing.

"Operation Blue Storm." Milosevich said after several moments of silence. His piercing blue eyes stared into the Colonel's, forcing him to avert his own to the colonel's olive drab metal desk. "Is the Operation to retake East Chitzeland."

The Colonel stared back at Milosevich bleakly. He had to force himself to not allow his jaw to drop.

"Sir?"

"Yes. The Directorate has decided that it is time to attempt to force the invaders from our lands, and unify again. Hopefully, this time we'll have more success than the previous."

"Indeed. Do we have the ability to launch an operation of this sort?"

"Yes, actually. You see, the Wanderjarians had left us with enough supplies for a sixty day offensive into East Chitzeland. They'd hoped that we'd be able to support their own attempt to take it from the Pudites. Well, since they lacked the stomach for a war, it appears that we were left alone.....with their supplies. Left parts for our armor and aircraft, and supplies to fuel all of them. We can do this. And we will."

The Colonel nodded. Taking a deep breath he looked back up at the Field Marshal. "When does this begin? The mobilization?"

"Now."

Democratic Christian Socialist Republic of East Chitzeland, Divided City of Providence, The Providence Wall
Where Pudite Field Marshall Dmitrei Gagarin stood now, a year before there was nothing. Today, he was in the center of a massive military hub. A concrete defensive wall ran for miles under his very feet, and behind him stretched a small city of prefabricated concrete bunkers and converted civilian structures. The only movement to be seen on this, the eastern, side of the wall was the uniformed march of the jackbooted East Chitzeland Christian-Socialist Guardsmen, echoed in the distance by the less albeit less numerous but far more fearsome, Pudite Praetorian Guards.

Alternatively, opposite this distinctly Orwellian scene, there stood a normal, prosperous free city. Where Field Marshall Dmitrei Gagarin stood, was the Providence Wall. It stretched not only through this, the capital city, but north and south through the near center of Chitzeland, to the sea at both ends. All along scenes like this were obvious. Military bases were established along the wall, to better defend the simple structure, as well as to supply a more secure garrison point.

The result was a stretch down the middle of a previously peaceful and prosperous country, stretch of concrete and gravel.

Today, Dmitrei Gagarin stood on this wall not out of a joy of watching how his stated enemies lived, but out of a responsibility to decide how they died. Field Marshall Gagarin was the commander of the Praetorian Guard legion deployed to Chitzeland, and more importantly, was the head of a team of advisors to the East Chitzeland Christian-Socialist Army. Millions of men waited at his beck and call, all that was required now was to decide what to do with them.

Ever since the final seizure of power in the East, the Emperor, and his puppet, President “Copeland” in the Democratic Christian Socialist Republic of Chitzeland, has looked west. The divided conquests of petty warlords and so called “liberated” areas of what was now West Chtizeland could not be seen as a unified force. Slowly, as conflict and cost had forced the occupying forces of various other nations away, the Dominion had only been growing in strength.

Fully two battle fleets of the Imperial Navy sat anxiously in port, in Yuri and Zarzor, respectively. Their patrols and aircraft kept the entirety of the ocean surrounding Chitzeland under surveillances. Overhead too, Imperial presences were felt. Whole divisions of aircraft were based in the central cities, fighters, naval bombers, ground attack planes, and strike bombers. All variety of aircraft plied the skies over this tiny piece of the Emperor’s Domain.

As of late, the Dominion of Emperor Pudu had come into a rather disproportionate number of high-intensity international conflicts, and so for the first time since the initial invasion, the periodic enlargement of the garrisons had ceased. The final count of the Pudite Imperial forces in-country counted a full Mechanized Army Group of the Imperial Army, as well as Gagarin’s Praetorian Legion, accompanied by thirty-two native divisions of the East Chitzeland Christian-Socialist Army.

Field Marshall Gagarin stood at an imposing seven and a half feet tall, aided to his heights by decades of genetic modifications and physical training. His body, beneath a thick layer of matte-black armor, was a sculpted image of a Greek athlete. His face was angular, with a wide nose and thin lips. A face that said, primarily, ‘shut-up’ to all whose gaze passed over it.

His long black trench coat was draped over the massive ceramic and kevlar shoulder pads of the armor, it’s non-descript appearance being more a status symbol than a means of warmth, or of displaying medals or ribbons, of which he bore none.

Under his wide arm, he held a helmet. In his other hand, he grasped the handle of his Class II Assault Rifle, which was wired into his suit above the wrist. Other than the rippling of his coat in the wind, he stood absolutely still, his steely brown eyes surveying the territory before him…

Suddenly, Dmitrei Gagarin turned about, his long coat thrown up about him as an HVC-02 gunship on patrol along the wall made a low pass, the Field Marshal strode down and off the wall. Passing through the concrete village, he wound his way to a small, non-descript bunker, nestled in a whole series of identical twins. He stepped inside, his eyes instantly adjusting to the low light provided here by a single, long fluorescent bulb handing over the table the dominated the interior.

Seated around this table were a series of similarly intimidating, grim, and square-jawed individuals. Gagarin simply leaned over the front of the table, his hands resting on layers and layers of maps and briefings on various locations and units, and said, “It is beginning…”

The whole room just stared, their blank faces clearly coming to the realization their commander had met long before.

“We are not alone…”

General Pyotr Fedetinko was the commander of the Chitzis Logistics Corps. Within his office in the Central Command Center in downtown Providence, a makeshift HQ built in an abandoned Warehouse, he spent many hours each day studying reports on weapons availibilty, factory RPD (Rate of Product Distribution), and various other tasks which he felt necessary.

However, this day was different.

He'd recieved a letter from the Revolutionary Directorate itself, signed by all members, stating

"We are about to begin the project of Chitzis Reunification. With the help of every man, woman, and child in New Chitzeland, we shall drive the invaders from our lands and bring ourselves back together. We cannot do this however, without the most important piece to the puzzle: You. You, General Fedetinko, will be the man to make this happen. You must organize and prepare our forces for this epic struggle, and ensure that they always have what they need. We need you to know that your name will be remembered by all Chitzis for all time, as the man who brought this country back together. Are you ready?"

He was. A hard working and experianced man, he knew where to begin too: the Armory.

Knowing what they had availible was the key. He needed to know every piece of equipment that the Chitzis Army, Airforce, and Navy possessed in order to be able to adequately provide for this offensive.

"Lets see here, lets start with something easy....infantry weapons." He began to pull out a data base of all known infantry weapons. He decided to begin with assault rifles, and discovered that they possessed, seven million AK-74Ms, two Million AK-74SUs, with the shortened muzzle and folding stock, five million AK-103s, Five million RPD Light Machine Guns, five million PK Heavy Machine Guns, one million PPSHK heavy machine guns, one million GP-30 grenade launchers, thirty million Tokarev Pistols, and three magazines of ammunition for each weapon in the inventory. While he knew that many people brought their own weapons into the Army, as many people owned automatic weapons, those were the weapons which the military officially claimed.

As for Infantry fighting vehicles, the military claimed six hundred thousand BMP-3s, ten thousand BTR-152s, one hundred thousand BTR-90s, and eighty thousand BTR-94s.

The Chitzis tanks were next on his agenda. He found that they possessed four million HT-64s, four million LT-30s, and two million FT-12s.

Aircraft were next. He looked through the mountain of files and found that they possessed. Beginning with helicopters, they now possessed twenty thousand Mi-17s, fifty thousand Chitzis mad AH-12 Gunships, and fifty thousand HLH-30 transport helicopters. As for fighters, they had ten thousand F-20 Albatrosses, and fifty thousand A-25 Attackers. Bombers included twenty thousand B-65 Grizzlys. The airforce had remained relatively unharmed during the Coalition War and the wars following, as had the Navy, thus it was in fairly good shape to fight the Pudites.

The Navy was completely intact after all the conflicts, and as such, was more than ready to take on the Pudites. There were five battlegroups, each possessing ten of each class of ship, aside from Carriers, which only had two per battlegroup.

The classes included:

Tarantula Class Command Battleship
Length: 315 meters
Beam: 28 meters
Draft: 18 meters
Armament: 6 20” guns, 2 18” guns, numerous anti aircraft and missile systems, mines
Displacement: 98,000 tons

Zion Class Destroyer
Length: 160 meters
Beam: 20 meters
Draft: 9 meters
Armament: 6 14” guns, anti aircraft and missile systems, mines
Displacement: 40,000 tons

Halo Class Frigate
Length: 100 meters
Beam: 11 meters
Draft: 4.5 meters
Armament: 1 9” ‘repeating cannon’, anti aircraft and missile systems, mines
Displacement: 13,000 tons

Gigasanic Class Carrier
Length: 380 meters
Flight Deck Width: 90 meters
Beam: 52 meters
Draft: 25 meters
Armament: 110 aircraft, some anti aircraft defense, troops, mines
Displacement: 129,000 tons

Bealle Class Light Carrier
Length: 130 meters
Flight Deck Width: 38 meters
Beam: 16 meters
Draft: 10 meters
Armament: 28 aircraft, some anti aircraft defenses
Displacement: 20,000 tons
It should be noted that this carrier is normally used for the role of VSTOL/Helicopter Carrier nowadays, and most of its hull is made out of wood. About two thirds of the hull above the water level is armored.

Python Class Attack Submarine
Length: 90 meters
Beam: 12 meters
Draft: 12 meters
Armament: eight torpedo tubes, cruise missiles, antiship missiles, mines
Displacement: 9000 tons

Anaconda Class Ballistic Missile/Attack Submarine
Length: 145 meters
Beam: 18 meters
Draft: 17 meters
Armament: eight torpedo tubes, 24 SLBMs, mines
Displacement: 17,500

Piranha Class Patrol Submarine
Length: 44 meters
Beam: 7 meters
Draft: 5 meters
Armament: two torpedo tubes, mines
Displacement: 1450 tons.

With the inventory taken and accounted for, he could begin harvesting the resources to fuel this mighty machine for this new war. One which, god willing, they would emerge from victorious.

Plus about 5 divisions per year+50% exponential growth-retirement of units 20 years old.
The entire agreement (Post 686) was that you get control of 90% of the divisions I train, while 10% serve a tour of duty as HOI contractors...

For simplicity: 400 Divisions? (Mostly logistics, with 10% combat rated)
About 8 million troops. Nearly a million able to serve as frontline armor/infantry.
Then there atre your own 9 to 60 million man National military...

A lone BMP rumbled across an old and weather beaten road deep in the dense woodlands to the west of Providence. Though they never found anything, this patrol with its infantry squad escort was felt to be a much needed first warning in the event of the highly anticipated "Big Push" by the East Chitzis and the Pudite invaders.

The unit leader, a Lieutenant by the name of Oscar Dimitri rode in the troop transport section of the APC, studying his map of the locale. The area was confusing and easy to get lost in, especially with the perpetual darkness which seemed to hang over the area in the wake of the nuclear holocaust which had annihilated portions of the country. The sky was not "Black" per se, but rather a high shade of grey held itself forever over Chitzeland's skies.

"Anything out there?" He radioed to his platoon Sergeant.

"Nothing sir, as usual."

"Very good, keep moving. We'll stop for the night soon."

"Roger, out."

"Dimitri out."

Back in the Logistics Center in Providence, the Logistics Officer General Pyotr Fedetinko had finished his inventory, and resource procurement for the offensive. His job was essentially finished for the time being. He sent his files to Field Marshal Petri Milosevich, acknowleging the finishing of his assigned task. To prevent knowlege of the operation falling into the wrong hands, he merely stated this without any idication that it was anything more than routine. Milosevich smiled. He knew the Pudites would be monitoring them, and should this letter fall into enemy hands, they would be sadly dissapointed. As such, he could feel secure in moving the troops closer to the border. They already had forces relatively close to it, and if they could move the rest of the initial assault force closer, it would make things so much easier.

Within a few days they would be ready. Necessary materials were already being sent to the appropriate places, tanks being loaded with fuel and munitions, and aircraft readied to take on the Pudites. This would be a war to remember for ages. The death toll on both sides would be astronomical, he knew this, but it would be worth it. Oh how it would be worth it.

War was coming. And soon.

(I'm just making this realistic man, since I can't automatically make a war lol. Thus, within a few hours I'll post an attack unless you'd like to make a post of some kind first.)

"Dark clouds hung in the air over the lands of Dominions. The Storm was approaching. An abrupt silence was soon to follow the Storm's wake.

"Farewell mortals, your God has awoken," the Storm spoke towards the living creatures of the ill-favored land. Now the Storm will descend upon the pathetic land of the living, and wipe it from the very brow of existence.

In this, the two Dominions may become one once more."

~Excerpt from the Book of Kane

It had been some time since Chitzeland was ever a worry. In the years of struggling for the Dephirian Empire, Chitzeland was nothing more than a state of Dephire. However, Chitzeland gained respect amongst Dephirians and were assimilated into the Empire as a full. When speaking of Chitzeland, the Dephirians only speak of the lands given to the Dephirians by their allies in the war that had ravaged the Chitzeland landscape long ago. These lands were the Northern Swamps of Chitzeland. New Louisiana was the name given by Jonathan Vega for the newly acquired land, and thus it stayed. Much had been done to improve the living quality, such as redirecting the swamp water and building cities. New Louisiana had also been a former manufacturing site for the notorious Dominator Class Rail Cannon and Stonehenge Class Rail Cannon, but the DCRC and SCRC had long since been decommissioned and considered illegal.

There had also been several internal conflicts within the Dephirian homeland. The Great Civil War was still lingering onwards, reaching it's third year. Just when peace was eminent, a curve ball was thrown. In a massive terrorist attack, Jonathan Vega was seriously injured. Nearly three hundred thousand foreigners were killed in the attack. Amongst the dead were also Godsends Jane Romanov and Coronado. Within hours, war was declared upon Lone Wolf, or Former Briska. A dark and sinister man by the name of Kane was the leader of said terrorist cell. The war waged long and hard, but came to a devastating end when Kane emerged from Hell's Gate with Vega's dead corpse in a body bag. He told the shocked onlookers that Vega was assassinated by Unit 8, and in his patriotic actions, he slew all of its members. However, the truth would never be known.

Kane changed Dephire to become more self-aware to everything that was going on in the world. He promoted to build better defenses and stronger offenses. Kane also pushed for economic growth and introduction of religion and social welfare. However, his ambition was still high even after his take-over of Dephire. Without the acknowledgment of his elected council, he ordered his armored divisions to be deployed in New Louisiana. The word from his mouth were short and sweet, "I am the Emperor. Don't defy me".

Old ties still held stronger than ever as Kane looked forward to reestablishing ancient alliances with the Pudites. He hoped that with their help, the Chitzeland people will finally be put to rest. Either that, or the people of Chitzeland not within territories allied with Dephire or the Pudite forces will see to an immediate death sentence for insolence. Kane looked forward to his one hundred thousand tanks to show who the Chitzeland people were messing with.

((OOC: Sorry for making it sound like I'm evil and all, but I have better ways of passing time..such as trying to convince the ADAN to join the secondary war on the side of Gholgoth/NATO.))

1] No war has a 'good' time, and perhaps timed so that the 'major powers' overlook this.

2] New Chitzeland = A guilt stricken Wanderjar that took up the flag
Pretty much this is a war to find out who's puppet Chitzeland shall become.
Pudite, Hurtian, Dephirian, or Wanderjarian?

3] The Hurtians have a much longer standing agreement with the Chitzis than they do with ADAN, or even Dephire. So I'll most likely side with the 'underdog'.* I've neer been one to go with the herd...

-Not a big fan of Gholgoth, at best they are a necessary 'evil' (in the sense that their interests conflict with mine)

*Hurtians occupying large military bases within the interior of your territories may be a risk to your plan. Although the massive ADAN excercise would keep things at a simmer.

Not sure what Dephire gets out of all this, particularily since 'New Lousiana' is actually just a long term lease out to the Dephirian military (another fine print thing in the HOI contract, pretty much allowed for the quartering of land during wartime, and setting up 'occupation zones' immediately after)

Yep, I kinda screwed the Chitzis over... Especially when you start looking at the casualties inflicted to Chitzis under Hurtian command vs Hurtian losses.
(Something between 40% and 80%... 100% being everyone under taking orders from HOI, including subcontracted Leafansi troops in the far west flank)

So I wouldn't hold it against them if it was a love/hate relationship.

On the plus side,

kept the Chitzis out of a Two front war with the Pudites and Parthians (brokered an under the table deal)
revitalized their war-torn economy (gave them jobs as HOI contractors/mercenaries)
managed to cripple the overland Parthian offensive and drive them to the sea
helped prevent West Chitzeland from becoming another puppet nation by recognizing West Chitzeland as a soviegn nation.

(Via diplomatic relations/the HOI contract with all the fine print in invisable ink)

The downside though

The Pudites have an Eastern stronghold
Chitzi contractors are sometimes sent into harm's way and are never heard from again
Ravaged the countryside and at the cost of many Chitzi troops
Partitioned West Chitzeland

Well, not as a 'puppet', but more so controled by you, (from the same person/computer/IP) as New Chitzeland.

Chitzeland is a Hurtian 'puppet' in the regards that I have a tendancy to take manpower from said nation as payment for services rendered (fine print in the contract the revolutionary directate signed), then send them ill-prepared in charachter RPs that involve HOI mercenaries...

Chitzeland is still Chitzeland, just controled by a different person.

Yeah, I imagine the Chitzis aren't too fond of you. As this is all OOC, their plans aren't just to drive the Pudites out. Thats just the first move. Once their gone, they'll more or less politely ask everyone else to leave. Those who refuse will find 100 million screaming Chitzis soldiers storming their borders.

This new war against Pudu is going to be epic though. I have some eighty million troops (Refering to myself as Chitzeland) being ready to send into the fray. Of course, about fifty million of these are combat troops (including Artillery, tanks, pilots, etc).

Its going to be sick.

Back to you though: Since I, as Wanderjar, happen to like you, if they attack you I won't help them. However I would through back channels be insisting that you withdraw before that happens though.

*Looks for last IC post... Waits for the Pudites...

IC:
Recon Outpost 'Charlie'
Along the northern East/west Chitzi border

Aside from the minor skirmish and resaulting second bout of peace talks, the old, somewhat infamous outpost continued training and sending out patrols along the northern border of Chitzeland.

The 'troops' out here were Chitzis trained as HOI contractors, and as such, came equiped with some relatively decent light tanks that were well suited for traversing the former swamps.

The Dephirians, having drained those swamps, have mostly made these vehicles useless, except for patroling the borders, between the Terra-formed "New Louisiana" and the swampy Pudite sector.

A pair of HT-101 IFVs could be seen racing through the treeline, jumping hills, and cutting across established and sunken roads. The crews being anxious to get back to their base for some well desserved R+R.

Being "out of the loop" HOI wasn't informed of the planned offensive, as the Directate has become increasingly disillusioned with their 'knight errants'. A few of the 'hardcore' HOI contractors from Chitzeland spewed the regular HOI propoganda that had it not been for them, they would be either dead or have become Parthian sex slaves... Neither being all that appealing, besides, HOI paid good money for the 'lost generation' of former child-soldiers of the Chitzi civil war to do what they learned to do best, play with guns and help rebuild shattered communities.

The latter part being more commonplace nowdays, bit more drudgery, but more than cnceled out by being issued a LMG and a few thousand rounds of surplus 5.56 mm NATO to burn through their old M-249s as they either patroled the swamps with newer and more powerful 6.5 mm CM-26s or waited for their own to arrive in the mail.

Chitzeland had become a dumping ground for obsolete Hurtian weapons, such as the HTC-108, which had been replaced with the HTA-108 and HTD-108, although not exactly a 12" gun, they still had considerable range.

Likewise, the old RPG-7 and a few pump action modified variants could also be found. t was always a laugh to build a town in the parade grounds, do some CQB drill inside, then set up some RPG-7s and start blowing up buildings to the beat of the finale for the 1812 overture with thermobaric charges, then start over again the next day.

There was even a 'foriegn militaries' class, that studied weapons from the Leafansi market, the tactics of the Pudites, the Soviets, the Gholgoth, and even the corprate alliance, plus every so often, a practice for insertion into a city and assasination/sabotage. For some odd reason, only certain HOI employees could attend such classes, and often, these people would disappear after about 6 months. It was aparent that this was the training and recruitment center for spies, and assasins though it wasn't clear wether these elite troops were loyal to the Hurtians or to the Revolutionary directorship...

Very OOC final thoughts:
60 million Screaming Chitzis...
Last I heard there were 100 million screaming Chitzi.
There were...

The Hurtians were contracted by the Chitzis to help get rid of the outsiders (in return for some form of payment)

It gets difficult to fight the same guys that a few days ago were teaching you how to shoot and covered your flanks.

Kinda like your boss ordering you to kill your co-workers, then giving you an AK-47 and 3 clips.

Wanderjar my dear friend, I suffered the loss of a puppy that I helped nurse back to health.

Hurtful, if that is what you really gave me, then I would have NEVER accepted it. Currently, New Louisiana is my largest territory that is outside of the Dephirian mainland. It was even assimilated into the mainland and is thus a part of Dephire. I do not recall you having any bases what so ever in New Louisiana. What I do recal is the fact that I was entitled to the land. There was no "leasing" of it.

OOC: I'm going to put up an IC post sometime next week, as this week, I have no internet. I had to walk six miles down backroads to find this WiFi spot, and I have limited time. Posting Sunday, at the soonest, although from what I've seen, it's just everyone patroling stuff...

Maybe I'll start the war...

What I do recal is the fact that I was entitled to the land. There was no "leasing" of it.

The land was offered under the pretense that you would base a large contingent of your now obsolete Dominator class Rail Cannons there.

The Parthians weren't getting killed out there for nothing, I had bases, and I didn't give them all to you. (See Parthian firebase raids+border clashes with Pudites)

Many of those bases were converted into HOI boot-camps.

Also, there is a differance between PROHT.mil and HOI.

It was not particularily within my power to permemently give land to anyone. As it is merely an extension of the lease on land offered as payment by the then bankrupt Chitzi government. Thus, when I leave, I'd suggest you'd leave. That or I'd leave New Lousiana to the 100 million screaming Chitzis. Same goes for the Pudites.*

And they are not above commiting the act of genocide. As the Chitzis are nearly as xenophobic as the Blackhelm Confederacy...

*True, I didn't exactly mention it, I just gave you an invalid offer. You bought yourself a lemon, but at least you got yours relatively free, I billed the Pudites for theirs.
(And BHON called me a closet Chamberlain... who's laughing now? *rolls in Pudite money*)

You have to remember, HOI is in cohorts with the Revolutionary Directorship.

Upon termination of said contract, I'd leave it to the Chitzis to decide wether or not to renew it.

On another note, I'm tempted to take my pet cat out back and put him down, he's 20 years old already and nearly toothless...

OOC: Thanks Northern Colonies, but Wanderjar will not officially probably get involved in this conflict until it looks like the Chitzis are going to win. Also, Dephire, you happen to be a close ally of mine. Keep in mind that the supplies the Chitzis will be getting to fuel this conflict comes from me, and you'd know that. ;)

There will be Wanderjarian GSG-9 roaming all over the place, and hell theres even a Spetznaz team in there somewhere that I never recalled, and purposely left in that territory. (I originally called my SF Spetznaz until I decided to make Wanderjar a German nation)
