Sincerest apologies, TAP, but I personally know the leader of The Real Spain (due to my infiltration of his ranks by my spies), and I am almost certain that Fidel Franco is in possession of and threatening to use WMDs against my nation. As I also stated, his political views are in direct opposition to mine. As to your final complaint, I wish to keep the location of my troops secret...for now. :D

We have heard of this event and are prepared to make an official statment. We feel that this is not an adiquite reason to go to war. As for stating that an entire region is behind you, we have followed the Foreign Affairs Procedure of the Shazbotdom Empire and have shot off a diplomatic message to what we would consider the Current Leader of the said Region of Gatesville asking them a question.

The details of this Diplomatic Message that was sent to said nation are not to be released to the public as of yet, so any demands on the Part of The United Socialist States of Googoglopia to retrieve this information will have to be made to the leadership of the Region of Gatesville.

Now that all that is said, we are declaring neutrality until such a time as we feel that our presence is needed, be it for the defence of The Holy Empire Of The Real Spain or assaulting said nation. We are though putting the 4th HAVOC Naval Battlegroup on high aleart and are deploying them just outside the Region of The Alliance of Nations.

Thus is the will of Supreme Emperor George A. Loak and thy will be done.

We have been out of the international stage for a short time due to issues with a medical outbreak that needed our attention. IF we had known about your plite and if it had happened before or after the outbreak of a virus that killed over 10 Million Shazbotdom Civilians, we would have helped, but it happened during that timeframe.

This has nothing to do with a nations political or economic system, it has to do with nations going to war over petty squabbling of their national leaders. Until we have a return message from the Leadership of the Region of Gatesville that will confirm the information we seek, we are to remain neutral. Gatesville supports national soveriegnty, and as such also supports The Real Spain's right to manufacture weapons of mass destruction for its personal defense. We also defend any and all of our member nations who are unduly attacked, and are not averse to preemptive strikes. However, Googoglopia did not obtain the sanction of the Gatesville High Council before issuing its declaration of war, and therefore Gatesville will remain neutral in this conflict and respect Googolopia's sovereign right to be militarily "corrected" by any larger nations who wish to step in.

However, as a member of Gatesville, the nation of Googoglopia is still to be respected as a member of the largest player-created region in the game and any blatant or outright disrespect on the part of any of the participants will be dealt with swiftly and efficiently. That is all.
