On this glorious day, June 25th in the Year of our Lord 2007, in the Great Palace of the Messeanic Planes located on the remote Royal Colony of Eborall, a joyous occasion is to be celebrated. With her family at her side and the best doctors present, the Royal Mother gave birth to her third child twelve years after the birth of Princess Elisa. With the sun shining through the great crystal windows of the palace and a cool breeze whistling through the grass, the young prince was brought into this world with a healthy and bright future ahead of him. However, at this time, his name has not been released to the media, though it has been promised to be forthcoming.

Despite being and remaining a mystery to the public, the Royal Father did the deed again and brought headlines to the nation's newspapers. Though second in line to the throne behind his sister and in no real condition to rule for long with his brother soon to ascend when he reaches the age of twenty, the young prince has the royal blood with him and the crown ahead of him.

To celebrate this great day, the Royal Family is throwing a banquet and festivities for the next moon open to all foreign dignitaries. Eborall welcomes all with open arms to the events.

As I type this letter, I am filled with great joy at knowing of the birth of your son.

It is my with my fondest congratulations that I enclose a hand-made rocker, commissioned by myself and made of the finest woods available to us, with gold leaf detail, and rubies and emeralds embedded within the woodwork. All maintainence for the product shall come directly from my personal funds, as a further gift.

I am also delighted to announce that I will be attending the banquet, along with a guard from our Imperial Guardsmen. I look forward to seeing the young prince, and yourselves. A steady recovery to the mother, may you suffer not too many sleepless nights!

Today it has been revealed to the media the name of the young prince. Advisors to the Royal Family have said that while the name is non uncommon, it does comes from a mix of languages that have blended to form this unique spelling.

His name shall be Lawrenzo. However, reports have indicated that he has taken to responding to the nickname 'Law.'

I am over joyed to hear that the birth of a royal son has gone well.

It is at these times, when nature blesses us with children that we must celebrate, Congratulations. A new member of an esteemed royal household is always a cause for celebration, and it has been our intention for some time to open some form of diplomatic relations with the Dominion. Despite the recent threats on his life from anti-religious groups, our Prime Minister is currently on his way in his jet to greet the young Prince himself. It is not a particularly sensible gift for a baby, but as befits our military heritage, he bears something for Prince Lawrenzo's teenage years; a pair of custom-designed revolvers, courtesy of Diaghilev Armaments. The revolvers are inlaid with silver, contain black pearl grips, and take .44 Magnum bullets should the Prince ever take up marksmanship as a hobby.

Prime Minister Strong will be accompanied by a small unit of personal guards, measuring sixteen in number. They come bearing rifles, shotguns, sidearms and I believe also a pair of heavy machine guns - this undoubtedly seems rather excessive for a diplomatic visit, but bearing the recent threats on his life in mind and that he will be outside our borders, it is merely necessary.
