OOC: This takes place after the Secret Council meeting.


IC:

Psystralia, Kampfers' new protectorate, was to undergo a major Kampferian Core Alliance construction project. One undeveloped coastal area the size of a medium to large city was to be claimed for Kampfers and its core alliance. Eventually, it would be a fully functional autonomous military base for the nations of Kampfers, Wagdog, Vetaka, and Honako. It would house divisions of the nations' armies, air forces, and navies. Working crews were being brought in from all the nations, as well as Psystralia itself. Primary construction at the begining would focus on the harbor, then the airfield. Once the base was complete, the build teams were going to construct factories that would produce ships, planes, and ground vehicles for the alliance base.

OOC: I still wanna know why I wasn't included in this Secret Council.

OOC: Do you need my army to provide security to the construction zone?

OOC: In short, because you were one of the UFAN members that didn't have some sort of alliance conflict which might explode anytime soon (at least IMO). In that sense, you were actually lucky; Kampfers being New Prussian Empire and Honako being ADAN, both of whom I've been close to war with in the recent past for various reasons (most centered on North Calaveras and Strator). The Secret Council is a "fallback" alliance drawn up should UFAN ever implode, as it briefly threatened to no thanks to The Fighting Stars nuking Vetaka :headbang:, and in any case it can be expanded. In short, give us a bit to work it out and I think you'll be the first added; after hearing Kampfers'/Vetaka's/Honako's opinions of course.

IC will probably come tomorrow since I'm a bit on the sleepy end to post much. We'll see, but I figured a heads up was in order everyone.

Although we're most interested in this base, it being an excellent way for us to diversify and expand our military sphere, we're unsure what forces we can send at present due to other commitments. Once we have a clearer idea, we'll make what basings we may of course. In the meantime, we'd be happy to send however many civilian engineers the Psystralians would require to complete the project. May we ask what the current progress and labor requirements are at this stage and time?

Currently, work is beggining on the harbor. Any assitance you can give will be well appreciated and compensated. No military is currently needed to gaurd the facility.
