Greston

The president finally had time to rest. It was hour after hour of inteligence, and issues on the UF thing, and now they had a population problem. The Republic of Greston was getting over populated. Soon they would have the birth of their 600 millionth child. Greston was too small to fit this. They needed land. And that thought sparked another one, one he didn't like. Calling a cabniet conference for a solution.
Cabniet Conference, 12:33 AM
"We have an enlarged population that is growing by the minute. If this keeps up soon we'll have to deport 100 million people. We need land. I don't care how we get it, we just need it." remarked John Ushler, one of the seven Premiers, "I agree with you," stated Premier Lyle Gutted, "But if you think about it, no one is selling land right now, our only chance of getting it is to conquer another nation and make it a colony. What is so bad about that?" The president leaned back into his chair to the point were it could've fallen, and he put his hand to his chin and spoke, "That's a good idea." After he stated that the group knew the conference was over and stood up and made orders for the national conference to start.
National Conference, 11:32 AM
As is traditional in Greston before the first mission of a war is to be brought out a conference must be held. First the head Premier must speak, then the president, then the General giving the course of action. The people of Greston were not surprised to hear that yet anothe war was comeing their way, this was the second (third they don't know about one yet) war this week. It was time for Premier Lyle Gutted to go up, and as he walked up, the SSA set up the mike and his sitting position. Sweat was leaking off of his brow. This was his first national conference being as he was just elected in. To hold in his stress he squized on a his tissue in his hand. He took a sip of water then began his speach, "Hello ladies and gentle men, I am Head Premier Lyle Gutted, hear to speak with you that we have found a solution to our enlarged population problem," a slight cheer errupted from the crowd for a second then they got quite again so he could finish his speach, "We have figured out that no one is selling land right now so our only hope is to conquer someone, and that someone is Latin Byzantines. There is no hard feelings agianst them, we are only in need of a small nation that has a small military anad enough room, and they fit into all categores. So for more infomation on this I will hand the mike to President Michale Check," he took a second a touched the talking device in his ear, " Oh I am sorry but the President can't make it. So we will skip to General Hale's speach." General Hale stepped on to the stage and began his speech, "Hello, we have no exact course right now but we suppose it will be easy, and it might possibly be peaceful." He then walked off the stage as well, he was in an angered mood, he had no time to plan since the pres wasn't there.

We of the Republic of Greston have a large population, to large to fit here. So we are in dire need of land. It was either buy it, aand no one was selling, or take it forcefully. So we had to do the second optoin. Through serius disgutions we have decided your nation was our best bet. We are sorry, it is for the good of Greston. If you do not want to be humiliated in battle we could settle it peacefuly, saving much bloodshed. Please do it peacefuly.
"As a warning we are to send our occupational force, our shore protection fleet, two companies of Jaguars, 5 companies of TM-3s and our major naval fleet. They are to do no damge until told. Do you understand?" Yelled General Hale to his mission officails at Quarter Hull, the biggest military base in Greston. "We want to scare them first and maybe there will be no war."
Jast, Greston
"The crowd is accumilating, as you can see, hundreds and soon thousands are gathered protesting againsst the sudden action move. If you listen closely you can hear them chanting," "No War! No War! To Soon! No War!" "There you have it folks." he then paused the screen. In the center of the TV was a reporter, and behind him thousands of people protesting the war. "How can this be! Get them the hell outta there!" "No can do Mr. Premier." "Oh hello, mr president, how are you? Can you believe this shit! They are disagreeing with your authority! You know whats best!" "Damnit Mr. Johnson, but if you disagree with a democracy, then you sure as hell can leave. There will be so much more room. Now all I have to say is that I want you to keep track of telegrams from LB and allies. Once you get them send them straight to me. Got that?" "Um, um, um, y-y-yes sir." "Good."
