Aliquantus has begun a second day of testing south of the Lambert Colony to prepare Aliquantus as a nuclear weapons capable state.
Top scientist Jannine Amarula said the large team working on the project were doing their "level best" to finnish testing on schedule as weather and native protesters had delayed them two days ago.
The project was today praised by Minister of Aliquantus Coventina, saying "the project had not oversteped the budget, yet the expectations where met". Marchioness Minerva, Viceroy to Foreign Countries gave her praise and noted the strugle towards nuclear power "We have to look towards tomorrow, today a nuclear capable nation may become hostile and it is better to deny UN resolutions than to not exist at all".
'Cause For Concern'
The Ministry of Defence and Foreign Office have stated concern about nations wanting to deny Aliquantus nuclear capability. A spokeswoman said "the project may cause international tensions, it may mean that other nations are more inclined to ally with us, we have to wait and see".

The missile testing has begun, the project will end with 'live' testing, launching the missile and then to launch and detonate a warhead. The project leaders have yet to decide where to detonate it.
