**Joint International Communique from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defence)**
The Commonwealth of Tolvan will officially hold its first annual Fleet Week two weeks from today (NS time).
Naval vessels from all over the world are invited to attend two weeks of public demonstrations, guided tours, and conference hosted by the Tolvanic Naval War College to discuss the future of naval warfare.
Also, Tolvan will be relaxing its immigration laws for the duration of the event to allow foreign citizens to join in the festivities.
Participating navies must fill out the following form prior to sending ships to take part:
Name of Nation:
Number and classes of ships deployed:
Current hostilites: (ships from warring nations will not allowed to be in contact)
Relationship with Tolvan: (if any)
In addition any nation with civilians expected to attend are asked to provide a rough estimate of the numbers coming.
Note that all visitors and naval personnel are subject to Tolvanic law and any violations of it may be grounds for deportation or imprisonment if convicted of a serious crime.
