To keep up with the rapid growth of diplomacy around NS, the Kiravian Empire will be opening its doors to foreign ambassadors, diplomats, and envoys.

Each accepted nation will receive a building on International Avenue in Capital City, Kirav. Each building can house up to 10 vehicles and 50 people, with full utilities. Security will be managed by the Empire, but a certain number of guards may be brought by the ambassadorial crew.

There are 50 embassies currently available. Please inform the Kiravian Secriat of Foreign Affairs before making alterations or additions to the Embassy. Property is on loan from the Empire, not owned by the guest nation.

No heavy artillery or other Weapons other than small-scale firearms or blades.

Only Diplomatic and Security personnel and their families are permitted to reside in the Embassy. Personal Guests may stay up to 30 days only. In event of Unrest or Emergency, nationals of the Guest Nation are permitted to occupy the Embassy.

All Exotic Items of the Nation, brought by the Envoy, (i.e. drugs, plants, animals), must be contained within the EMbassy.

No more than 10 security-oriented personnel are permitted in the Embassy. Exception given to a nation currently in conflict with multiple entities, or experiencing foriegn/domestic unrest

Allies of the Kiravian Empire are permitted more flexible occupancy restrictions.

Vehicles may not be armed. However, they may be armoured and/or fitted with gun emplacements. Absolutely no tanks. Aircraft included.

The Kiravian Secriat of Foriegn Affairs may extend, alter, exempt, anull, or suspend any of these policies in case of emergency or other circumstance.

There are very few restrictions on scientific research, and such restrictions are aimed at protecting the rights of individuals.

Status of Art & Culture in the nation: The government does little to promote art and culture, nor does it judge or forbid it. Most art--that is, paintings, plays, films, novels, songs, etcetera--are allowed to rise or fall based on their popularity and ability to obtain sales. Private organizations have stepped up to fulfil such roles as rating films for violence or obscenity, reviewing art according to certain standards, and offering grants to the talented.

Status of the Media in the nation: The media is unregulated by the government. This has resulted in an abundance of tabloid-quality news sources that promote fictional accounts of events. However, privately funded consumer-protection groups have risen to verify news sources and endorse news agencies that prove themselves routinely accurate and unbiased. Twafflonian citizens have access to all sorts of opinions, ideas, and information, and they have developed a means (through watchdog groups) of sorting the information for quality and promoting better media.
