President Rosenberg sat on the balcony of his mansion, watching the setting sun. His mind was hard at work though. Recently, a Islamic Radicalist group, the She-Eh-Da, had bombed churches and government buildings across the Confederacy of Camkiya.
"What could be done. I can search them out and destroy them, or I can leave them alone and hope for the best."
One of Rosenberg's assistant's walked in,"Sir, you have a note sent by a man named Al-Kahir Rabad.
The note read:
Dear Sir,
My name is Al-Kahir Rabad. I cannot write much, for I could be killed any moment. I have inside information on the She-Eh-Da. I can be an informant for you, but I will need protection. Please send one of your men to meet me at the Tuna Mart in the port city of Gainesville. On July the 21 at 5 am. PLEASE be there."
The President sat thinking should he do it? He needed to hold a meeting. A meeting of surrounding nations, He had a month before the meeting date at the tuna mart.

By the next day the President had sent a message to each country around Camkiya, he told each to reply with a brief message of the terrorism group in their country and the delegate that woudl be attending the conference.
