"Barley Months into Independence and the restoration project by Aleard a sad event has come. The body of Cheif Kino Turell was discoverd not long ago, in the coves of the Island of Corona. Kino was one of the orginal signees of the AHSCA delceration of independence, back when AHSCA was still under the occupation of foreign forces, prior to the signing of the offical Peace Accords. Kino was last seen going into the hands of enemy forces at dusk. Non of the native islanders have been able to identify the combatons, and many are not willing to speak. Kino nobelly sent his wife, a co-signee of the delceration, into the safety of Kanami's naval forces, vowing to take whatever comes to him.

Following the Peace Accord, Ayla returned to the Island alone and with out her husband and now sadly she will never speak to him again. It is suspected now that Kino has probably died of natural causes, however no autopsy has been preformed yet so there's no gurantee. With Kino's death, a Ayla has now been named the new Cheif of the Island State of Corona. Grand Duchess Shino has called for a day of mourning on all the islands to remember the brave cheif who put his life on the line to be free. The death marks yet another dark chapter, in the history of the islands."

Secret IC: Of course, Kino's death had been wholly the responsibility of the Intellegince-Commissarat of the Totalitarian State of Red Tide... the news that his body had been found was treated with a large dose of disinterest.

"So he is dead..." The General Secretary of the Totalitarian State said to his Ministers, "Issue a statement expressing... actually, dont issue a statement at all. Let them weep."

"In light of the recent news of the death of Village Cheif Kino Turell Kanami has reacted with a great sense of respect and sympathy for the islands. In Carmina Gadalica prayers and Candal Light Vigels have been held. In the small city of River Side people have floated Japanese lanterns down the river and to the see."

Mako Tanazaki, River Side Resident:
"Kino was a true man he proved that by not fearing his enemy and not standing for it."

"Around Kanami people have prayed even had babaques in Kino's honor. Some have observed moments of silence."

CORONA (AHSCA)-In light of the recent death of her Husband Ayla Turell has offically been named the Village Cheif. Under normal circumstances the Candiate for Village Cheif is usually put through a gruling physical and mental test, however the last remaining Village Elder saw fit to foregoe the test, so that Ayla may contiune to work with the Aleardian forces to restore the islands.
