The Amendment proposed:

When a Grand Council is held, and an issue come foreward with information from both sides, there shall be two days (Real Life) discussion on that issue. A third day may be added if Payal or South Thasland feels that it is necessary, as they are the co-founders. Immediatly following the discussion, there shall be a voting session, which shall last two days. If it occurs that 3/4 of CHA members have not voted at the end of the two days, a third day shall be added. The majority vote shall win, excepting in an amendment, where a 2/3 vote is required in accordance with the charter.

A 2/3 vote is required for this to pass.

So, lets say its a tricky one and discussion and voting are extended. This could take nearly a week before we react? Also, where does the RRF come into all this?

This amendment, or the RRF?

Still under discussion, I think. I'll get up a vote on that in a bit.

Nevermind, I see what you were saying now. It's on a case per case basis. If we arn't getting anywhere, Payal or I can add more days.

Yeah i get that, I'm just worried about the amount of time it'll take discussing and voting. Can't these be cut down else by the time we react to a situation the whole crisis is likely to be over...

So the time should be shorter? If so, then we risk having only a fraction of members vote, and the rest being surprised that, for example, we are being invaded. No matter, though, since the amendment was defeated. But if you look, only 5 people voted. If we cut it down further, then we risk only having a few people vote.
