The galaxy is in disstress, the covenant has been split by civil war and renegades, earth has been crippled by the covenant fleet. Yet still others keep fightling, like Master Chief, and the Arbiter now seeing eye to eye have banded to fight there new and old enemys. Others will arrive to mold the galaxy or destroy it. The final line has been drawn in the twilight.

Renegade Prophet fleet: 3 phantom dropships:

ON BOARD DROPSHIP

Prophet of Faith: The other prophets have betrayed us all, we are all the righteousness that is left of the covenant, i will be the arm and you will be the sword. The great journey will continue, we are just making a turn on the road to enlightment.

Elite: Prophet, what of the other elites and the humans?

POF: I will have plans for them.

The Dropships soared towards Halo.

The dropship approahced the massive halo, and landed in a abondanded forerunner base, the small garrison the prophet brought with him was 30 grunts 20 elites 2 hunters and 6 jackals strong.

POF: Set up a perimeter and distrubite the supplies, we need this positioned as harded as we can.

the grunts unloaded weopons and supplies, including a couple of plasma turrets.

OCC: hmmm waiting for someone to post

OOC: You should wait for a little more time

Silver, a hulking, heavily armed Flood Elite, watched from the shadows of a nearby crumbling building. In seconds, he and his Flood brothers would attack and these pitiful creatures would be theirs.

OCC: are you watching me?

The prophet now sat at the main room of the base, the base was small, perfect for his small force. He preached the journey to his followers and appointed his second in cammand. Kelis, a large and powerful elite would cammand the garrison and some small operations out side, the garrison would mostly remain inside, except for a couple of scouts that searched the woods.

Kelis: Prophet, what of the flood, i seek your insight.

POF:Kelis, these demons will be destroyed, now go forth and cammand with an iron fist.

Kelis nodded and began barking orders, 6 elites followed him out of the large room. The prophets personal guard composed of 10 elites and 10 grunts.

OOC: this all on halo?

OOC: Ya, is everyone on Halo??

OCC: it depends on where you want to start, you can start on halo if you want. you could be on earth fighting the covenant.

OCC: are you watching me?

The prophet now sat at the main room of the base, the base was small, perfect for his small force. He preached the journey to his followers and appointed his second in cammand. Kelis nodded and began barking orders, 6 elites followed him out of the large room. The prophets personal guard composed of 10 elites and 10 grunts. OOC: Maybe.
IC: Silver turned around to his two Flood brothers. "Go, and launch the forward assualt on the base. Make sure none are left alive. Me and several others will be going to hunt down this "Prophet."" He rasped. The two Flood combat forms turned and hurried away. Several seconds later a swarm of Infection forms, many combat forms and several carrier forms burst out of the jungle. The combat forms were unarmed, but fast and powerful. Silver led his small force behind the main assualt force, trying to slip inside and get to the leader. An Elite ran past, Infection forms all over him. Grunts ran in panic from the sudden attack, and Jackals manned plasma turrets. A plasma grenade went off and the base's door cracked. Silver grabbed a Grunt, lifted him over his head, and slammed him into the door. The Grunt and door fell, Grunt blood and gore splattering everywhere. Silver and his commrades were now inside the base.

the base was now on full alert, grunts and elites grabbed weopons, the fight was on. plasma fire was being spat out, 1 Jackal sniper was taking out the combat forms. the plasma turrets were spitting out plasma at the incoming force.

the Prophets personal guard was now down to 3 elites, and the rest were in defence against the attackers.
Kelis ran and sliced threw some of the flood using his plasma sword.

Thomas was stuck on halo with three other marines, packed into two warhogs they moved around looking for a way of this ring and to get back to the fight which had reached earth

Pale:"Jesus H. Chirst, we're lost boys and i dont have a clue where to go"

Jackal:"Tom we gotta keep going man"

Pale:"Radio silence, i think i heard gunfire"

Nalrack explored the Holy Ring...No, just the ring, he must remember this. He was trying to find his way off of the accursed thing. It was wierd reffering to the Holy Ring as accursed. But, now he knew the truth, there was no Great Journey, it was a lie of the Prophets. Wait, around the corner.. He saw a group of his brothers, defending a Prophet, how dare they. He signaled his brothers and the humans behind him. The Elites came at once, but the humans had to be signaled by their leader. The human leader, the female Saya, crawled up behind him. It still bugged him to be so close to a human. He pointed torwards the fighting Elites and the Flood. After a quick discussion, they decided to wait and watch for now.
OOC: I'm going to jump between Nalrack and Saya's point of veiw.

Silver tore though a Jackal, grabbing his battle rifle. He blasted a Grunt in the face, then moved on. All his combat forms were dead, but more combat forms were coming all the time, and the Infection forms were getting lots of bio matter to form with. Silver met two Elites, standing side by side with plasma rifles, guarding a door. The Elites saw Silver and opened fire, but a Carrier form exploded behind them, killing one and forcing the other to his knees. He pulled out an energy sword and attempted to stab Silver, but the Infection forms swarmed over him and he was infected. Silver grabbed the energy sword and kept going. He now saw the Prophet, guarded by several Elites. Unlike most Flood combat forms, Silver looked exactly like a regular Elite. He had red armor, which he retained for its shield abilitys. He stepped forward. "Your time has come, Prophet." he said, and laughed, a hidious, gutteral sound.

OCC: you cant rp my losses, but i will let you have this one.

Saya looked at Nalrack, she didn't think that he was taking seeing his 'brothers' as the flood very well. She tried imagining how she would feel if they managed to get a Spartan. She thought she could see why he wasn't taking it well. She looked behind at her little squad. A group of 5 Elites, and 3 Spartans. Add her and Nalrack, and that made a group of 10. All the sudden Nalrack gave a signal and he and the other Elites jumped out and surrounded the Flood/Elite thing, and the Prophet. She sighed and motioned for the Spartans to jump in with her after them.

The prophet was suprise, he stared at saya.

POF: The demon? how could this be?

Saya laughed, "Demoness, actually. Besides, you must be mistaking me for the Master Cheif first class, I'm only second class." Nalrack activated his energy sword, he was getting impatiant. "Enough talk, you led me and my brothers on the path to distruction with your 'Great Journey'."

Kelis stepped in front of Nalrack.

Kelis drew his sword: Be carefule, what you say is heresy.

Nalrack growled, "My brother, you have let this Prophet blind you with his lies. You must come to see the truth of the ring, there is no Great Journey, they lead us on the path to destrution". Thats when Saya hopped in, "Its the truth, Halo was built to destroy life, not send you on a journey."

the prohet jumped in: We know Halo's purpose, and we are still in mystery from it. Kelis knows that it is a weopon, we seek to control it, and with that power destroy all who oppose us.

Saya shook her head, "No no no, thats not how it works. If one goes off, they all go off, and if that happens, all life in the galaxy dies". Nalrack growled, "That includes you and your Prophet, my brother".

Prophet of Faith: Long have i served the covenant and have been betrayed by the other prophets, I know what im doing, you will trie to stop the great journey.

Kelis: Brother, believe in the prophet for he is without sin.

Nalrack clicked his mandibles, "I will believe the Prophet when he stops preaching the Great Journey, all that awaits the activation of the ring is death". Saya nodded, "Hes right, the only thing to do is to destroy Halo".

POF: To destroy the ring would condem us.

Kelis: Brother, join us on our journey, we will destroy the flood, and unite the galaxy.

Saya shook her head, "No, activating Halo would condemn us. It will kill all, not just the Flood". Nalrack looked at Kriss, "We will join you, my brother, but at the end, we shall not let you activate th Ring".

POF: you may join us, but we may have a problem at the end of our jounrey.

Saya nodded, "Indeed we will. But, I'm sure we'll both agree that we need to stick together in order to survive". Nalrack looked at Kriss, "We are at peace, for now my brother."

Silver followed this conversation with amusment. "You fools. Do you really think you can stand up to the might of the Flood and win? We are unstoppable...unless, of course, you want to destroy all life within the range of several galaxies. Enough of this talk. Attack!" With that, dozens of combat forms, Infection forms, and carrier forms swarmed towards the little group. Silver activated his energy sword and lunged at the Prophet. "Now you are mine!" he screamed.

Half a year ago, Nalrack would have jumped to the Prophets deffense, but this time he let Kriss take care of it. He activated his blade, and began slashing at Flood left and right. He saw one of his Elites go down, and did his brother a favor by cutting the body in half. He saw that the humans were doing fine, not one of the Spartans had succumbed to the flood yet. If they were subordinates to the Demon, he hoped never to fight him.

POF: Kelis, aid me!

Kelis ran and punched the flood in the face, then drawing his sword and standing in front of the prophet.

Saya ran over to the Prophet, she knocked the Flood out of the way, "Hey we've got to get out of here, follow me". She and Nalrack, along with the other Elites and Spartans ran out of the room, shooting and slashing at the flood on their way.

Kelis: Saddle up!!!

5 grunts, 7 elites, 1 hunter, and 2 jackals followed. the prophet was hovering at full speed.

Saya had always been the fastest Spartan of the group, and she was at the head of their little group. There were Flood forms everywhere, and she was almost out of bullets for her Battle Rifle. Nalracks energy sword was being depleted dangrously fast as well.

Ooc: Bump!!!!

OOC: Just to let you know, Hunters usually go in pairs.
"Leave them!" Silver cried to his Flood brothers. "We must get the Prophet! After them!" The Flood turned and ran after the fleeing group, some being cut down by the fire of the troops left behind. Two captured Ghosts with Infected riders sped after them. They began firing at the group, but the shots were falling short, they were too fast. "Get some troops up there! We must cut off their escape!" Several combat forms appeared in front of the group and attacked, armed with SMGs, battle rifles, and plasma rifles.

OCC: i know, you kiled the other

Nalracks energy sword was depleted, along with his plasma rifles, so he was ripping apart Combat Forms with his bare hands, his claws covered in green blood. He managed to pick up rifle, and sat to killing as much as he could.

Kelis fired his plasam rifle while running, the prohet was going as fast as he could.

OCC: where are we running lol?

OOC: Anywhere but there.

The four man group waited on the edge, watching the flood attack the group from a distance

Fox:"I scout, several combat forms Pale"

Pale:"haha let us show them why we are called MARINES"

The four men opened fire on the combat forms trying to help the escaping covenant group, 2 men were on warthogs and pale had his battle rilfe while Fox picked them off with his sniper rifle

Saya turned around to salute the marine captain, and then turned around, still firing as she went.

"They've got reinforcements." Silver growled. "Fall back. We'll win another day."
OOC: Just so you know:
23 Combat forms destroyed
6 Carrier forms destroyed
Countless Infection forms destroyed.
Gains: 13 Combat forms, 2 Carrier forms.

Kelis: there falling back my prohpet, we shoudl continue to a safe location.

POF: Yes kelis, we should conintue to a urban area.

they saw a pillar over water( the one in halo 2 the one that one of the prophets was one.

Saya and Nalrack slowed down, motioning their squad to do the same. Nalrack looked at the Prophet, "Now, where is the control room of the Ring"?
OOC: How'd you gain that much?

The four man group ceased fire and began to cheer apart from pale.

Pale:"Pipe down, the flood are near by... Caution"

Fox:"Roger that"

Jackal:"Roger that old chap"

Breeder:"Grrr......"

Pale:"This is Terror Group to convenant, we need to talk....."

he waited for a reply

Nalrack answered the messaged, "We are not the Covenent, I am Nalrack, an Elite, what do you want of us"?

Pale looked at his men....

Pale:"If your not the conveant then, why do you have a prophet with you?"

Saya chimed in, "Unfortunate traveling companions, beleive me, my little friend here would much rather kill him, this is Saya, Master Chief 2nd class, Spartan 193".

Saya and Nalrack slowed down, motioning their squad to do the same. Nalrack looked at the Prophet, "Now, where is the control room of the Ring"?
OOC: How'd you gain that much?
Well, there was a crapload of Grunts and other such at the base, and since NC didn't post his losses, I took advantage of it.

Silence was heard over the comm

Pale:"Why is there a spartan with an elite? what the hell have we wished?"

Saya shook her head, "This particular Elite left the covenent, and came to the humans side. The UNSC put him in a squad with me, along with his brothers. Me and him share command of a squad of 4 Elites and 3 Spartans". Nalrack jumped in at that point, "So consider yourself lucky, human, that me and my brothers will fight alongside you".

Kelis: Brother the humans will betray us, we must split and continue the great journey.

Pale laughed over the comm

Pale:"Brothers? haha, do you know what we four have been through.... dont be soo cocky next time my friend as you should see a red dot on somone's body armour.... we dont want a conflict... we want to go home and take back earth...."

there was bit more silence

Pale:"If you look up onto the ridge you will see two warthogs... thats where u'll find us or if you want we will come too you"

Saya and the other Spartans immeadiatly sprinted torwards the warthogs. Nalrack looked at Kelis, "My brother, the Great Journey is a lie, come with us, and you shall be free". He sgnaled the other Elites, and they headed after the Spartans.

Kelis: I will not follow a heretic and a demon, we will make it on our own, the prophet of faith will guid us.

OOC: Wow...a serious lack of description and bulk to these posts.
*ponders if all RP on these boards are like this, goes off to check*

Fox:"Spartans moving fast, Elites behind them Pale orders?"

Pale:"No Fire, let them come closer"

Breeder:"Grrrr.............."

Pale:"Breeder do you ever god damn speak"

Breeder gave pale the finger........

The Spartans arrived first. Saya saluted, "Sir! Spartan 193 reporting for duty"! Nalrack and the Elites came up behind them. Nalrack clicked his madibles, :So, what are going to do now, human".

Pale:"haha what am i? look around you and you see two heavy guns and one gun you cant see.................... My name is Pale spartan, we are the terror group, been stuck here for abit lost all comm with command... heavy losses"

Breeder stared at the elites

Breeder:"Grrrrrr....... Orders?"

Pale:"Stand down, we are all neutral here"

Behind Saya and Nalrack, one of the Elites growled at Breeder. Nalrack said something in the Elite language over his shoulder and the Elite laughed, along with the other three. Saya looked at Pale, "Alright, before we continue, we have to establish a chain of command, whats your rank? You know mine".

POF: we need vehicle if we are to continue at a faster pace, we must take at least one of the human ground vehicle, set up an ambush Kelis.

Kelis: Yes prophet.

Pale:"Was a corporal sir, im acting Major at the moment after we lost Major Willis to the flood a few miles back"

Pale stared at the elite

Pale:"Not to be aggressive but i dont want them speaking like that, they got something to say, SAY IT...."

A movement from the trees as one of the marines jumped down with his rilfe in his hands

Pale:"Fox get over here now"

Fox:"As desculpas Pathetic para criaturas estes elites são"

Pale:"English fox..."

Nalrack laughed at Fox, "No'Krasa elishman ich. Sahngelli mushierri re ich". He and the other Elites got in postition, with plasma rifle and swords at the ready. Saya shrugged at Pale, "I don't give them commands. Sorry". Her and the other Spartans followed the Elites.

Pale:"I dont want to fight, ive fought too much over the past weeks.... too many have fallen"

Fox:"Why are they helping them?"

Pale:"Dont even god damn think about it breeder"

Breeder's gun wasnt faced at the elites it was faced down the hill where they had come from

Pale:"Breeder, what do you think"

Breeder:"Run.............."

A hunter open up on cammand, while the rest provided cover fire.

Saya threw a couple frag grenades down the slope, and then she and the Spartans ran, looking for safe cover. Nalrack also threw a couple plasma grenades, and also ran. Saya opened up her comn, "Are you guys coming or what?"

Breeder opened fire

Breeder:"DIE...................................."

Pale:"Jackal... PARTY FAVOUR"

Jackal:"Need someone too drive you know"

Fox ran over and jumped in, he drove away from the firing but then spun the hog round and drove diagonal to them heading behind them

Pale dropped to the ground trying to fire but he couldnt get a shot off

DEMON!!!!: yelled Kelis as he opend up on Saya with his plasma rifle.

the prophet sat back and watched. the remaining 2 Jackals opend up on the driver with beam rifles.

The Spartans and Elites stopped running, and began returning fire for an allout standoff. Nalrack saw one of his Elites go down, and he grabbed his brothers blade and jumped down the crest, vowing to avenge him with his own blade. Saya was having a bit of trouble with Kelis, they were evenly matched, and neither could seem to gain any ground. One of her Spartans had an injured leg.

Jackal fired at the the two jackals

Jackal:"Eat lead scum"

Fox drove straight at them

Fox:"Death aint the end you ugly excuses of live"

Pale jumped up and fired two rounds at Kelis aiming for his gun

Breeder still grrr'ing

Kelis's plasma rifle overheated so he threw it down and started swinging at Saya, the Jackals were now picking off the humans and a grunt fire a fuel rod at one of the warthogs.

Saya sighed as she swung her battle rifle at the Elite. She hated up close fighting. She spied a fallen energy sword and grabbed it, and began swinging it at Kelis.

Kelis didnt see Saya pick up the weopon till it ignited, and it sliced his stomach open, he fell to his knees with one hand on the wound.

Kelis: You will burn demon.

Saya sighed and kicked him down, "Demoness, remember? Now, I'll just leave you here, maybe your fellows will fix you up". She ran off to help Nalrack.

the fuel rod went past breeder's face, making him stumble and fall off the warthog

Breeder:"GRRRRR.................... AHGEHUHEFUFN"

Breeder got up and went to the warthog.... seconds later he appeared with a rocket launcher and aimed n fired at the grunt.

Pale still taking pot shots at the enemy still couldnt move from his spot

The warthog drove between the jackals and fox taking a pot shot with his pistol at one didnt see if it hit or missed, the warthog went over a mound and flew at an elite not far from kelis

the renegade covenant force began to retreat, they left Kelis behind.

POF: Leave him, the great journey waits for no one.

Kelis lied on his back dying slowly.

Nalrack sat down to see the damage. Two of his brothers had fallen, and one of the Spartans was injured. He walked over to Kelis. "My brother, I warned you. I warned you that all the awaited you was death".

Pale ran over to kelis

Pale:"You believe in him now?"

Pale shouted to fox and fox ran over with a medi-kit

Kelis blacked out and was unconsius. the renegads kenw they couldnt have saved him from death.

Pale had taken out the medi-kit and started to heal him...

Fox:"What are you doing, let him die"

Pale:"No"

Nalrack looked at Pale. "Thank you, Pale. Perhaps you humans are not as bad as I had thought." Saya laughed, "Thats a great compliment coming from him".

Pale smiled while he patch kelis up

Pale:"Fox can you pick any of them off?"

Fox"Out of range sir but i think we should find a place too stay dont you?"

Kelis saw a white light, and slowly came back to consciusenes, seeing the human above him he reach up and grabbed him by the chest and attempted to throw him aside, but was to weak.

Kelis: Brother, these demons will destroy us both ugggggggg:he moaned.

Nalrack took Kelis's arm gently but firmly, "No brother, it is because of the human you still live, the Prophet would have left you to death".

Pale laughed

Pale:"Still not lost his fighting spirit"

OCC: one sec ytou guys im doing other things.

OOC: kk dude ^^

Kelis: i will not abandon my faith, no matter what, but it seems i must join you or die.

Pale:"I wouldnt move, your wound is still serious and id like to get you somewhere safer and take a better look"

Fox:"Was a small outpost a mile back or so"

Nalrack nodded and picked Klis up, "He will not be carried by a human". He said. He started walking in the direction Fox had pointed.

Pale:"Put the wounded spartan in the Warthog and what about the fallen elite, wont he get the honour of being buried?"

Nalrack shook his head, "Burn him, he would not want the Flood to defile his body." He put Krelis in the Warthog, and Saya helped the Spartan in after him.

Pale couldnt move... i knew it was the right thing too down but to burn his body was to make sure his soul never went on..

Fox:"want me to do it Pale?"

The D77H-TCI Pelican dropship came in low as it landed on the Halo ring. Jack and the rest of "his crew" had yet to see a living thing on the ring. All they knew was that they were ordered to pick up some Marines and thats it. That was until Jack heard gun fire and lots of it.

"Guys I'm picking up lots of gun fire, standby with the guns and prepare for takeoff," Jack told the crew. They had five Marines onboard and only two guns on the craft itself. Jack wasn't going to take his chances with fighting an enemy and the Cruiser they came from would need fifteen minutes to get here before they could support them. So it was a difficult situation. Jack turned from his seat and told the Marines to get ready for combat and made sure the guns were ready for combat as well. He already knew that this was just going to be one of those days...

Nalrack walked over to Pale, "Do you humans believe that it is wrong to burn a body? We Elites believe that it releases the soul, to continue on its way".

Pale looked at him

Pale:"My faith believes it too be a sin, to be burnt is to be sent too hell and live out the second life there in enterinal sorrow and pain"

Kelis: such is the ways of the demons!.

Nalrack shook his head, "On this one I must agree with my brother, to bury the body is to entrap the soul forever, so that it cannot continue on the Journey, death is but another step of life, but if you trap them, they cannot take that step".

Pale:"different faiths brought together, we might learn alot on this journey"

pale got into the hog and started to drive slowly towards the outpost

Kelis: the great journey will divide us and destroy the demons!

Pale:"Still believe in your great journey?"

Nalrack clicked his mandibles and lit the body on fire, and headed after the Warthog, followed by the remaining Elites and the Spartans.

OOC: Are you guys heading towards an outpost? Can you guys act like Jack and "his crew" landed there?

OOC: can indeed do that :P

OOC: Sure thing.

OOC: shall post tomoz if i can :( 13-14 hour shift booooooooo lol

IC:Nalrack, Saya, and all the others arrived at the outpost. It was also base to many marines. Saya walked up to a soilder, "Marine, where is the CO of this operation"?

A Marine went up to the dropship and asked who the CO was. Jack turned from his seat and asked.

"Why are you looking here?" The marine looked at Jack with en expression of pain, but quickly got his original expression back.

"He got killed when the flood attacked," Jack looked down a little and then asked.

"Who is the highest ranking officer?"

"I don't know."

"Fine. I'll take charge. Tell everyone that Jack Prowler is taking command, understood?"

"Roger that," Jack got off the dropship and his crew (and marines) followed. Jack noticed a group of Spartans, marines and elites? He walked up to the odd group and yelled, "drop your weapons!"

The marines that followed him drew their BR55 battle rifles and Jake drew his M6C magnum. They aimed thier weapons at the Covenant group and gestured for the Spartans/marines to join them.

"I don't want a fight so just drop your weapons! Your out numbered and out gunned!" Jack yelled as more marines from the outpost ran to Jack's location weapons drawn.


OOC: Not looking for a fire fight, but you guys do look like funny group. :p Might want a human to say you guys are friendly or something like that.

Saya saluted to Jack, along with the other Spartans, but they kept they're weapons. "With all do respect sir, my Spartans could kill every single one here, and thats if the Nalrack and his Elites didn't help." Nalrack growled, "And if we did help, human, you would wish it was just the Spartans." Saya motioned for Nalrack to be quite, "However, we are friendlies, sent by UNSC to find a way to destroy this ring while the Master Chief is busy." She saluted again, "Saya, Spartan 193 reporting for duty".
She stood at attention, waiting for his reply.
OOC: Spartans are humans. They may not look like it, but get past the merciless outer shell, and they just want to be loved.

Saya saluted to Jack, along with the other Spartans, but they kept they're weapons. "With all do respect sir, my Spartans could kill every single one here, and thats if the Nalrack and his Elites didn't help." Nalrack growled, "And if we did help, human, you would wish it was just the Spartans." OOC: Well, judging by what they did to my combat forms, I find that hard to believe.

OOC:Even if you wanted to be loved, would you let yourself be eaten by animated corpses?

"I didn't mean you. I meant them," Jack said pointing to the elites.

"If you haven't noticed those guys are killing other humans on Earth. They are the bad guys and they need to go or drop those guns. Also, why are you traveling with them?" Jack asked with a confused expression. He didn't trust those "aliens". Mostly because they are the reason both of his parents are dead when the "aliens" attacked the outer colonies. Jack waited for Spartan-193's answer.

Saya shook her head, "Sir, these Elites have withdrawn from the Covenent. They came to the human side, in order to battle the Prophets that betrayed them. The UNSC decided to make a squad comprised of Elites and Spartans, each race has their own CO. I do not give orders to them. You will have to convince Nalrack here". Nalrack stepped up to him, "Yes, human, convince me why I should order my Elites to drop their weapons on a planet that has been deemed hostile".

Jack look at the group mildly shocked.

"What? Why? When did this happen?" Jack went from shock to anger, but then gained control over himself.

"Fine, but I want all the elites to be checked before they enter this outpost. They can keep their guns, but they got to be turned off or safeties on or whatever you guys do with your weapons. Understood? .Now," Jack looked at the group who looked like they just came from a large battle.

"Any of you want water. Food? Maybe even a bed to rest on?"

The Elites all powered down their weapons at Nalracks command, and then went off looking for any food they could find. Saya walked up to Jack, "Sir, we have two injured in our party, who need immeadiate attention".

"You four over there!" Jack called four marines over to him, "Take all the injured to the medics." The marines helped the two injured from the group and helped them walk to a small dark building. The outpost in truth was all dark with every building looking as old as the Halo itself. There were seven buildings in total; one acted as the HQ, the other as a communications center, medical area and some other buildings had other roles too.

"We don't have a lot of supplies so hope that their injuries aren't too bad. Now, can you please update me on what the hell is going on?"

Saya nodded, "Well sir, as the John explained to me, and my squad, the covenent Brutes overthrew the Elites with the Prophets blessing, making them renegades, causing them to come to us. Me and my squad were sent here with two objectives, to find out as much as we can about the Flood, and see if we can destroy this thing, and, here we are."

"Well my orders is to get everyone off of this thing. Well, the marines at least, but you guys and the elites can come too. I was told three Albatross transports were going to come here and pick us up, but that was a week ago. I think the cruiser we came from was destroyed," Jack took a moment to gather his thoughts.

"I have a company (what is left of it at least) of marines and I have several vehicles like the M12 Warthog LRVs and Pelicans. Most of my guys are tired though and supplies, like I said before, are low. We got fight left in us, but not a lot of it. We will help," Jack took a look around the outpost and at his men and women. If they fought many of them would die, but sooner or later they would run out of food and water. Or the flood might come back and that would be it for them. Thats when Jack made up his mind. If they were going down, they were going down screaming and kicking.

"So when do we start?"

Saya nodded, "As soon as possible. I've decided objective one is a bad deal, so now we just need to destroy Halo before that Prophet activates it. Do you have a map of Halo by any chance"?

"No, but we have been doing recon around our outpost and this is what we got," Jack said taking a map out of his back pocket and handed it over. It was hand drawn, it had many lines, curves and other shapes on it. It also had, other things that looked like halls and rooms.

"It doesn't show much, but it's what I got."

Saya spent a bit studying the map, and passed it around to the other Spartans. The conferred a bit over the comn, and then Saya pointed to a spot on the map, "We'll start here, it seems the closest to where the control room would logically be".

"Okay, but me and my troops need time to get combat ready. You can rest up if you want. Also, I don't know nothing of this Halo thing and you guys seem to know more then me. Tell you what, you make the plan and if that plan is good we'll use it. Deal?" Jack then gave out orders for everyone to get combat ready. M12 Warthog LRVs were loaded onto Pelicans as well as marines. Weapons locked and loaded. Marines ate what food they could and drank what water they could find. They rested up, they were going to need it. The outpost was now bursting with activity.

Saya gave orders to the Spartans to make themselves at hom, then set about following that order herself. She went looking to see if the Forerunners had thought to put a bathhouse on this thing.

Several medics came over to the marines who just put a Spartan down against a wall and said.

"Do you guys need help? I can have this guy in a proper medical area if you want," The marine told Pale.

"Have you heard? The CO (Jack Prowler) said that some shit was going down and that there might be some combat. You think it's true?" The marine asked Pale as he sat next to the injured Spartan and took out a medical kit. He started to get ready to treat the wounded soldier.

The medic got up from his work and told the... Spartan? It was hard to tell when they weren't wearing thier armor.

"He'll be all right, but I would feel better if he got more rest before going into combat or even just walking around," The medic said going back to his work of patching the Spartan up.

Saya grinned at the medics surprise. Sometimes people seemed to forget that under their armor, they were humans to. "Okay, you're the doctor, but I think you'll find that he'll be up and walking, and fighting, sooner than you think".

"Yeah? Well good for him," The medic continued his work, but when he reached for more bandages he found that there was none left.

"Shit. Sorry, but I got to get more bandages. If there are any left that is. You want to know something? We got the troops, the guns, the transports and everything else. Hell, we got tanks too, but our supplies are so low that we can only use them for a short amount of time. It was just two hours ago that we lost five tanks because lack of ammo and fuel," The Marine took a breath before saying.

"We all better hope reinforcements arrive soon or we are going to start losing more then just tanks..." The Marine got up and left to get more medical supplies.

She sighed as the medic left, it was true. Even her Spartans were running dangrously low on ammo, and their MJOLNRs were in a bad state of repair. She shook a stray lock of hair out of her face, and went to look for the CO, she wanted to know how long his men would need to get ready.

Saya walked up to him, "Sir, how long will it take for your marines to get ready?"

Jack was helping his men and women get ready for the upcoming battle. He decided to take a moments of rest to gather his thoughts. He sat down on the floor and open his canteen of water. To find out that he was out of water. Damn. He knew the chances of anyone going home was really low, but there was hope. There is always hope...

Jake thought for a moment and said, "How many ways is there to enter the control room? If there is one then me and my Marines will wait at the door. We won't anything get in or out. How does that sound? We got mines and other gifts for any baddies that come along as well," Jack smirked a smirk that only a guy with a plan could smirk. That plan involved flood, explosives and other things that most people don't even dream of.

Saya nodded, "Okay then, now if you'll excuse me, I have to take a bath, and then go to sleep."

Fine, but as CO you obey my orders. Understood?" Jack told the Marines with authority written all over his voice. Then he turned over to the Spartans.

"Who is the leader of all the Spartans please come with me so we can talk in private," Jack look over the small group of Spartans waiting for the leader to step foward.

Jack walked up the Master Chief of the Spartans with a stern look on his face.

"Listen very carefully. I will not repeat myself, understood? You and all the Spartans will enter that control room and will lock, I repeat, lock the door behind you. Do not open for anyone, not even me. Here is a code called UNSC Code 932 (OOC NOTE: An official "nonresponse" code. It is used by special warfare teams to ignore hails from other ships due to a higher priority mission). Here is the code, Bravo-Bravo-One-Seven-Two-Alpha-Seven," Jack waited to let the code sink into the Spartan's brain then he said.

"If anyone or me tries to make contact with you using a radio or anything else use this code. I'll be fighting and giving out orders outside the control room with all of my Marines. You will lead your Spartans in that room, lock the door behind you and destroy this Halo. Remember, my mission as well as the Marine's mission is to let no one get in that room. That includes us. If a Marine trys to stop you from completing this mission," Jack paused. The pause was awkward, but it should be for what he was about to say.

"Kill that Marine... No one or thing will stop you from destroying this Halo. Nothing. Understood?" Jack waited for his answer...

Saya nodded, "Sir, yes sir. I understand. Though I certainly hope that it will not come to that. When do we live"?

Pale stood up, and looked at his men... the men got settled into their warthogs. Pale walked over and got into his warthog and turned the engine on.

"Good," Jake smirked as he put on his gear, "we go now."

Jake turned on his helmet's HUD and made an open radio communications to all of his Mrines.

"Lets move out!" He turned to the Master Chief, "You better get ready as well as your Spartans."

Gear: CH252 Helmets, M52B Body Armor, VZG7 Armored Boots, S90 Gas Masks and PG000E Portable Electricity Generators

Only certain Marines will have certain of these weapons: BR55 Battle Rifle, SRS99C-S2 AM Sniper Rifle, M7 Caseless Sub Machine Gun and/or M19 SSR SPNKr Rocket Launcher

All Marines have these weapons: M6C Magnum Sidearm as a sidearm and three M9 HE-DP Grenades

Others: five M12 Warthog LRVs and twelve D77H-TCI Pelicans

Total fighting force (pilots don't count): 80 Marines

Saya gave a few orders over the comn to her Spartans, and then went to get Nalrack and his Elites. When she found them, they were eating a couple of deer. She wondered how they had managed to find them. "Alright Nalrack, gather your Elites, its time to go". Nalrack barked a few orders, and the all headed back. "Ready when you are sir". Saya told Jack.

"Move out!" Jack ran up to a Pelican with ten other Marines. He saw the five LRVs being loaded onto the back of five different Pelicans. Other Pelicans were being loaded with heavily armed Marines. He waited for the Elites and the Spartans to load up onto a Pelican.

"Attack." SIlver ordered his troops, and 14 combat forms and dozens of Infection forms came out of the surronding forest. Plasma and lead was spat at the troops, while a combat form leveled a rocket launcher at a Warthog, then fired. The missile smashed into the vehicle, destroying it and adding to the random choas.
OOC: Don't godmod the Marines, remember, in Halo the Flood kicked their butts, wiping out entire squads.

Saya gave commands to the Spartans, and Nalrack did the same for the Elites. They rushed into the fray, tearing, slicing and shooting at the Flood forms.

IC: The Marines were caught off guard and several Marines fell to gun fire. Jack was also shocked, but he knew a fire fight here would mean a mission failed. He gave out an order though the HUD, it read.

Only people wearing the proper HUD would have seen the message. Pelicans started their engines and the entire force took to the air. He ordered for two Pelicans to gun run the flood while the rest of the force moved out ot provide cover fire. He had no idea how many guys he lost, but at least they were ready to move when the attack came. If that attack was ten minutes earlier... He didn't need to think about that since it never happened. He had to think about know. It would take five minutes to reach the control room. He watched the two Pelicans fire upon the attacking force then looked ahead to see the control room get closer and closer as time went by.

Pale put his foot down and fox followed, both warthog fired at the flood while they drove away from the carnage

He open a comm with the Spartans, "I don't think the flood are here for a tea party!" The cries of Marines could be heard in the background as Jack said, "go! We will hold them off! Remember! Lock the damn door! Good luck!"

Jack ordered for the Pelicans to land, Marines dropped to the ground to gun fire and returned fire. LRVs moved non-stop across the battlefield firing their machine guns. Jack took out his BR55 Battle Rifle and fired off a brust of rounds as his Marines took cover. They followed with their own burst of rounds aimed at the flood. Grenades were also thrown. Pelicans provided air support and snipers as well as Marines armed with rockets found high up positions. Snipers started to look for targets while rockets headed towards large groups of flood.

If they could stop the flood from getting closer they just might be able to win. Might is the keyword.

The Spartans and Elites quickly ran into the room and Saya locked the door behind them. She turned to Nalrack, "Okay, you lead now, get us to the control room okay"? She looked around at their group. They had lost two more Elites, and one Spartan. It was the Spartan who had been injured. She sighed and opened up her list of Spartans, and listed him as MIA. Nalrack then led them down several hallways.

Jack saw Pale and quickly relayed a message via HUD.

-Don't try to open that door it's locked. Get back here and help us fight the flood. The Spartans will handle destroying the Halo. We will handle the flood. Got it?

Jack then turned around, throwing a grenade at the incoming flood.

Pale grunted

Pale:"Right Boyo's, lets show these flood a thing or two...FOX PARTY FAVOR"

Fox drove the second warthog round the side of the flood with jackal onto he fired at them on the moved

Pale found some cover and started shooting while breeder used the Warthog's gun till he got bored and got his rocket launcher and shotgun

At about the middle of the 4 hallway, they were jumped by the flood. They had managed to get passed them without incedent, but they were running low on ammo.

The Flood had been taking massive casualties, combat forms were being ripped apart, gunfire spat and the screams of the wounded and the cries of the dying mixed with the sounds of battle. The Flood, however, had learned from their last engagment, and now distracted the enemy with combat or carrier forms while Infection forms came from behind. Silver left his troops to fight out the rest of the battle and slipped into the jungle. He used his secret entrence into the control room and massed the Flood in the hallways, elevators, and corridors beyond. They would be ready should anyone be foolish enough to try and make it to the control room.

They were in trouble. Nalrack had lost his last Elite, and one of the Spartans energy sheilds were going down fast. They had taken to picking up whatever weapons they could find laying around, and Nalrack was simply ripping them apart with his bare hands. It was amazing that he was still alive, we was bleeding from numerous places, and had lost all of his Elites. He seemed to be living on pure spite alone.
OOC: My total losses, throughout this entire thing, is 1 Spartan down, and 5 Elites.

OOC: I would think about 32 and that all the LRVs are destroyed. I know the Marines are weaker then the flood, but remember they are in cover, they have air support, sniper support and guys with rockets. Also, for the rp to better and the fact you have unlimited flood I would like to have the Marines around a littile longer for my final post.

The Pelicans moved in formation over the Marines and when their guns were in range they opened fired on the incoming flood. When they got clear of the flood the Marine snipers and rocket men opened fired followed by the Marines with rifles. They were fighting a battle they already lost. When Jack saw ten Marines get killed right in front of him he knew what had to be done. They had to stop as many flood as they could. They had to be stopped or at least slowed down. However, him and his Marines didn't need to live though it. He made an open com with all of his Marines.

-Its been one hell of a ride and I would gladly serve with every single one of you if I could. Maybe in a different life time. Lets show them why the UNSC Marines are the best!

The Marines got from thier cover and charged the flood guns blazing. Air support was out of ammo, but they flew over the Marines in a sign of support. Snipers and rocket men ran from their positions as well. None of them had ammo, but they all knew some from of melee combat.

When the Marines made contact with the flood they used their guns as a melee weapon against the flood. Some tired using their fist and others who still had their sidearm aimed for headshots. At this point there were only twenty Marines left. Jack had led the charge and he was the first into the fray. He got infected by a flood, but his final act was to aim his sidearm at his head. He took his on life.


OOC: It's been fun guys, but this is my stop :( I'll keep reading this rp, but it's that time where one of us must leave. Xiscapia make my Marine's defeat look good, okay ;) Also, if some of the Marines or Pelicans survive then whoever is on the UNSC side can have them. Good luck everyone, it's been fun. :D

The battle had been a long one, but it was finally over. The Flood were Infecting all the bodies on the ground that were whole enough to be used. Destroyed Warthogs, dead Marines, dead Flood and random wreckage lay all around. The Marines had done a number on the Flood, making the total combat form loss elevate to 53. The Flood scavenged weaponry. Shotguns, battle rifles, SMGs, sniper rifles, rocket launchers. All of it. Two Pelican dropships still hovered in the air, out of ammo and unable to do anything. A Flood fired a missile at one of the Pelicans, it hit and blew the Pelican up in midair, the other zoomed away to try and provide a airlift if the Spartens and Elites ever made it back out. The Flood now moved into the long maze of hallways and stairs to try and catch up with the last of the invaders.

They had lost another Spartan. Saya, although hating doing it, had salvaged what was left working on the MJOLNR suit, then burned the Spartans body, and labeled him as MIA. They were now surviving on pure stubborness, especially Nalrack. He seemed to be trying to kill every last one of the Flood by himself. They finally reached a door though, and Saya decided to let them have a rest.
