Any nations that wish to establish embassies in the Republic of Central Prestonia may do so under the following conditions:

1. The total number of embassy staff may not exceed 100, excluding the ambassador and guards

2. The number of armed guards shall not exceed 25. The Prestonian military will match the number of guards provided by the guest nation if desired.

3. No more than 20 vehicles may be imported, and under no circumstances may they be armed.

4. All diplomats and family members of diplomats shall have immunity while on duty, with excpetions being made for serious crimes.
