Fuhrer Richtoff sat back in his office. "Now, according to these charts, we still have a monstrosity of a trade deficit. Why is that?"

"Well sir," his economic advisor began, "our economy is still in shambles. You should know this. Every day when you drive in to work you complain about how bad the roads are. It is worse the farther you get from the capital. Our infastructure is horrible. Also, we lack industrial modernization. If I may be frank with you, our economy is not recieving the full benefits of our large worker base."

"I see. Well, it is time for some new projects. Get me all the Kampferian contractors up here now!"

"Yes sir."

The next day

Richtoff began. "I am sure you are wondering why all of you are standing here today, in a room with the four other premeir contractors in Kampfers. The answer is simple. Our infastructure is in shambles. We need each of you to fix that. Each of you will be assigned one section of the nation. Our first priority is building a national interstate system that connects all the major cities. Once you have completed that, you will work on connecting smaller towns. This must be done quickly, but it must be done well. We have plenty of unemployed population, use it to spread how much you can work on at once."

With that, the meeting concluded, and the contractors went out to do their work. The project would take time, many years in fact, but in the end it would be worth it.

The next day, the economic advisor was back in Richtoff's office. "What else might we do to increase our economic capacities?" questioned Richtoff.

"Well, for one you might enter into economic pacts with other nations. Might I suggest your neighbor Shakal, Amazonia, and any large oil-producing nation."

"Certainly. I will contact a few nations at once."

The basics of any Economic Trade deal is supply and demand; thus what can you supply to us and what do you wish in return with the exception of our Oil; we operate a free trade system and are willing to trade in kind for valuable goods and services free of Tarrifs. Our Largest deposits of Natural resources are quartz Crystals the finest you will find anywhere; we also have a large supply of water and timber. We also have small deposits of lignite, copper and cobalt. We also haveif you excuse my language damn near huge deposits of iron ore, natural gas titanium ore and chromite, we also operate a number of diamond and Uranium Mines. With moderate deposits of gypsum, calcium carbonate, salt, limestone and manganese

Another Resource we have is in one that is irreplaceable - Knowledge specially in the growing field of hydropower though not as largely applied as our Plasma Fusion Reactors which feed our energy hungry cities. In addition to this No one can deny our ample supply of Oil both Sweet Crude and reprocessing Oil for Plastics and such; we are very much swiming in the stuff and currently have an export capacity alone of some 4 million Barrels a day and a Mired of other things. In short we have many things to bring to the table to supply; so what can you offer us in return for our wares.

For one, Kampfers has a very large store of Natural Gas, perhaps one of the largest in the world. Also, Kampfers has a very high unemployment rate. Many of these citizens are perfectly capable of doing work, but we simply can not find them jobs. Perhaps buisness from your nation will find a new labor source. Also, our nation presents an entirely new market for your nations products. The removal of tariffs wuld only increase your sales in Kampfers. We also have a very large agricultural industry. Wheat, corn, and barley are just a few of the many foodstuffs we produce. Mining, metallurgy, construction materials, processed foods, textiles, chemicals (especially pharmaceuticals), and motor vehicles are just a few of the many industries of Kampfers. However, I believe our greaest asset is that untapped market for your nations wares.
