Construction of a factory by the Praetorian Guard Arms Ltd., has begun toi begin a Mecha factory in New Cappodecia, Imperium Romanurima.

This factory will turn out the Legionaire light scout Mecha and the heavy assault Praetorian Guard mecha. Any nation that agrees to sing a compact to agree to matching funding with the Treasury, will receive 50% of the profits, plus full shematics, designs and production details so they can produce these models independently.

An initiial investment of 5.2 million, to be matched in 5.2 million sistarces will be met by the Imperial Treasury.

We look forward to working towards other issues you wish to address (power armor, e.t.c); however, it will take time for the design and testing phase.
The current proposed models have allready been vetted for it's ability to work , and the shimatics are allready drawn up; all we need is the investment to make the first prototypes and to then mass produce them to fill out our Legions and for trade with friendly nations.
But yes, we are entirely willing to sing a compact with you regarding the development of medium space mecha and power armor. We will again match the price with an equal investyment, as long as we too may benefit from the design and use it to arm our Legions as well.

We are providing $50 million in upfront costs for the development of space mecha and power armor. We are also sending over the design for a rotary maglev cannon.

The maglev cannon is a centrifuge gun. The centrifuge projects an internal magnetic field so the spinning 25 mm balls never touch the inside of the spinning disk. A tube feeds the balls into the center of the centrifuge, where they are spun up to the speed of 6,000 r.pm. The balls are let into the barrel by magnetic gating, the barrel projects an internal forcefield surrounded by an electromagnetic field. The balls enter the barrel already acceleerated at 2,000 meters per second. by full acceleration they are going at 6,000 meters per second about twice as fast as a standard railgun. The magnetic gating allows close clustering of the ammunition being released in sets of 1, 3, and 10 rounds each 50 m.m. apart. The standard ammunition is a round carbon tungsten alloy ball. With the accelerations involved this is a line of sight weapon. This is a combination of the dread weapon system and a coilgun.
