We wish to acquire the western part of Turkey, up to Bosporus. This includes 1/2 of Istanbul. While this may seem a poor offer, think of it this way. We are purchasing a strip of land from you, and you are the largest nation in the world. This is not a vital area to you, however it gives Kampfers a much needed port into the Medditeranean. We will let you dictate the terms, cost, etcetera. Remeber that Kampfers is not the richest of nations, however, we can offer you diplomatic relations, which would make you only the second such nation to have them with us, as we lean towards isolationism. We will not take this land by force, we wish to acquire it peacefully or not at all. Bear in mind that over time, we could rise into a powerful ally, as our nations infastructure is being repaired from its shambles, and other works projects are also raising our GDP. Acquiring this Mediterranean port will do more of the same. Mull this over carefully, and respond when you have formulated a good one.
