The Cartion Empire has been a dormant volcano in terms of strength and activity. But, now that it has become active, and truely wishes to expand it's grasp upon the world my advisors and I wish to create a new Axis powers.
As the Axis powers we must learn from history and past mistakes to become a united front greater then any single opposition. In order to do this we ask all others whom have similar interest to join us in becoming a new Axis power.
All treaties will be made as allies and enemies alike are also made.
