The Battle of Ultimate Destiny (Exit RP, Anyone and everyone welcome)
OOC: So, I've been talking about this for awhile, enough talk, now is the time for action. OOC thread here: http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=12788918#post12788918
IC:
He had been a thorn in everyone's side for untold ages, an enemy that just wouldn't stay down no matter how many times people had tried. Nobody could've guessed, this was a simple ruse to distract people from his true goal. Since the turn of 5000 B.C., he was searching, always searching, and using his activites as a cover for his search. He was looking for a Crystal, a special Crystal. An object that was virtually worthless, because no amount of money could ever pay for its true value. It was the Crystal of The Heart of Creation, but not even those purported to know everything, or even most things knew of it. It was a secret hidden from every government, sage, mage, and codex of ultimate wisdom. Not even Kajeenith was sure if it was real or not, and he was only one of two entites who knew of it. the other was The spirit of Creation itself, the Multiverse, and it certainly wasn't going to tell where the Crystal was to anyone without exception.
Finally however, after many thousands of years, looking in diffrent Dimensions, Realities, Planes, and everywhere one could think of, he discovered a secret Dimension, one that lay between all others. It harmonised all other dimensions, this its name, of Dimensia Harmonia. Unable to enter it, even with his void powers, Kajeenith could only watch it from the outside. Howevwer he was in luck, Agrinja, The Magi-master of Destruction could enter DH, and Kajeenith was able to see through his eyes there, because Agrinja was almost as good as Kajeenith at controlling the Void. Through Agrinja's eyes he saw what he had been looking for, The Crystal of The Heart of Creation. It was right under his nose all this time, in the center of the Milky Way Galaxy, in the heart of The Super-massive Black Hole in its center. In DH, The Crystal was unharmed by The Black Hole, its own unique powers protecting it from harm.
Kajeenith thought. He decided just marching through to the Black Hole was out of the question. Too many nations wanting to know why he was taking an army through their space. However, he hit upon another idea. The Multiverse would certainly seek to protect the Crystal, and if he made a promise that couldn't be refused, then he would have an army to fight against the guardians.
So he decided to do just that.
The Void seeped through The Milky Way Galaxy, entering many communications systems. It contacted every spellcaster, Jedi, Sith, servant of Chaos, and anyone and everyone else intrested "Perfecting" Creation.
"Greetings to thee. I know you. I know who you are, and what your agendas and goals are. I know just as I do, you seek to bring perfection to all creation. You want everyone to see the same Glory in your ideals I see. Yet, there are those opposed to your ideas, people who won't listen, people who resist them, claiming their wrong, ignorant, and uninformed. People who would dare bring imperfection to Creation and call it Perfect. I want to help. Long have I desired only to perfect Creation, yet none would listen to me. I have spent more years than I care to share searching for the answer, and I have found it. But so long have I been fighting, I can no longer see perfection, only an everlasting void of nothingness. That is perfect, only because there is nothing there, and that certainly isn't perfect at all, so I will turn to you who can still see the light of perfection. I know how to bring perfection to all of Creation, but the way is guarded by those who desire imperfection to remain. I can fight them, but only so far, before they overpower me and turn me away. With your help though, we can overpower them, and make our way to the Crystal of The Heart of Creation. Such a glorious Crystal, the one who touches the Crystals heart, reshapes creation according to their wishes. True enough, this sounds like it could be used as a weapon, I will not deny that, but that is why I turn to you. You see perfection, and your touch would only bring perfection. There would be no pain, no suffering, no resisting of perfection, your perfection. Will you not aid me in my endeavors to perfect Creation? I will be in your country in seven days, only long enough to rip the fabric of creation asunder, and open a gateway to The Crystal." Kajeenith's dark and terrible voice resounded.
Shortly thereafter, another message was broadcast via the Inter-Galactic Trans Dimensional Communications network to all nations regardless of who they were.
"My fellow rulers, I come to you in our shared darkest hour. Kajeenith, The Mad God of Darkness has found The Crystal of The Heart of Creation. I know of this object, and the powers it possess, but please believe it is better left untouched and alone. Things are the way the are for a reason. Not because there is some intergalactic entity that enjoys misery, but because the slightest miscalculation, and poof, it all goes up in smoke. I urge you not to follow his lies. Even is no one follows him he is still powerful enough to force his way to the heart." She said, but right as she said that, the entire network mysteriously disappeared without a trace.
The word had spread, the final battle was coming, and there was only going to be one winner, but who it was, was still uncertain. The entire combined might of Ri-an began to mobilise, even if no one else would help them, they would still work to stop kajeenith themselves.

Morganna was relaxing.
She had taken time off from her normal duties to take a vacation and was lying in the sun, enjoying the feeling as the gentle light warmed her being. A shadow was suddenly falling upon her, causing a chill. She opened her eyes and saw Lady Ri-an standing there. Morganna instantly knew why she was there.
“Aw, shit. Does it have to be while I am on vacation?”
Morganna gathered her stuff and took it back into the cottage she rented on Alphanta 3. She returned momentarily completely “dressed” to leave.
“Well, I guess I am as ready as anything.”

Lord Sumguy heard these messages in his head, and immediately went to a doctor to ensure that he was not suffering from hallucinations or skitzophrenia (i never could spell that word correctly). When his mental functions were declared to be perfectly healthy, he bacame very unnerved. The incident caused a bout of nervous insomnia that lasted six days, at the end of which he slept for 32 hours.
OOC: Lord Sumguy is an MT ruler, so he might require a little help in understanding what is happening.

The Novaen council was in uproar... something that was quite rare indeed for the nation of Nova Bazalonia.
"This being only seeks destruction, we have no choice but to go and give aid!"
"But going and seeking out conflict? That's not at all what we are about. And particularily with the Underdwellers active again, we need our Skybax here!"
"Gentlepeople... Gentlepeople. Calm down." spoke the Chief Counsellor, which seemed to restore order to the council chamber.
"From the information we have received from the Ri-anese, it is clear that much like the under-dwellers this... Kajeenith only seeks destruction, not only of the Ri-anese, not only of all life, but everything. It is our duty to help, not only because they are friends, but because if we fail then so do we all. All the planets, all the nations, life, the universe, and everything will be gone. I see only one course of action. It's a course of action that we all know yet we all dread. We have to fight so that our unity of mind and body can have a chance."
After this short speech there was a 10 second pause, you'd have to be a mind reader to know what they were thinking during that time, however the entire council broke out in applause for the Chief Councillors. They had seen the wisdom of their words and now, for the first time, Nova was to go to war for a cause not based for their own survival.
A fleet was assembled containing many ships, infantry and Skybax (OOC: Numbers in OOC Thread) and off through the galaxy they sped at ultra-high FTL speads heading towards the Ri-anese.
The Garbage Men

Harold, Ian, Charlie, Zane, Adrian and Billie where all nervous.
Harold, was the leader of a 5 person assessment team for The Garbage Men that had set up a Depot on the Constantine Space Port what seemed a long time ago, which now is just random debris caught up in space.
It had seemed almost a life-time ago, but what was most important about the Constantine was that it was there that they had discovered that they had latent magical, and psionic abilities. And it was why they were here, in Ri-an.
They had passed the magical trials and tests and where now getting reasonably powerful as mages, however what about Billie, the only non-mage in the group of 6 that had worked together.
Billie, was a paladin, married to Natasha Johnson, and now he needed to help defend the Heart of Creation it is now his duty. No longer reallyl connected to the Garbage Men in any physical way Billie had devoted his life to this and perhaps, what would become of him would be anyone's guess.
As people approached Ri-an, they saw all 100% of its Military Gathered together in a single spot, all 47 ships. the Ri-anese Mana Fortress was visable and and fully armed.

While most entities were busy, a Golden glow entered the room. Lord Sumguy would know this thing was not a hallucenation. This thing was real, and he could feel its power. Yet he could not look at it. His 32 hour rest had ended, so this was not a dream.
Will you not rise in my defence?
It seemed to be speaking to him.
A golden ay of energy crept into Sumguy, and Sumguy just seemed to instantly understand the messages he had heard before. He knew Kajeenith was dead set on destroying all things, and the Ri-anese were out to stop him, but they would need help.
If you will rise to mine defence, you will be rewarded beyond measure. I will assist you, and all the forces you choose to bring with you, to the appropriate field of battle.
Sumguy would not know for sure who this entity was, only that for as long as he lived, he would never find anything even remotely close to the experience he now had, unless he followed its commands.

Lord Sumguy immediatley assembled the council of bishops in the Holy Empire, and, as soon as it was once again certified that he was not insane, thety voted unanimously to come to the aid of the Rianese. All over the nation, the military was mobilized, in preparation for the coming crusade to defend the Ri-anese. The entirety of the clergy (13,000 preists, bishops, and other ministers), as well as the entire military consisting of 500,000 soldiers, 22,000 military ground vehicles, and 12,000 aircraft, would travel to defend the Ri-anese. They waited only for a means of travel.

The same glow pervaded the room, but this time it left a man in white armor riding a winged horse with a unicorn's horn.
The man merely pointed to the outside. Those who looked, and all over the country could see why, in the distance, over the horizon, came a great continent stretching from horizon to horizon, flying upon the air carried upon the backs of the spirits of the air.
"The Magic Flying Continent of Ri-an." was all the man said.
"As soon as you are prepared, let me know, and we shall depart in that very same hour." He said.
He rode his creature outside and waited, meanwhile The Flying Continent hovered above the nation.

IC: the military assembled in the capitol city of Sumgaia, wearing armor similar in appearance to that of the Knights Templar that fought in the crusades of ages past (of course they were still functional in stopping bullets and the like, and designed so that they did not impede movement.). The bishops convened once more, and the message was sent that they wer ready to depart.

The Knight in White Armor noticed the upgraded form the military here used. His was Full Plate mail, and made of a metal one could not find anywhere, nor ever hope to make.
"I am Rahegalhoff Mesquchoku, the Legendary. I am the first to bare the title Paladin. I shall take you to the place beyond the stars, prepare thineself." He said.
His beast took to the air. He rose to the sky, and entered the Flying Continent from the Bottom.
A blue Beam of energy shot down from the Continent and picked up the Military. Then the Continent left and disappeared into the Ocean, going to a certain point on the Earth, there it rose above the clouds and into space.
The Military found itself on a mountain top. a Great blue beam came from beyond the stars, and pulled them towards it source, and first it was slow, but then it began to accelerate to speeds that were faster than even that which light could go.
They quickly crossed the gulf between Galaxies, and found themselves upon the world of Ri-an, before a mighty woman who seemed to be made of the very planet upon which they all stood.
"I am Lady Ri-an, Mother of the Ri-anese, Spirit of the world of Ri-an. I am pleased you have chosen to fight on our side." She said.
Rahegalhoff turned to her.
"I must leave, I and an army of Paladins are attempting to set up a defence now, before something happens. Billie must stay to lead the younger Paladins.
He paused, and took out a scroll, given to him by four epicly powerful adventurers who took part in a contest on Ri-an.
He used it, and summoned Karathis, Vaikwur, Ulrich, and I'mdyp to Ri-an once more.
"I have need of your help. You have fought Kajeenith once before, you know how insanely powerful he is. He is even stronger, and has found The Crystal of The Heart of Creation, and intends to destroy it, thus destroying EVERYTHING. Help me stop that from happening. There is a Paladin of my order here named Billie, and with him are five mages trained by the Magi-masters. Since the Magi-masters are with me, they will need the experienced guiding hand of the four of you. They lead many young Paladins, and mages. Helping you will be a Ta'nar named Morganna. As strong as the four of you are together, she is stronger. I pray we meet again." Rahegalhoff said, he disappeared to lead the initial defence.
OOC: That means Hak's four adventure's are with Balrogga and TGM's Characters.

Battle Fleet Mjolnir, Jericho IV system
"......but please believe it is better left untouched and alone. Things are the way the are for a reason. "Is that all you got, Benson?" The young, blonde man sighed and nodded.
"Yes sir, it vanished just as quickly as it came. We were barely able to trace the signal to where it came from." Lieutenant Svetsky sighed and turned to face the Admiral. Fleet Admiral Johnson sat in his chair, monitoring reports coming in from all over the fleet, status reports and supply checks. Svetsky thought back to the last couple hours, which had been a blur. At 01050, they had received that transmission at one of their outlying outposts on Altari Prime. From there, HIGHCOM had received it and the response had been swift. Admiral Johnson had been told to get his Supercarrier, Vigilance and have it rendezvous with Battle Fleet Mjolnir, which had been gathering in the Jericho IV system for the preparations against the Shivan threat. Now, it was being repurposed to fight this new threat.
"Why is it always when we are struggling with one thing, that more problems pop up?" Svetsky shook his head. In the two hours since then, they had gathered over 15 carriers, 23 cruisers, 34 destroyers, and 54 frigates, rounding out their fleet to around one hundred and twenty-six ships. They had plenty of Marines and ODST's and had even been given five Spartans by HIGHCOM. This thread, in the brass's eyes, was some tough shit and would need the Spartans for the long haul. And now, with everything assembled, they were preparing to jump to the source of the message. Walking up the Admiral, he saluted and watched as the tough, old man turned to him.
"Yes, Lieutenant?"
"Sir, we tried again and got nothing else aside from the data of the origin."
A sigh. "Well, you did your best, Lieutenant. Thanks for the effort. Get to your station and lets get ready. We are moving out."
"Yes sir." Johnson turned to his holomap.
"Aisha?" The holoprojector flickered and a woman appeared, with short hair and a peasant attire on.
"Working.....connecting all fleet times together.....calculating.....done." The timer appeared on the screen. Johnson nodded and waved a hand. One of the bridge crew opened the inter-fleet channel.
"All ships, lock onto my ship and prepare to jump. Admiral Johnson out." He nodded at Aisha who started the countdown.

The universe is under threat again... I shall have to move quickly. mused Archmage, engaging the reactors of a large contingent of his warships and ground units.
The central gaseous blue cores of the vessels grew and expanded, enveloping the entire ships, and the suddenly imploded into nothing, squirted through an alternate time stream to their destination in Ri-anese space.

Fleet Admiral Leon Parrian was in his office, checking through the reports of the day, his lifelong friend Winston Schroi standing by sorting reports.
"Leon, I think you had better see this. A couple of messages came in from Sector 828-444-163."
"What is it? I've got to approve the Schrodinger class for full production by tomorrow." he asked, bringing up the messages on his console. "My god... These messages came together, right?"
"They cropped up on one of the consoles within about an hour of each other, suggesting time for someone so compose a counteroffer."
"Whatever it is, attacking something called 'The Heart of Creation' can't be good. Have High Command get someone else to do this, and prepare the Dog Star. We're going to Ri-An."

Billie and the Five Mages stepped forward and introduced themselves once Rahegalhoff had disappeared.
Harold, was the oldest of the mages but was himself reasonbly youngat about 26 years old, He and Ian seemed to be the leaders of the group pf the 5 mages with Billie acting on his ownm but in-line with his vows of paladinhood and the goal of defending the Heart of Creation from Kajeenith.
Harold, Ian, Charlie, Zane and Adrian where the names of the mages, who where once responsible for looking after a rubbish depot made by The Garbage Men, it would be something that was for them routine, but it had turned into something wonderous and magical. They had now left that life for what seemed like ages, sometimes they wondered if they would ever go back to it. Though that soon would pass.
"Morghanna.." said Ian who paused, it was like he was trying to remember something a long time ago.. He had heard that name but couldn't place it. Though one thing was for certain he's like to meet her.
OOC: Ri-an, may I have a reply to my post please?
OOC: I coulda sworn I had a post for this earlier. Oh well, this post covers everyone except those directly on Ri-an itself.
IC:
as the incoming fleets arrived, they were universally halted by the Ri-anese Mana fortress. An impressive beast it covered the entire world of Ri-an protectivly, though how was a bit of a mystery, because the station was clearly smaller than Ri-an. Perhaps some advanced spatial technology, or maybe it was something in the name. Mana Fortress....
Anyways, they were all greeted by the same question.
"Who are you, why are you here, Do you serve Kajeenith?" The asker didn't sound like an automated computer, infact she sounded pretty hot, as far as her voice was concerned.

Just before the Novaean ships left they had send FTL communications to the Ri-anese that would arrive minutes before the ships.
Dear Ri-anese;
We thank you for your recent friendship, in a few minutes a Novaen fleet will arrive. Commanded by Admiral Vrch'yk Desniles which will be there to assist in your defense. Full Details of the fleet and other forces detached to aid are in his hands, as for security sake sending them in this transmission would be unwise.
However the fleet and forces sent should be of an enough variety to deal with many types of forces.
and sure enough exactly 3 minutes and 53 seconds later the Novaen fleet appeared, immediately they opened up a communications channel with the Ri-anese and confirmed identity. The majority of the ships found somewhere to float in space while a shuttle containing the Admirals and a few other Novaens. To co-ordinate and integrate the defensive strategy.

The Admirals and other Strategists were invited down to a general planning session.
"Coming into real space in 3...2...1.."
A field of blue flashes appeared as the entire Mjolnir fleet appeared in the Ri-an system. Johnson turned to one Lieutenant. "Report." The woman at the Sensor station sifted through the waves of data assaulting her.
"Entire fleet made it through with nary a scratch sir. All systems are green and ready to go. Detecting a single planet in the surrounding area. Checking...." The sound of tapping keys followed her words as she moved the sensors to scan the planet. "It appears to have a fleet surrounding it-"
The ship shuddered. Johnson looked around sharply. "Report!"
"Some...field has stopped us in our tracks. Readings are coming from that fortress." She pointed at the Mana fortress.
"Sir, incoming message!"
"Put it through."
"Who are you, why are you here, Do you serve Kajeenith?"
A reply was sent.
I am Fleet Admiral Johnson of the Terran Imperium. I am here to aid those against this insane madman trying to mess with some crystal. Kajubith, or whatever the hell he is, is most definitely not my master.

He saw the last of the Russians speed away in their vehicles, leaving a trail of disgarded equipment in their wake. The USSR was ending and with tensions building in Brzno, the Russians were pulling out left, right and centre but so far no-one had done anything. A large crowd had gathered and was simply staring at the now-abandoned Soviet military base. He heard himself say,
''Into the base! Take arms! War is coming!'' and felt himself moving towards the base, fist in the air. This was the moment he became a leader, when he felt the surge of power from having people follow him.
He could hear another jet fighter scream past overhead as the BMP-II armoured car raced forward towards the Atopian position. He felt the back his helmeted head bounce off the side of the vehicle in which he was seated as it jolted over a small obstacle, and heard the laughter of his squad-mates in return. This moment of small humour dispelled the tension that had been building in the men for days now, this was the moment when he relaxed and began to feel again.
A mighty eighty-gun salute sounded, making him jump in reflex. He was pleased to see that many of the other soldiers standing near him did the same. The Fuhrer was ranting and raving again, telling them all how the fight against the Atopians was won but that the greater war had yet to fought, that one against the Jews and the Bolsheviks, the war yet to be won. Looking around at all of the tired faces of veterans and the jubilant ones of the populace making up the rest of the rally, this was the moment he realised that generation after generation of Skgorrians would be sacrificed on the altar of battle and that there was no other way.
His world has collapsed a week ago when his Adalfwolfa was taken from him by those Atopian bastards. He sat there on his bed, holding back a flood of emotion whilst looking at old pictures of them together before the War of Seperation. He felt his young daughter come into the room and without a word, clamber up onto the bed and put her arms around him. Resisting for a second, he finally broke down and wailed in despair. This was the moment when he was at his weakest, but his Svetlanka was there for him.

Welcome back, Storm-General Beckenbauer
Storm-General Beckenbauer groaned as the writing vanished from his HUD. He hated RegSeq, not only because it distanced him from events for days on end but also the memories...or were they dreams? He could scarcely tell the difference these days, it had been nigh on millenia since the War of Seperation and Skgorrians had come a long way from their humble origins. Rather than commanding a platoon of riflemen against the Atopian anarchists, he was now in command of the SS-Paranormal division aboard their flagship, the SS-Mysterium. A somewhat less acknowledged section of the Skgorrian military, the Pact prefered to keep the location of the division a secret.
''And so here we are, in the middle of nowhere AGAIN! Why don't they just disband us and be done with it?'' He ranted, stepping down from the recharge station, his armoured boots clanging on the deck and reverberating around the small cabin. He heard a small cough and turned to see the SS-Mysterium's commander standing there.
''And what can I do for you Captain Petersen?'' Snapped Beckenbauer, still feeling slightly irritable after RegSeq as he always did.
Petersen took no notice of the Storm-General's tone, but instead came to attention and gave a Roman salute.
''Sir, our empaths and comms equipment have picked up a message from the Ri-Anese. They claim that Kajeenth is on the warpath again. Shall I set course?''
''The Black!'' Beckenbauer felt some of the old rage returning, rage that only the mysteries of the world of Om had finally calmed. ''He must be stopped Captain, at all costs. Have our empaths transmit a reply and set course at once.''
''At once sir,'' saluted Petersen before exiting the cabin, leaving the mech to his own thoughts.
Svetlanka... he missed his daughter terribly, and he began recalling everything he could about her, playing it back with the precision that his augmented mind gave him. Such was the depth of his reverie that he scarcely noticed the ship rumble into lightspeed.
The Skgorrians sent a reply to the Ri-Anese via telepathy and conventional comms:
''This is Storm-General Beckenbauer of Skgorria. I heed the call and come to your aid.''
Telros:
The inhibiting field reversed itself, and pulled the fleet into orbit around Ri-an.
A giant white Aquamarinian Transported onto the Admiral's bridge.
It was none other than King edward, one of the five Royal Aquamarinians. He was a big creature, being exactly 30 Ft. Square.
"You are invited down to the capital of Elru for a Strategy meeting." King Edward said. He disappeared.
Skgorria:
"We'll be waiting, but not for too much longer." was the reply.

Assume Morganna is already there, just she doesn't have anything to say at this time. She is spending her efforts at absorbing all the data currently available on the whole situation and could probably be found buried in some computer terminal somewhere. When the meeting starts she willl be one of the first attending.

OOC: I'm making this post assuming that Nekaru defeated Mayth, and this is occuring after this. After all, Ri-an, I haven't told Theao yet, but it is not possible for both of them to come out of their battle alive. One will die.
IC:
The desolate landscape hung over a red sky as the star over the planet set. It was a dusty planet, and it used to be the home of a vibrant and thriving land. Used.
Now, it was crushed, annihlated by Marcus Nekaru, one of Kajeenth's mercernaries. The black and red cloak he was wearing fluttered in the wind as he looked up into the sky.
Two birds flew through the sky. One was a vulture that had noticed the scent of corpses in the city. It was in this city that Nekaru was standing- to be precise, he was on top of a large cliff, watching the red sky as he smelled the ruins of death and destruction.
The vulture landed on top of a corpse of an old man and began devouring. It was the other bird that caught Nekaru's attention. A small bird, no larger than a robin, it sat down on the broken ruins of a tree that had been slashed in two by Nekaru's wratrh. It then began to sing a low, long song that was not too different from that of a dirge. Nekaru watched the bird sing for several minutes, then his face grimaced and his hand closed.
The bird had only time for a shriek before an invisible hand crushed it into a bloody pulp. The vulture looked up from its meal, and flew off to finish the dying songbird.
"Time to depart."
Putting his hands together, Nekaru slammed them on the ground, activating the familliar circle of teleportation.
"Where to go next, next?"
So mused Nekaru as he left for the next world to destroy.

Nekaru, there is but one last task before you are free to go, Complete this, and I will grant you my powers as though you were my own child. The sword of Dissolution shall become yours. But before it can be handed down, that one last task. Come to my side, and we shall prepare for your last task, one with which I know you will look forward to with much anticipation, the destruction of The Worldspirit of Ri-an, and all those that would defend her.
A great and mighty battle is coming, and she leads an army to imprison me forever. There will be many lives to take as you make your way to her. I shall open a gateway for thee, to a place you cannot otherwise access, the dimension between all others, Dimensia Harmonia, where The Crystal of The Heart of Creation lies hidden.
The words echoed all around him, and Nekaru would know it was time for a bloodbath greater than any he had seen previously. The words took on solid form like that of a bolt of lightning, and became a gateway.
Kajeenith had called upon his greatest asset. If Lady Ri-an had known, she would've found some other way to defend the the Crystal, but of this turn of events, she would not know, until it was far too late.

OOC: My dear, that is perhaps the biggest understatement I have ever heard. Nekaru controls the air itself. He could just fly over you. If you chose to follow him in aircraft, they would be crushed by the very air they flew in, and all this without him even pausing to stop.
That's alright, your army will face Hextor's army. As a Dark War god, it should be bearable enough, that you can do some serious damage.

A new power? After learning the secrets of the Void..... but I'm still not ready, and for better and worse, I have that damn oath to follow. So I'll bide my time.
At least I know where to go- and to destroy Lady Ri-an...
The spell covered Nekaru as he teleported to Kajeenth's side.

The spell covered Nekaru as he teleported to Kajeenth's side.
Nekaru found himself in the infinite Empty Void. He could alter its image to suit his will, but due to the proximity of Kajeenith, only as far as making a Platform underneath himself.
Kajeenith's sword floated between the two. It had a variety of runes inscribed on the side, they spelled out Dissolution, but each Rune also had individual effects.
"Isn't it a beauty. Not even the Grim Reaper's scyth can compare. there is no defence that exists that it cannot sunder, for with every blow, Entropy is effected on the energies, and the Molecular Bonds holding the physical together break and scatter the Atoms that make them. The Runes cause death, pain, disease and plagues of all kinds, hunger, it makes the flesh rot, and spoils the environment, darkness spreads with each swing of the blade, and as the wind passes through its surface, it sets up a howling that inspires fear and insanity in even the bravest of warriors, truely a magnificent weapon." Kajeenith said.
He put it away.
"Soon they will come. Even now The Dark Paladins fight the light, and they shall all die to the man. Those that would oppose me will arrive to see they are to late, and find they mustfight a running battle, running to catch up to my forces. It is when they divide down the many paths, that you will follow along behind Lolth's army in secret, for Lady Ri-an's personal army shall fight her Drow and Drider armies. Once Deuce has dispatched of Lolth. You will destroy all you see before you. I already know the outcome of all these events yet to transpire, and have known the entirety of my life and all that would happen in it, since the day I first set eyes on existence. Now go prepare yourself." Kajeenith said. He spoke as a prisoner on Death Row, knowing the only fate left to him, was to die in payment for that which he had done. The normal fear inducing Kajeenith was gone.
Gone was the Kajeenith that tortured others for the hell of it. Had this been 1,000 years ago, Tenarius would already be stretched out over an Alter. This Kajeenith was silent, and brooding, seemingly only waiting for his future to transpire. He had changed, but wat force could change kajeenith? it must be powerful indeed.
He disappeared.

My fellow rulers, I come to you in our shared darkest hour. Even is no one follows him he is still powerful enough to force his way to the heart.
Howard got up from his seat and headed back to the bridge. Whatever the hell is going on was up to guessing, but orders were orders. The 1st fleet would need time to get ready though...

IC: As the fleet approached Ri-an, they found they weren't the only nation to respond.
"Who are you, where have you come from, and are you here to assist in the defence of creation?" asked a communications beam from the fully armed and operational Mana Fortress infront of them. There really was no two ways about it, the best idea was to just answer the questions.

UNDERSTOOD. ON THE WAY NOW.
Howard flanked by his two Lt. Commanders (one for the fleet and one for the Marines) and their escorts headed towards the hanger where a Pelican was waiting for them. They boarded and the craft completely closed itself like an air lock. The hanger was evacuated and all the air lock doors shut closed. The hanger doors opened and the Pelican roared to life, but the sound quickly got vented out with the air. The Pelican took off as they headed towards Ri-an. The trip took a few hours, but they finally made it. They landed and waited for someone to greet them...

SS-Mysterium, en route to Ri-An
Storm-General Beckenbauer stood on the bridge of the Star Destroyer, staring intently into the swirling void of hyperspace that the ship was plunging through. It was a captivating swirl of blue, white and black that did not hold the same form for more than a second. a complex sea of patterns and pictures.
''Beautiful, isn't it?'' Asked Captain Petersen as he strode up to meet the Storm-General. ''Half the reason I joined the Air Force was to see this as much as I could.'' He looked up at the mech and smiled dreamily. ''I could stare at it for hours, but that would be deriliction of duty right?''
''It is chaos, pure disorder,'' rumbled the mech. ''Such a thing is an abomination that has only instrumental value. Chaos harnessed to serve order is still chaos, and chaos must be fought wherever it stands.'' He turned back to face the crew pit and raised his voice so that all could hear him. ''Make no mistake, we go now to fight pure Chaos, pure evil. Unless every single one of us is strong of will then we will not survive. But we shall overcome it, for every single one of us is a New Man or New Woman, a product of millenia of purification through word and deed. None can stand before us, not even the Gods. Sieg oder Tot! Sieg Heil!'' He screamed the battle cry Skgorria, the battle cry of National Socialists ever since the movement was born in blood during the 20th century. His right arm was fully extended in salute, and the entire bridge crew was on their feet, mirroring the salute and echoing the cry.
''Exiting Hyperspace in 30 seconds!'' came the call from the Navigation section after the cries had faded after several minutes.
''All units to battle stations!'' Ordered Petersen, striding along the walkway above the crew pit and issuing individual orders. ''Power up weapons, crews to fighters. Damage control and medical response teams report readiness. Disperse Kriegsmarine and other troopers to reaction points.'' The crew flew into action and soon ready reports were coming in.
The Star Destroyer slammed out of hyperspace and began broadcating that its identity.
OOC: I do believe everyone is here. If not, then I'll always think they should've been.
IC: The Vessals were greeted as they came in. Lord Sumguy and a couple of his strategists were gathered, along with the representitives of each group along with the four adventurers, Morganna, and the TGM reps. They were taken to the great coral Palace. As they passed through its halls, they could see through one particularly large door, King Mark the Angry squeezing a particularly huge stress ball. No one was ever quite sure if he was genuinely insane, or just had a short temper. Regardless, recent events had pushed him to his limit, and so a giant stress ball, larger than him had to be custom made. He had the 40 ft Stress ball in his tenticles, it was just as red as he was, and it popped. He picked up the pieces and screamed something obscene that in no way should be repated or translated out of the Aquamarinian toungue. Another Stress ball was dropped on him. He began to attack it.
"Poor Mark, this has him worse off than normal." Lady Ri-an said.
She lead them up through the upper floors, and into a pitch black room. After they were all in, she closed the door.
"No outsider has ever seen this place, nor will they ever do so again." Lady Ri-an said.
A Table large enough for them all to have a seat materialised. The chairs were comfortable. She had a seat on a small throne.
Morganna, due to her unique nature, already knew why this room was so special.
"You have progressed beyond the physical, and entered a carefully blanked out portion of my mind. We can get to introductions momentarily, but first, the reason bonding us all together." She said.
An image of Kajeenith appeared above the table.
"This, is Kajeenith." She said.
The Image was replaced with a Jewel that could not be a Jewel. It was larger than most planets. It was made of colors that could not exist in a place where physical matter was dominate, and instead, only existed among the spirits.
"That, Is the Crystal of The Heart of Creation. Rather, that is the place that houses and protects it. It is within, and none have ever laid eyes upon it, no god, no mortal, no machine, no one. It was a secret well kept by the spirit of the Multi-verse itself, but unfortunatly, it was discovered by Kajeenith. It lies in a place called Dimensia Harmonia. Dimensia Harmonia is a dimension kept secret, for obvious reasons. It lies between all other Dimensions, and does for the Multi-verse, what the Cartilege between human bones does for mankind, acts as a lubricant, keeps things balanced and working smoothly.
There is no sold matter of anykind. I am all sure you can see Morganna, she is a Ta'nar, a pure mind. Normally, no physical attack can harm them, after all, how does one kill a thought? In DH, all things become equal, we become like her, she becomes like us, and we reach Equallibrium, where, all of us, are beings of energy, us, and everything we possess. Thus, I warn you now, nothing, not even The Crystal has a definitive form. We will keep ours of course, but everything else, can change without notice, and become anything. Thus, strategising anything here is pointless, as we could set up defences for mountainous terrain, only to find things changed to a broad flat plain. The Magi-masters have sent back notice that initial scouting reports turns up nearly every kind of terrain possible, but the place keeps shifting. Some sections have even been without ground entirely, but there are only so many pathways to the core, and we will need to cover them all. They are eight in number. We need to guard them, because it is at the core, is the Crystal. The Sorcerers of Ri-an will divide and accompany you each down your seperate paths. They will be lead by one exceptionally gifted, or wise in the arts of magic. The four Rahegalhoff summoned, The five from The Garbage Men, new though they might be, they have been instructed to master level by the Magi-masters personally, Morganna Aarisbane, personal advisor of her emporer in Balrogga, her entire species is gifted both in magics and Psionics. And then there is My son and myself. Kajeenith is a Dark God, and can pull other Dark Gods to his cause. there is bound to be less than scientific activity going on. you will all need mages who understand it to counter it. Any Questions before we make for the Core of Milky Way Galaxy? That's where the Crystal of The Heart of creation has been hidden all this time you know, in the core of The Supermassive Black Hole in the center of Milky Way Galaxy, in Dimensia Harmonia." Lady Ri-an said.
"Sir, the field is lifting. We are free to move again. Engines are starting up again." The ships shuddered and the engines flared white once more. The fleet then moved to take position with the others in orbit around the planet. Admiral Johnson rubbed his chin, thinking. Here they were, about to fight some dark enemy and were in orbit above a planet with many other fleets. This conflict, it would seem, was going to be a massive one. Taking out a cigarette and lighting it, he took in a drag and blew out the smoke.
"Open a channel to the planet. Let's get this party started."
"Opening channel sir..." A beep sounded and he began to speak.
Greetings, I have arrived as promised. Is there anything we need to do now or do we just need to wait until we move out? Just curious. Admiral Johnson out.
They received a return message, dictating that the Ri-anese were holding a strategic meeting on the planet and would welcome their input. They had been granted permission to send down a shuttle and the data for the flight path had been attached to the return data burst. Johnson nodded. "Very well then. Prepare a Pelican in Hangar 04R. Lieutenant Nikoli, you are in command."
"Yes sir." Getting out of his chair, he walked down the various hallways and subsections, and reached the hangar. A pilot greeted him as he entered and strapped himself in. The ramp closed and locked, securing an air supply inside the bay. Seconds later they were flying through space and through the atmosphere, an artificial comet in the sky.
When they landed, Johnson exited and, after a quick introduction to the landing bay guards, he was escorted to the strategy room, where he took the cigarette from his mouth and said.
"Alright. What'd I miss?"
OOC: You should probably add a reaction to the post above yours in to this. It assumed everyone was there and taken to the strategy meeting, to save time, so that maybe later today, or tomorrow, we could get to the action.

Howard stood up from his seat and made a request.
"My forces will need all the information that you are willing to give us on magic and anything else that we might meet on the battlefield. If my Marines must fight magic on their on, I want them to know what they are fighting against. All of my Marines have things called, heads up display or HUD. This allows them to receive real time information without the need for direct communications. We can upload the information on magic there," Howard's people really do need the information. This was their first time being near magic let alone fighting against magic

''So we are to hold our positions and kill anything that comes near us?'' Grated the voice of Beckenbauer, distorted through the vocaliser. Of course it was not his real voice at all, as he hadn't had vocal cords for centuries.''That seems simple enough. My troops all have paranormal talents of one kind or another, augmenting their firepower. I daresay there will be times when conventional weaponry is useless against Kajeenth or his allies. Back on Om he shrugged off blasts that would put down a battle tank.'' The mech visibly shuddered at the memory, recalling the pain he had suffered during that battle.

"Now, I'd be happy to share knowledge of magic with you, but your jumping the gun here. I'm not going to let non-magical troops take on a magical enemy. There are 20,000 Sorcerers on Ri-an, and their going to split into eight groups and go down each hall. They will be the magic versus the magic, you just worry about enemies more your leval, like space marines, and apache attack helicopters. They'll take on the Demons and rogue sorcerers. But not alone, as I mentioned before, there are enough experts to lead them and give focus. You don't have to worry about magic."
OOC: If magic isn't normally your thing, don't worry about it, I'll have mages there with you to take care of the magic.

"If he reaches the heart, then we will have to call upon The Avatars of The Multiverse to take on Kajeenith personally, their the only ones that can focus the entire combined might of all of creation into a single entity, and that is about what it would take to stop kajeenith." Lady Ri-an stood.
"Then, if that's settled, I'll let you all out of my mind and we can get going." Lady Ri-an said.
OOC:
The truth is, we arrive in time to see Rahegalhoff's Paladin army defeated and the dark armies disappear down the eight halls. We split eight ways and chase them. The Crystal itself lends a helping hand and alters the hallways, closing them at the far end, allowing for each group to catch up, battle it out, join up in the center minus the losses and fight the Demons of Elru, The Ministry of Shadow, and Kajeenith's army of Darkness. After witnessing the most powerful spell ever to be cast, Kajeenith finds himself next to the heart. At this point Morganna calls upon The avatars, and we fight the final battle of Ultimate Destiny. Something happens, you all witness logic not of the normal kind, and leave DH only to discover parts of Ri-an are now in your possesion. A world here, money there, advanced tech in some places.
I've been thinking about this for awhile, so its all reasonably well planned out, with plenty of wriggle room.
Johnson raised an eyebrow at the mention that they were in her mind but said nothing. When the image of Kajeenith appeared, he chuckled. "Ugly sumabitch, ain't he?" As Lady Ri-an went on to describe the Crystal which all of existence depended upon, he listened in great detail. He shook his head as she spoke. "Good to know the universe has no common sense whatsoever. 'Lets put the link to all of existence in a single crystal and hide it in a dimension. In a galaxy of people which have Faster than Light engines and magic, they cant POSSIBLY get to it!' Jeezum, where did this Multiverse get its knowledge from?"
That's where the Crystal of The Heart of creation has been hidden all this time you know, in the core of The Supermassive Black Hole in the center of Milky Way Galaxy, in Dimensia Harmonia."
Johnson grunted, took a drag of his cigarette and spoke up. "So let me get this straight. We are going into another dimension, with a crystal larger than a planet, and guard eight pathways to this crystal. Which is stuck inside of a massive black hole of course. And we have to fight on ground that constantly changes, and against people who use magic like we use bullets?" He took the cigarette out of his mouth.
"What kind of Multiverse is this? Is it trying to get us killed? Don't answer that; tis a rhetorical question. My real question is this. Where in God's name do our fleets fit in with all this? We are going into a massive black hole, I don't see where our ships fit in here."

He chuckled. "Ah, now thats more like it. I wouldn't mind taking a crack at it but it sounds like we are going to experience high-level shit and I would like my Marines not to get fried in the first five seconds."

"Your ships will be needed. Observe." Lady Ri-an said.
The room brightened, somewhat. They could not see themselves, or each other. Infact, their veiwpoint was that of a Ri-anese observation satelite.
They saw ships that had once been a part of The Borg Collective. Now, they were diffrent. Their hulls burned with the power of a star, a natural side effect of their engines. A passing ship from an unidentified source got too near the Cubes.
"We are the Army of Darkness. The almighty Kajeenith has set us loose upon this universe to bring pain and suffering and destruction. Your deaths will bring pain and suffering to your families. Your destruction will please us greatly. Die." The Voice was like that of the Collective, but stronger.
The ship was obviously very powerful.
A single cube stepped forward. a Red, Yellow, and Blue Beam shot out.
the Mystery ship had its shields raised. Shields that could defend against very strong attacks indeed, but as the energy from the Army of Darkness hit them, the Shields disapated into nothing. The ship grew larger and blew up in a colorful explosion.
"That is why your ships are needed. You see the results of Kajeenith's meddling." Lady Ri-an said, as the room returned to normal.
She seemed remarkably calm, despite what she just saw.

"I think you're losing your touch, Kajeenth. Perhaps it's time one be replaced."
All the same, Nekaru somehow knew that this was to be his greatest battle ever. Either he would triumph, destroy Kajeenth and Lady Ri-an, and complete his epic work, or he would fail, and become a speck of dust in the pointless scumpool of this world.
All the same, where is this Lolth's army?

Kajeenith smiled. He knew things Nekaru didn't. But, in time, Nekaru would know them too.
Nekaru found Lolth well enough. The Goddess was in Drow form. She was watching the the two Rahegalhoff's direct their armies against each other.
"Come to watch the slaughter by the moonlight? we are on the cusp of a great change. Let the old ones have their glory, I will be there still when all is over to pick up their fragmented remains, and become stronger than ever. He thinks he's going to win, but realisticly, how can he? when its against something as powerful as the Multiverse, its nearly impossible to win. The only reason any of us are helping is to gain more power from what little is left of him and resume our own affairs." Lolth said.
Appearently, not everyone believed in Kajeenith's ability to win.

Johnson chuckled. "That's good, don't want my Navy boys and girls to miss out on the fun." A grim smile appeared on his face as he finished off his cigarette, and crushed it under his boot. "So, tell me, how strong are these ships? My own fleet is able to dish out plenty of damage, I can say that with every ounce of fact I can muster, and my personal ship, the Vigilance is renowned to be able to take on entire fleets of ships itself, it isn't called a Supercarrier for nothing, you know. But, I will need to know how strong these ships are, if you know that information, so I can best prepare my fleet for the battle. And how are we going to deploy the soldiers. I have over 60,000 soldiers and countless tanks, artillery pieces, aircraft, etc. How are they to be deployed, since all of my men and material are on my ships still?"

"That which i have shown you, is all we know. As for deployment, you can land on the world itself."
"Good. I have nothing else to ask, since as you have told us, the ground changes faster than a teenage girl's fashion statement. There is no point in strategizing here; we have to focus on tactical operations when we get there; reacting to the situation and deploying our forces as best we can there." Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a pack of cigarettes, took one out and held it up. "Anyone want any?" If anyone took the offer, he handed them a cigarette and then put it away. With one swift motion, he pulled out his lighter, lit the cigarette, and then put the lighter away.
As he blew out smoke, he spoke again. "Where was I? Ah yes. The ground may change, but no matter the ground, a series of fortifications and Firebases on a small scale is bound to do plenty of work for us in protecting this damn crystal. That's my own two cents. One final question. Will we be able to call for reinforcements while in there or does the Crystal prevent any transmissions of that sort?"

What I'm trying to say is that some of us are only human. We can't deal with weather changing non-stop. The terrain is bad enough as it is!" Howard exclaimed.

"Thus far, at least on the surfaces, there is no such thing as temperature. You can dress however you please." Lady Ri-an said.
"Okay... When do we start?" Howard asked claiming down.
"Okay... When do we start?" Howard asked claiming down.
Lady Ri-an looked left, she loofed right. She was looking to see if there were any more questions.
"Now sounds as good a time as any." She said.
To each participants point of View, everyone else but Lady Ri-an disappeared. Then she disappeared, leaving them all alone in their own infinite Darkness. Then the light came back, and they found themselves on the bridge of their ships.
Their crews would not yet know in any fashion that their captans had returned, until they turned and looked at them.
On Each ship, sensors would indicate the Ri-anese fleet was moving.
They moved slowly out of system, in such a way that it was obvious they wanted everyone to follow them. Then, the lead ships, both of which looked like Giant sea snakes, fired a beam at the same spot in space. They ripped open a Temporary Wormhole to their destination, and sailed through it to their destiny. There was only enough time for the other fleets to sail on through.
Lord Sumguy's army didn't have to worry, they found themselves inside the belly of a transport ship. It was shaped like a whale. It followed the fleet, but hung back. It was only a civilian ship after all, pressed into transport service.
Morganna and the TGM representitives were sailing with them. The Adventurers were on the Ri-anese flagship.
On the other side, was the Army of Darkness.
"We are the Army of Darkness. We have been expecting you, your late. Now you and all your allies will perish." Came the same horrible voice from earlier.
The Flagship of the Ri-anese fleet sailed forward, it was known as a Mobile Death Fortress. It was the most powerful ship the Ri-anese had ever invented. It was designated as MDF-3735761291-M
"Bite me." was Lady Ri-ans sole reply. Her voice was diffrent. No longer soft and Gentle, now it was harsh and Commanding.
It burst into Blue flames, and activated a great saw made of the same energies as a Jedi Lightsabre. The saw Blade spun around The Burning Mobile Death Fortress, and the Mobile Death Fortress didn't just ram the ship, it cut it in half
The Rest shot those same tri-colored energy beams out. It was actually three seperate beams in one, one to disable any and all forms of shielding it came accross, that was Blue, one to completly disable sensors, that was red, and a Yellow beam that caused equipment and engines to overload and blow up.
Soldiers from The Army of Darkness began to teleport over to the ships. These soldiers were nothing like the standard run of the mill Borg, personal teleporters, personal shields, improved regeneration, personal phasers, an assimilation beam, faster adaptation rates, and a look and design that came straight out of Sci-fi Horror. They were taking no prisoners, doing no assimilations, their bent was outright destruction.
Someone would eventually find they were weak against physical weapons, which was good news for Lord Sumguy and his army, because they appeared on that ship too.

The entire fleet was caught off guard, but after sometime (and lost of ship's crew) Marines moved though the ships of the fleet. Clearing room after room. The threat wasn't that bad. The metel anti-personnel rounds that exploded on contact were working wonders on the intruders. The real problem was the fact that the Marines had a whole fleet to look though. That caused problems and the ship's crews were often locked into combat with the attackers. A Marine Captain was leading a squad of Marines (twelve Marines in total) though a hallway. Until one of his men spotted an intruder. They took cover and demanded the intruder's surrender. He or she did not answer, but did fire this weird beam. Killing one of the Marines and the Marines returned fire. The intruder went down, but not before taking twenty bullets and killing two more Marines. These "things" were causing problems. Not big ones, but problems none the less.
OOC: Can we engage the ships or are you doing that? Also, lucky me :D MT weapons in a FT environment wins again!

"So what kind of ship is this." Lord Sumguy started, but was interrupted by the appearance of monstrous looking creatures in the ship. "What the...code red! Intruders!" He ran toward the thing, whatever it was, firing his desert eagle pistol at it, and drawing the longsword he wore in accordance with Sumgaian tradition. Several of the bullets were blocked, but his sword slid right through the creatures armor, and he finished it off by pressing his gun against the thing's head and sending a .50 cal. bullet into it's brain. The army fired at everything that appeared, collapsing in towards the vehicles, which opened fire as well with their .50 cal. machineguns. after about ten minutes of fighting, the enemies had seemed to stop appearing. 11,000 soldiers and 137 preists were dead. The Royal Guard picked up the dropped weapons and equipment, examining them to see if they could be of any use. "What kind of creatures are these?" Lord Sumguy asked, kicking a body, and shooting it as it groaned. "I'm not sure, sir, but i wonder if we can truly win against such enemies..." His captain said in response. "Cheer up, Captain," Lord Sumguy said, smiling. "Perhaps divine intervention is not so uncommon in this dimension. With God's aid, no enemy shall destroy us." "Let us hope so sir." The captain said, laughing nervously. "Indeed, hope springs eternal." was his lord's reply.
OOC: can i RP divine intervention, or will Ri-an do all of that?
Nova Bazalonia

As the Novaens arrived, 2 humans and 2 saurons stepped out of the shuttle which was larger that it probably should have been.
One pairing of a Human and Saurons introduced themselves as Admiral Vrch'yk Desniles, leaders of the Novaen Space Navy for this mission, another as General Trk'rt Johannsen, leader of the ground forces. And the pairing that Chron and Stella the Magi-Master of time and space had already met.
However there was more, a breif pattering of clawed feet saw Skybax Air Marshall Rch'ty Anderson fly leap into the sky and started to fly around. The others groaned.
"The Air Marshall doesn't like being couped up, so to speak, so he'll be along shortly." the Admirals responded before being shunted off to the meeting. The Air Marshal would join them soon enough
Picture of SkyBax with a rider:

---
The ships had finished deploying forces that where of no use on a Space Ship, primarily those SkyBax who also took to the air the first time, making a bit of a nuscience with any local air traffic but having no incidents.
And to their surprise the General and Admiral where back in their seats.
"People, It's action time. Sound Battle Station alert... It has already begun." Said while one Admiral while the other one was looking over some reports being displayed on a computer Console. "We're ready to go. Go on our mark."
"3,2,1, MARK!" they both said in perfect timing, the ships accellerated, one of the ships attacked and lured the Borg away. A classic battle strategy employed by predators the universe over, divide an conquer.
However they didn't have the time to utilise it properly as they started to teleport onto the Novaen ships, first the command and then each ship that followed, no ship was spared from this enslaught.
But they weren't caught in surprise the Novaens where ready, while the Saurons had natural weapons as apart of their being the humans used a paralysing beam. What infact was, the beam when stricking an opponent created a minature dimension that had no time. The Borg would find themselves trapped in this dimension until the energy ran out and by that time they it would they would find that none of their equipment would work. But that left physical combat which they would find weak to the Sauron attacks

Billie got involved in the fighting right away, his Katana swinging almost widly at first, trying to dodge the shots from the souped up phasers, a couple hit him but they didn't matter as his armour did it's own regeneration Schtick on him.
His Katana started to slice through the personal shields of each Borg that he encountered, of course the shield and armour made it difficult for him to hit, a little time magic help from Harold sped him up so that he could make 3 strikes in the time it would normally take for two.
Meanwhile the 5 mages tried and tested their opponet's weaknesses, Physical attacks.
Concentrating together they started to manipulate the flow of Air using it to throw their enemies away and into hard objects, of course it wasn't fully plain sailing, they had been shot by a number phasers and had used the assimilatiln ray against them but, working together they managed to overcome.
After the fights, Zane knelt down and started to examine a body. "Yeah, certainl Borg. Kajeenith has certainly done a number on these."
Johnson found himself back on his ship and chuckled. "I guess we are eager to get started then..." Sticking the cigarette in his mouth, he barked out orders. "Alright, have the fleet go to Code Red and prepare to enter....something. I don't know how the hell we are getting there but it involves going into another dimension, so prepare the fleet for that. Have all ships ready for combat from the get-go. I want to secure space superiority as quick as possible. And have the troops be ready for combat. If we can land them quickly enough, we may be able to establish a proper defensive position." The fleet shuddered and followed the Ri-anese ships through the wormhole. The fleet was rocked a bit by the transition but aside from that it was smooth sailing.
What was on the other side, however, was going to be trouble.
"Sir, we are detecting a massive fleet in system. Receiving incoming message..."
We are the Army of Darkness. We have been expecting you, your late. Now you and all your allies will perish.
Johnson rolled his eyes. "Geez, they have all the acting skills of Hollywood. Prepare to fire. Deploy all Longsword squadrons, take the safeties off the nukes and Archer pods. Power to shields and weapons."
He was interrupted by one of his bridge crew. "Sir, detecting energy build up. The enemy appears to be ready to fire. It's those beams from the video."
"What about them?"
"They have strange energy signatures." Johnson narrowed his eyes.
"Scan them. Tell me what I need to know about them."
"Yes sir." They watched as the Ri-an Fortress burst into flame and cut through the enemy ship. Johnson was about to chuckle when alarms went off.
"Incoming enemy fire sir!" The blasts shot forward and slammed into the Terran fleet. Shields flared as the beams slammed into them, sensors fluctuated and equipment sparked as the beams went to work. However, the well-built ships held and the damage was moderate. A frigate listed to one side as the blasts momentarily overwhelmed its anti-gravity engines and a carrier's lights flickered as the generators struggled against the waves of energy. Johnson rocked in his chair as the Supercarrier took the brunt of the assault.
"Report! What the hell were those?"
The bridge crew frantically worked on keeping the fleet together and finding out what was going on. "Shields down to 74%. Decks, 4, 8, 13, damaged. Power generators down to 87%. Those beams appeared to do damage to our shields, equipment and sensors. I am reading problems all over the fleet, though we are coming back from it."
The Admiral gritted his teeth. "Alright, do we have anything that can block it?"
"Well, I can change the frequency of the shields to-"
"Do it. I don't care how, just do it."
"Right sir." The shields flashed for a moment and then settled. The next salvo washed over the shields of the fleet. Johnson gripped his chair. The bridge crew smiled.
"It worked, sir. Shields holding." The Admiral smirked.
"Damn good job. Return fire." Bolts of plasma, volley after volley of pulse lasers, Archer missiles, MAC shells and plasma torpedoes cut through space to slam into the enemy fleet. The battle had begun in earnest.
Inside the fleet, the enemy began to teleport in and battles began to be fought. They machine-gunned down many of them, and those who used plasma realized it didn't work, so they stayed with their bullet weaponry. Alongside the anti-boarding weaponry, they fought against the incoming enemy.

Archmage's Warships were some of the first to go through the wormhole, though the transports with vehicles held back to go with other convoys.
All Warships open fire! came the command over the communications systems. Without a human crew it was hard to roleplay the instantaneous transfer of energy in the inexplicably alien technology which caused the ships to move.
The ships may as well have been spelljammers, for all the multicoloured beams did - they had no shields to speak of, no sensors to destroy (they targeted via an extradimensional overwatch) and their reactors were great big blue balls of something, truly giving credence to the old adage "Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic".
For this reason they were not vulnerable to weapons which targeted specific parts of a vessel, though it was nonetheless susceptible to normal firepower - even if it was resistant.
They returned fire swiftly, pale blue streams erupting from their central cores and arcing through the cubes, leaping from cube to cube and burning through through shields and armour like it wasn't there.
On the transports, the soldiers failed to transport onboard, simply because the machines of Archmage had no need for an atmosphere, and pressure was simply equalised in the vessel.
This had the handy side effect of exposing the teleporting soldiers to hard vacuum, as well as sucking them straight out the vents.
Any which survived were taken care of by the vehicles, who simply created arcs of energy between groups of soldiers, electrocuting them and destroying them.
Adaptation tended to fail when the weapons you were faced with contained more than enough energy to simply vaporise you rather than break you apart.

Bridge of the Dog Star
Admiral Parrian found himself back at his control hemisphere, the strategic map ready and the fleet already moving towards the wormhole.
"Nice of you to drop in, Leon."
"Ha ha." replied Parrian, pulling off his portable eyepiece and putting on a command headset.
"Attention all crew members: We are going into full battle alert. Standby for full combat the moment we get through."
With a number of quick taps he sent new formation orders to his captains, organising them into a wedge formation to protect the troop carriers. Soon, they emerged from the wormhole, fairly late compared to others, and were too late to see the death fortress turn into a gigantic lightsabre.
The onslaught was sudden and ruthless, the red and blue beams rapidly blinding the battleships and forcing them to quickly attempt to effect repairs as engines and equipment suddenly tripped their safety cutoffs. A number of unlucky Rutherford battleships had their reactors destroyed, and hundreds of little escape shuttles erupted from the sides as the great forms slowly split apart, sucking equipment and crew member alike out into the cold, uncaring void, jets of superheated plasma licking the hallways clean of life. The soldiers which teleported onboard also found themselves part of the sterilisation, as the dying reactors scrubbed the vessels with the hot flames of a star.
The Schrodinger class battleships fared significantly better, their quantum shielding functioning to reduce the toothpaste beam to a fraction of its power, allowing their conventional shielding to protect them from both the blinding effects and the boarding.
The Dog Star fell victim to the toothpaste beam suprisingly quickly, the swirly multicoloured energy weapon sapping its shields and blinding its sensors almost immediately, while shutting down its engines.
"Re-Route to shields! All engineers to the sensor grid! Mobilise military personnel and prepare for boarding!" he yelled, the bridge suddenly erupting into a whirlwind of chatter while his bridge staff used almost all the channels at once to redirect damage control crew to effect emergency repairs while the engineers worked to get the sensor grid back up.
With the accuracy of space-borne weaponry, shields and sensors were likely the most important systems - engines were secondary.
At which point the Army Of Darkness struck, warping almost randomly into the battleship. The map of the ship almost immediately lit up with red 'intruder' blips, prompting general fleeing and the winking out of a number of crew member blips.
Winston brought up a command display on his console (he did not possess one of the cybernetic interface eyes, and as such used a specially built console next to Leon) and activated the automatic defences, shifting power rapidly and generally micromanaging the meagre power supplies available to the autoguns and shifting them around.
Admiral Parrian mobilised the KMES-23 squad onboard the vessel, dividing them into three groups of two, and had them proceed to each boarding point, their vulcan cannons easily tearing through the energy weapon resistances of the borg-like creatures.
While many crew were lost, the sweeping movements of the powersuits almost immediately removed blips from the screen, the heavy weaponry equipped on them proving to be more than a match for the borg-like creatures, while their own ablative armour resisted phaser attack without too much trouble, while marines cleaned up behind them, burning the regenerating borg corpses.
"All vessels are to keep KMES-23 squads on full alert, in case of a second wave."
The transports fared admirably, the powersuits onboard simply slicing through the 'Army of Darkness', more than a few making comments along the lines of boomsticks.
The joke got old fast.
---
Karathis and Vaikwur moved almost instantly, arcing electricity between the borg things, while Ulrich and I'mdyp moved in with Billie, chopping them up alongside him.
"Borg? These were *borg*?" asked Vaikwur, incredulous that these phaser-wielding regenerating monstrosities were, in fact borg.

-All ships. Fall back out of range of enemy weapons. Super carriers. I repeat super carriers. Deploy fighters. Deploy fighters.
Howard gave his orders though FLEETCOM.
The Galactic Class Super Carrier's hangers were evacuated and hanger doors opened. The fourteen F-302s and their four Colonial Raptors support flew in a V like formation, but as they got closer to the engagement zone they scattered. This made them harder to hit since they had more room to maneuver when attacked. The craft finally reached attacking range and twelve fighters let loose four AMRAAMs (Advance Medium-Range Anti-Air Missiles). While the last two fighters let loose one ACM-140 (Advanced Cruise Missile) each armed with conventional warheads. The fighter group retreated back towards the fleet.
ARI Class Battlecruisers and the Guardian Class Dreadnought were armed with main guns called Duel Kinetic Penetrator Turrets (DKP). The battlecruisers were armed with two of such weapons on the top foward section while the dreadnought is armed with three of these weapons. The guns weren't that large, but they did outsize every railgun on the ship. They were twin gun (imagine a navel battleship's gun without the middle cannon) and the guns were turning to a new target. An odd thing about the guns were that their sister gun known as MAC traded accuracy for fire power while the DKP traded fire power for range and accuracy. Thier rate of fire is the same.
Howard was standing by the com while he let the captain do his work with the super carrier. He whispered an order to the comms officer and a message was sent on FLEETCOM.
-Warning DKP firing. Repeat. DKP firing. Preform proper procedure
The thirteen guns fired. Twenty-six DKP rounds in total. They were fired so that at least four rounds would hit one ship. It took five to match the fire power of one MAC round.
"What the hell? Shit! Tell those cruisers to move back here!" Howard exclaimed looking at the sensor screen on a terminal. Two dots were going away from the fleet. The two dots were als- Wait. One dot disappeared. Most likely destroyed. The other cruiser lost a lot of speed, but was returning.
"What happened there?" Howard asked his XO.
"Most likely that one cruiser was destroyed and the other one damage sir," the XO then added, "I think we should stay out of their range, fire DKPs and deploy fighters to launch conventional warheads. Also, the first wave of attackers is returning to refuel and rearm. The secound wave of fighters would like to know if they have the go to deploy," the XO waited for her orders like the good officer that she is.
"Deploy the second wave," Howard ordered. The secound wave of DKPs were being loaded. The fleet was out of missile range, but in return they seem to stay out of the enemy's range. Well, some of the enemy's weapons do hit when they took shoots at the fleet. That cruiser that tired to return to the fleet. It never made it. There were no escape pods from either ship.
Meanwhile, in the Crystal...
The two armies had decimated each other, one an army of dark paladins, lead by the evil Rahegalhof from the mirror, the other the holy order of The Paladins lead by the legendary Rahegalhoff.
Now it was just the two of them. They were five feet apart, staring at each other. Starfire glared at the abomination known as a Hrulga, and Hellfire licked his lips and looked at starfire hungrily. The two beasts circled each other.
"So, now it comes down to this." Good Rahegalhoff said.
"Its been a long time in the making. I've been waiting in anticipation. To celebrate I took a trip back in time and killed a few people." The Evil Rahegalhoff said. He showed the good one his blade. The blood on there stirred a memory, an ancient wound.
He was held back by a score of people clad in dark armor, while their leader, an aged knight went inside. He could here his wife screaming, and his son trying to fight back. But Corin was only five years old, and Iola had never been very strong herself. Flash forward, he woke up to find the farmhouse burning. His wife's dead desecrated body burning, his son's headless body scattered all over.
The good Rahegalhoff snapped back to reality.
"YOU!" he screamed.
"Yes, and it only took you 90% of your life to figure it out!" The Evil Rahegalhoff said.
"The Irony is, is that if you had never gone back and done that, we wouldn't be here. I was content to spend my entire life in that Valley, living and dying on that farm." The good Rahegalhoff said.
"Well, can't change the past now." The Evil Rahegalhoff said.
"No, but you can pay for your crimes." The Good one said as he drew his sword.
Hellfire blew hellfire out of its nostrals. The lifeless ground caught on fire and began spreading. Starfire flicked its wings, and the gentle forgiving rain of paradise began to fall. Where it touched, the hellfire went out, and could never burn there again. The rain was red, and looked like blood.
Starfire and hellfire faced each other, and then charged, kicking and clawing, both of them were biting each other. Good and evil began to strike each other with their swords, blocking with their shields. Quickly they had to discard their shields as they had become useless heaps of scrap.
Hellfire and Starfire both ended up killing each other, Hellfire ripped Starfire's throat out, and Stargire plunged his horn into Hellfire's chest and snapped his horn off in it. Both Rahegalhoff's leaped at each other as they fell off their horses. Swords clattered off to the side. Both were a tangle of metal as the wrestled upon the ground. Good punched Evil square in the face and Evil kneed good in the groin. Both rolled free of each other and stood. The world changed around them. They smiled as they saw it was the old farmstead where everything started. Corin and Iola were standing off to the side watching. Good delivered a 360 degree spin kick to Evil, and followed it up with an Elbow slammed into his chest. Evil punched good in the chest and Good headbutted Evil. They scrambled for their swords, and managed to get their own.
Good charged Evil and struck on his right side Evil returned the favor, striking on the left side. The ground began to shift again, this time it broke up, and the two stood on solitary little floating Islands. Evil leapt moving away from Island to Island, Good folllowed.
"Remember when you found your little Girl was born dead?" Evil asked.
"Shut up." Good said.
"She was found by a kindly old woman he had lived without a daughter. Her son helped raise her. I never got to your daughter in time, but boy it felt good killing that old woman." Evil said.
"My daughter was born dead, there's no way she could've been alive, it would've been a miracle." Good said.
"Boy, all this time serving those who grant miracles and you cannot concieve that one may have been given to you long ago? how short sighted of you." Evil sneered.
Good caught up to Evil and struck him so hard accross the chest blood began to flow. Evil snarled and struck Good accoss the left side, ripping off a chunk of armor and causing a deep bleeding wound. Both armor suits repaired the wounds.
"I remember the first time we met. You had just ransacked and left a village to die. It took a lot of work to get the villagers to trust me, and let me help them rebuild. Through out my life you've been a pain in my neck, and a thorn in my side. You've unneccessarily hurt more people than there are stars in the sky, spread death and disease. Your an inhuman monster and I, I HATE YOU!" Good yelled with such ferocity Evil stumbled backwards and fell off the Island. Another one caught him, and the land smoothed out into a mesa. Good dropped in from above and hit him sword first, causing another gash in the armor.
"Your just as bad, saving the weak, helping the innocent. you would turn man into a weak helpless creature unable to fend for itself. your the real monster. the weak need to die, the innocent deserve to be taken advantage of. There is not one redeeming quality in them." Evil said. as he used the tip of his sword to rip open another gaping hole in good's armor.
"Look into a mirror and say that." Good said as he stumbled backwards.
"I just did." Evil sneered as he leaped upon Good. He used the spikes in his armor to rip open holes in Good's chest. They healed but slowly. Their armor was becoming ineffective.
"I will not let you or anyone else trespass upon the Mirror so long as I draw breath." Good said as he threw Evil off. He stood, and braced himself.
Evil came back swinging.
"You say the weak need to die. If that's so, then all living things shall perish. Newborn and newly hatched creatures are always weak at first. It takes time, it takes training for them to grow stronger. As for the innocent, Innocence is a precious gift, that should not be taken away, or used for another's gain." Good said as he opened up deep wounds in Evil.
"Ethics and morals all of it. It just stands in the way of the strong." Evil said.
"Like you?" Good said, smiling.
Evil saw his opening, and stabbed Good, right through the chest.
Good stabbed Evil through the chest, and they ran each other through.
"Why are you smiling, I just killed you?" Evil asked.
"Because finally, I know its not my fault. Its not my fault Iola and Corin died. All these years, I've felt guilty over their death, wondering if there was something more I could've done. But your knights and you had thousands of years of experience on me. There was nothing I could've done. Every time I saved a villaged, rescued or helped someone, the pain of loss went away for a moment, but never could I be at rest. Iola, Corin, I'm coming home, at long last, I'm coming home." Good Rahegalhoff said.
With those words, ended one of the oldest fueds in history, as Good Rahegalhoff and Evil Rahegalhoff fell to the ground, dead.
Finally, at long last, Rahegalhoff was finally at peace.
"NOO!!" yelled the image of Iola. it moved, and turned out to be Irene, the young woman that had trained alongside Billy. She ran and kneeled by Rahegalhoff's side. She just stayed there, mourning the loss of her teacher, and her leader. Even in death niether Rahegalhoff removed their hands off their swords. The two bodies lay on their side, in a pool of their combined blood, their swords still sticking out of each other.
OOC: I cannot wait for one person to post forever. I have given him a day, and now I will move on, with the assumption he had played his part.
IC:
As The Ships of The Army of Darkness attacked the rest of the fleet, The Ri-anese ships attacked, physicly. The five mobile Death Fortresses were sawing the modified cubes in half.
The Jormangundr and Leviathan ships, the two that looked like giant sea snakes, bit the offending ships, and ripped them to shreds.
20 Military grade Whale ships were designed for ramming, and in pairs of two came at ships from oppisit sides and crushed them.
The 20 Octopus ships engaged their octotracters and with their limbs, ripped the ships apart.
Soon enough, the Army was defeated.
The lights went out, everywhere. Every censor was blinded, there was no light through port windows no light that could be seen, even of the emergency type on the ships nothing. The power of sight had been temporarily blinded in all its forms.
"So you think you have stopped me from my goal?" came the horrible voice of Kajeenith. It had regained its old fear inducing qualities. Very few could say they heard that voice. Not even the Ri-anese had heard it. This was a new form of Kajeenith's voice, and it would take an astounding amount of willpower to not run from it.
"Such valient efforts, sending 32 legions of Paladins to set up defences. Such a LETHAL surprise to find 32 legions of Dark Paladins lying in wait. Now their all dead. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Kajeenith laughed. As he laughed his voice trailed away, and the light returned.
Lady Ri-an's voice was broadcast to all fleets.
"Already we have met with resistance, and in typical fashion, Kajeenith wishes us to believe that we are too late. I will not fall for his lies. Come, lend me your engines, that I might open the gateway!" She said. He voice was warm and soothing, and reassuring in the way only an experienced mother could make it, as though soothing her children that there were no monsters in their room. It washed away the supernatural fear Kajeenith's voice induced.
The Burning Mobile Death Fortress shot out a beam to every ship in every fleet Even Harold, Ian, Charles, Zane, Adrian, Karathis, Vaikwur and the Ri-anese Sorcerer's powers were taken, so great was the energy requirement.
The ship shout out a beam whose color could not be described, save to say it was a new color no man had ever seen before. It shot towards the Black hole they were not too far from, in the center of The Milky Way. The massive Gravitational Energies reacted with the strange beam, and a great dome of energy shot back at the fleet, it over took them, and the ships began to shake violently, yet for all the shaking, not one iota of damage would be suffered, not one thing would be out of place, no stress on any hull would be felt. As they shook, everything went white.
Then, it calmed. Normal sight would return.
Everything on every ship looked diffrent, yet the same. there was no oxygen, but then no one needed to breath either. One could put his or her hand through a consol part way, and pull it out, with no appearent damage. Everything looked solid, yet it looked gaseous too. Somethings even looked liquidy, but nothing would changes its shape, and everything looked the same. Gravity felt at once lighter, and heaver, but it was no longer in one universal direction. It changed, and went towards the nearest surface, allowing anyone to walk on even the wall.
Those in escape pods were pulled towards docking bays by strange creatures that were nothing more than a foot with an eye on top. After securing the pods, the creatures winked out of existence.
This place was strange. There was the planet, but great structures scaled upwards from its surface, ending in landing pads, and docking bays and other sufaces for the ships. Things that were nothing more than a mass of great tenticly arms were everywhere, directing each ship towards its own docking bay or landing pad. The Vacuum of space was non-existent, so more often than not, it was a landing pad.
There were Great arches on each pad and in each bay, and within these arches, space had been warped, to connect each Arch, with a similar one on the surface, so all anyone had to do, was walk through, and be on the world, and on the world, things got even stranger.
When M.C. Esher had painted Relativity, surely he had been inspired by this planet, for that was how things looked. There was no definitve solid surface persay, only a great mass of stairs running in every direction, and everyone came out on a diffrent set. Everytime they went through a door, they came out in a diffrent place on the infinite cubed stairway. Finally though a pattern was recognised. The Magi-masters opened a new door and came out.
"Welcome one and all. We built this. Otherwise, the surface would've eaten you. Literally. It was horrible, one would walk along the planet surface, and a great gaping mouth would come out of the ground and eat you. Sometimes it would form out of the atmosphere. Do not trust the normal laws of science, or magic. This place has its own rules, and we're still researching them. We think its due to The Proximity of The Crystal of The heart of Creation, about 50 Lightyears beneath the surface. at least, it was that distance upon one measurement. Then on the second it was only 4 miles, then eight inches, then 90,000 kilometers and in short we have no freaking clue what we're doing. Direction isn't even kept normal. there is infinite Chaos here, but there is infinite Law here. Its even more maddening than the far realms." Xos said.
"However we do know how to get out of the base." Chron said. He went to take a sip of tea out of his cup, but found it became a Cobra. The snake hissed at him and then became the cup again.
"I wish that would stop." He said.
"Anyways, The secret of getting out, is that there is no way out." Stella said. As she spoke those words, the base crumbled.
"Told ya." She said.
They were on a broad flat plain that looked like Salvadore Dali's Persistance of Memory.
Clocks were everywhere, and it looked like they were melting. One had years instead of hours, one had days, one had nano seconds. The years clock was running fast, the hours slowly, and the nanoseconds was standing still, but still ticking.
"Rahegalhoff went over this way." Xos said.
He lead the groups over to the initial defense camp. He stopped short as they got over there.
"NO!" He yelled.
Everyone could see thousands of dead bodies littered all over the landscape. Blood was everywhere, and in the center of it all, was good and Evil Rahegalhoff, dead. Thye sole remaining survivor, Irene, was weeping sorrowfully over the dead bodies. Not too far off, was the eight tunnels leading inwards. What madness would be found inside?
Lady Ri-an and the rest of the Ri-anese bowed their heads in a moment of silence.
"Its never good to see a Legend die." She said.

Greetings friends, I am the Holy Emperor Kaelis Ra,
I have always known of the dark god but now he has the crystal I must attack now! I will send as many troops as I can equipped with gauss blasters.
If we cannot stop this creature, the universe will pay the price.
I fought the god many centuries ago over the dyson sphere, Kaelis Terra, my home planet. This battle became known as "The War in Heaven". I defeated him, but he grows more powerful by the day. The time has come, the fate of all things hangs in the balence.

OOC: Although you can participate, you may not godmod a history for my character. most of his life has been spent in the pursuit of the destruction of his brother. Dyson Spheres have never once entered the equation.
Secondly, Kajeenith never participated in the War in Heaven.
Third, you don't have that much time to get to the gateway to DH before it closes, in 30 minutes.
Fourth, its going to take more than a Gauss Blaster to stop most of what you'll encounter.
As you only have two posts, I fear this may not be what your looking for. You should probably go make your own intro thread.

As the Novaens steped out the Skybax took to the sky, they would find that moving in the sky now was so much different to any other planet or environment that had ever been in it was weird.
As the Generals and Admirals got out of the ships, the general noted Chron and Stella it was the same Generals that lead the defense of the Space Port against the Underdwellers just after the Novaens had returned. But the re-union was short-lived as the thousands upon thousands of dead on both sides took everyone's attention away from the re-union of sorts.
They all bowed their head and mourned the loss, for everyone that died. It didn't matter which side they fought their life had been taken in battle.

"Irene!" Billie exclaimed as he saw what happened and had rushed up to her as best he could. And there himself grief stricken by the loss of his mentor and friend but he kept it together, being strong. For what was needed now was not a Paladin that was an emotional wreck but a Paladin that could still fight.
He was just with her, holding her, not saying anything but just making sure that she knew he was there and providing the much needed support.
The 8 paths ahead loomed up ahead, he had no idea which pathway he'd go down but he knew that since the Heart of Creation was inside that they'd have to go down and beat Kajeenith down there or attack him and destroy him before he had a chance to do what he had came here to do.

My characters home planet was a dyson sphere, so all I was saying was A bit of info about my race. Secondly, when I say blasters I dont mean some one handed held weapon, they are weapons which vaporise their oponents.
Thanks anyway for replying, bye!
The Good Paladins began to disapate into a Golden Fog. Rahegalhoff's amulet of Leadership removed itself from Rahegalhoff, and attached itself to Billie.
All that was left, were the dark Paladins, and they began to burst open, vile clouds of disease spreading. Khalan blew an Antibacterial, Antiviral Wind through the valley, cleansing the clouds of disease.
Lady Ri-an gasped suddenly. Next to the eight tunnels, everyone could see Kajeenith.
He split into eight people and walked down each tunnel idly whistling an old funeral dirge.

The formation of craft both large and small left the Draco fleet. The formation was mostly made up of F-302s, Colonial Raptors and Pelicans, but there were also three Albatross with them. The Pelicans landed first dropping off Marines, different variants of Warthogs, Scorpion Main Battle Tanks and then the three Albatross landed. The three Albatross carried six Mongooses and two Warthogs. Everyone was rushing to get fully combat ready and the sound of engines roaring to life filled the landing zone. The sound of boots, screams of officers giving orders, the look of excitement on the faces of young men and women as they got ready for combat. God did Lt. Commander Trek Tucker loved that smell, that sight, that sound, the feel and he even loved the taste of battle.
Lt. Commander Trek Tucker stood by a Warthog's radio and tried to make contact with anyone in charge of Ri-an's forces. The ground under his feet which was once rock started to turn to... Mud... He shrugged it off and focused on his job. His mission.
"I got my Marines down here and we're ready to kick some tail. Where do you need us and we'll haul ass. Over," Tucker waited for his reply. Several F-302s flew over head scouting the area ahead with Raptors. One of those Raptors would report the sighting of eight caves and their location.

The Novaens recoiled in horror at the exploding corpses, for that to occur was just unconchenable, however it served to solidify their resolve to stand against whatever they would come up against.
Looking ahead they would see Kajeenith, they looked upon him, not with hate but with a profound sense of bewliderment... They just couldn't fathom why he would seek to destroy everything but they waited and paused looking for a signal or sign, or a lead to follow from the Ri-anese.

Morganna followed Lord Someguy down the tunnel. So far she had not seen anything that requited her use of the Power so she allowed the forces Someguy brought along to make themselves useful.
She knew her vacation was truely over when she saw the exploding corpses and Kajeenith. He looked as ugly as ever so it was quite apparent time had not improved him since she had last seen him.
Morganna prepped her defenses and offenses as she and the mages from Ra-an went down their path to their appointment with Fate.

The Amulet that was around Rahegalhoff's neck ... gone, but not gone...
Billie was surprised to find it around his neck, he was now responsible for leading the good paladinic forces against, a charge that he didn't take lightly. He looked at Kajeenith as he descended into the 8 caves, looking around the only one from the order left was Irene...
"Irene... We have to be ready to continue the fight, I need you to help me fight and stop Kajeenith from destroying the heart. Can you do that now?"
His words, not harsh but begged action, Rahegalhoff was a good man and the world would miss him but delaying now would dishonour the sacrifice and make his death worth nothing.
The mages kept an eye out on Kajeenith as he dissapeared into the caves, they waited, wondering how the forces would split up as 8 caves and 8 Kajeenith's required 8 forces.
The bridge shuddered as the Vigilance took a direct hit from the beams. Johnson, forehead bloodied, hair askew and his hat on the floor, gripped his seat and roared. "Report!" The bridge crew, who were in the same condition as the Fleet Admiral, were busy tapping away at their consoles with as much speed and accuracy they had at their disposal. The battle seemed to be endless; where one Borg-like ship fell, five more appeared. The fleet dished out plenty of damage but received much of its own in return. The TIS destroyer Protector listed to one side, as a massive beam struck its port side. The shield flared bright white, as the energy field struggled to disperse the damage. The shield generators had taken too much already and failed. The energy field disappeared and the remaining damage sliced into the ship. The beam cut into the port flank of the Protector. Explosions rippled across the ship, and exited with a fiery explosion as debris was sent scattering into space. The ship's engines fluctuated and it began to lean towards it's damaged port side. However damaged, it still fought back. Plasma bolts were sent slicing through space, bright white energy cutting the void, impacting with the aggressor which had so damaged it. Pulse lasers and missiles joined it, and combined fire from the Scimitar and Sparta took its toll and a bright red explosion filled the space the enemy ship once existed in.
All the while, the combined fleets of Ri-an and its allies duked it out with the Army of Darkness, energy weapons criss-crossing space with their light, trails of missiles and kinetic weaponry were seen, along with the millions of explosions seen as fighters of all shapes and sizes fought it out to the bitter end. "Sir, heavy damage received on decks 3, 16, 47, and 21. Two power plants offline. Four pulse laser arrays malfunctioning. Reading plasma fires in that sector. Rerouting plasma flow to other conduits and venting the plasma into space." Johnson glanced down to find his cigarette on the floor. Picking it up, he put it back in his mouth and ordered.
"Give me a sitrep."
"Sir, we are under heavy attack by the Army of Darkness. Several ships have reported heavy damage in sections, and three Longsword squadrons have been lost. However, we haven't a single ship and we have destroyed countless enemy ships. Our forces are pushing through and our allies are making similar progess. The Ri-anese especially. They...well, its better if you see sir." She tapped a few keys and the screen showed the Ri-anese ships cutting, ripping and just annihilating the Army of Darkness ships. Johnson's eyes wide.
"Jesus Christ...I have seen a lot of shit in my time...but that is some hardcore shit." They watched as the Army of Darkness fleets began to be separated from its fleet, allied ships cutting off sections of the fleet.
"Sir, the enemy fleet is struggling! Nearby ships are being overwhelmed by our ships and nearby allies." The Fleet Admiral grinned, picking up his hat.
"Well, boys and girls, we seemed to have made them realize that the Terran Imperium is not something to fuck with. Why don't we give the message new meaning? All ships are to blast forward and destroy every single one of those fuckers. I want utter destruction, Lieutenant. Make sure the fleet knows that."
"Aye sir." Within minutes, it was over. The debris strewing the space would make the place a hazard for any FTL travel for many years to come. That's if anyone actually ever CAME here after the end of this battle.
"Good work. Now, lets focus on-"
"So you think you have stopped me from my goal?" came the horrible voice of Kajeenith.
Johnson felt the icy hand of fear clutch his heart and the Terran fleet faltered. Then, opening a comm channel, he roared out a rush of expletives as well as many references to his mother. "Are you fucking SERIOUS? Will you ever SHUT UP? Jesus Christ, I thought the Helljumpers were talkative assholes, but this is ridiculous!" The fleet, upon hearing Johnson's voice, fought back their fear and continued to move forward, though hampered by his voice. The lack of light was something they chose not to acknowledge. After all, with all the stuff they knew was going to go down, that was child's play.
"Already we have met with resistance, and in typical fashion, Kajeenith wishes us to believe that we are too late. I will not fall for his lies. Come, lend me your engines, that I might open the gateway!"
Johnson cursed under his breath for a few moments, then spoke up. "Yeah yeah. Alright, move this fleet forward. I want us OUT OF HERE!" They moved forward in time to see the massive beam start a chain reaction that consumed the fleet. They all sighed and thought together
Now what?
When they reappeared, they saw a planet that was ugly as hell and looked like a Lovecraft-monster wannabe. Raising an eyebrow, Johnson rubbed his eyes. "Are there landing platforms?"
"Yes, sir."
"Then get my Marines, my ODST's, and their vehicles on the ground. I want every piece of hardware we brought with us for the ground fight to be put on that planet. From what the nice Lady told us, we are going to have a good fracas on our hands. Now, get to it!"
A massive fleet of Albatross and Pelican transports flew down to the planet, unloading hundreds upon hundreds of heavily-armed Terran Marines, Orbital Drop Shock Troopers, and, mostly importantly, a strike team of five Spartans. This gigantic force numbered around sixty thousand men, and coming in alongside them was what could be termed an endless tide of armor, weapons, and prefabricated buildings, defenses and air support. When the Terran Imperium went to war, it did not do so lightly. It went in with all cards in its hand, and none in the enemies own. Leading this mighty forced was General Gerdison. A well-known combatant in the Katarian War, which he served as a Colonel, he showed proficient use of tactics and was very good at leading men into battle and not getting them killed. Now, he was called upon to do what he did best: Kick ass and take names.
When the landscape changed to a plain with melting clocks, it didn't phase the General in the least. Over the comm system for his soldiers, he continually issued orders. The army moved out quickly, securing vital points and prepared for an attack to come at any time. As they came upon the sight of thousands of dead bodies, both light and dark, the Terran forces momentarily bowed their heads as chaplains prayed for their souls. However, as much as seeing the dead off, they had more important tasks at hand. As the bodies exploded, the good paladins faded into golden fog and very important events happned, I'm sure, the Terran forces were setting up defensive bunkers, runways for their air forces and turning the initial defense camp into a true Firebase. While it was ragtag and wouldn't hold up to a very concentrated attack, the numbers were able to offset that. An HQ, Armory, Barracks and series of eight bunkers, with countless smaller defensive places were made, along with six runways. Sparrowhawks and Skyhawks filled these to the brim, while more were lined up in the plains, waiting as even more were made. The Terran forces were lined up and in formation, all vehicles in their proper spots. It was time to begin this fight.
Which was driven home by the appearance of Kajeenith, as he multiplied and went into each cave. Gerdison smiled grimly. "Alright, all forces head into this cave. We are going to pursue that Kajeenith and focus on defeating any enemy forces we find. The first wave will be Sparrowhawks and Skyhawks, who will proceed to blow the shit out anything that moves aside from our forces. This will also gives us the outlook of the battlefield and the enemy force disposition. After commencing your bombing runs and the enemy has been found, the Skyhawks will engage any and all enemy air forces, while the Sparrowhawks raid the enemy lines, keep them off-kilter. Behind this wave will be wave of Ghosts, Warthogs and Banshees, which will slam into the enemy line, and then quickly fall back, strafing the enemy lines. Warthogs and Ghosts are to support the infantry as they move up to engage, while the Banshee's aid the Skyhawks, and occasionally bombing enemy forces. Gauss 'Hogs will hit enemy armor and normal 'Hogs will cut the enemy down like wheat. Go for damage in these strikes, we want them weak.
Finally, the infantry will come up. The 34th, 42nd, 79th, and 34th Marine divisions, along with the 12th ODST Hellcat division, will engage the battered enemy ground forces. As they do so, the remaining are to set up sniper positions, mortar positions and bring in the Armageddon guns. Until we have those guns set up, MDV's will be deployed to provide artillery support. On our flanks, we will have the Sparrowhawks, supported by Scorpions, strike at the enemy's own flanks, and try to outflank the bastards. We will go from there. All forces, move out!" The huge Terran army roared and quickly began to head out, Sparrowhawks and Skyhawks lifting and roaring into the cave. Turning, the General looked at the squad of Spartans.
"Spartan 4-014, you are to lead your squad to do the enemy as much damage as possible and ensure that any portion of the army that starts to struggle under the enemy gets relieved. However, that is your secondary objective. Your primary is to engage, if possible, any enemy leaders and/or commanders and to terminate them. Any questions."
Utter silence.
"Good, move out."

Goddamnit, Kajeenth, you're weaker than I thought. You can't really expect me to handle all of those guys. After all, my powers aren't unlimited-yet.
So thought Nekaru as he waited in the caves for the enemy forces. He wondered when Lady Ri-an would show up. He had a bit of a debt to repay.
But those "Adventurers", as they called themselves- perhaps they would provide some amusement too...
In the end, there was nothing to do but wait and see. Once Kajeeth won, and he recived the Sword, then he would turn on him.
"Divide and Conquer. I will take the fifth hallway.
Karathis and his three friends will go down hallway one.
The TGM mages and Paladin will go down hallway two.
Deuce shall go down hallway three.
The Magi-masters will go with Archmage's forces down seven.
I will take five, Morganna will take six.
Sephrena will go down four,
and the royal Aquamarinians and take on hallway 8.
Each nation will have its own hallway, pick and choose as you see fit, The Ri-anese sorcerers will split itself among all eight hallways, as will the remaining Paladins.
Now, Get Out of My way." Lady Ri-an said.
Smoke was curling from all over her body.
She paused and let out a scream of bloody fury and burst into fire. Her leaves and roses burned away, leaving armor made of living flame. Her hair burnt red, body burnt blue, and each step sizzled. Now longer a worldspirit, now a Warspirit was she.
The Ri-anese forces followed, dividing as instructed.
Hallway one contained Kurtulmak and his followers, and one could be sure it was full of Traps and Ambushes of nearly every kind. The hallway looked like a giant and complex Mine. Shafts went every which way.
Hallway 2 contained Tiamet and her Draconic forces. Hallway Two resembled mountainous terrain, with her forces taking to the skies. While Dragons could not normally operate machinery in dragon form, there was no need, due to their impressive strength.
Hallway 3 Contained Nerull, a Death Diety, and his followers were all manner of Rogues, assasins, Necromancers and other untrustworthy sorts. Their machinery was based on quick attacks. His hallway looked like a Temple of the damned.
Hallway four contained Gruumsh and his Orcs. They weren't hard to find, their machinery was rattling itself apart. The Tunnel wasn't remarkably imressive but it was remarkably dark.
Hallway five contained Lolth and her forces, and almost exactly duplicated level 666 of The Infinite Levels of The Abyss, were Lolth made her home.
Hallway Six contained Vecna, and he lead legions of the dead and undead into it. His hallway became a massive Graveyard and Tomb. His forces could dig up just about anything from the graves. Weapons, ships, dead members of other forces, from either side, even money.
Hallway Seven contained Erythnul and his forces. There was writing on the walls. This hallway and this hallway alone refused to change. Infact, The Magi-masters seemed more intrested in reading the walls than paying any attention to what was going on in the hall. They read the walls, and it seemed as if they alone knew what the strange symbols meant. Their gasps of shock and surprise lead one to wonder just what it was they were reading.
Hallway eight Contained Hextor, and his forces. Hextor's hallway was actually a massive very well defended Fortress, chock full of Hextor's forces. One shouldn't assume he wasn't up-to-date on all the latest knowledge on war. Infact, Executioner, his famous Flail, was belted at his side as a more ceremonial weapon, at least when compared to the varieties of far more advanced weaponry he had.
OOC: So, there it is. If you wish to change your mind and lead your forces down a diffrent hall, then go ahead. Only the magical characters may not change. My hallway is off limits. If any of you want to RP the Diety of the hallway your going down, go ahead. Bal already requested Vecna.
After you finalise what hallway your going down, go ahead.

Lord Sumguy heard what was in each tunnel, and his eyes widened as he heard of Vecna. "We shall go down hallway six." He said, and trned to his generals. "Come, we have a demon to kill. How many large explosives do we have?" The generals convened, and answered. "We have the armament that our aircraft are currently equipped with, 2,000 anti-supercapitol ship missles, and two tactical nuclear missles." Lord Sumguy thoght for moment. "Fire the first nuke into the center of whatever hostile forces may appear, but save the second for now. Equip the anti-SC missles to our fighters, we will use them against this Vecna demon if he appears. keep the infantry in APC's for now, and carpet bomb any forces that survive the nuke." Lord Sumguy conveyed this plan to Morganna, and asked if there were any suggestions.

"We shall go to hallway number two," Tucker turned to his troops, "lets move out!" He ran up to a Warthog and got on the passenger seat. Mongooses led the way followed by Warthogs and Scorpion tanks. F-302s were providing air support. As they got closer to the hallway the roars of something all to common to the Dracoains filled the air. In Draco, even though not common, you could see dragons fly in the air or do or things in thier daily life in certain areas. That roar sounded just like a dragon's roar back in Draco.
"To all fighters prepare for air-to-air engagement... With dragons," Tucker sent the massage in his COM link with the fighters. The force of Marines and fighters finally reached the hallway's entrance.
"Here we go..." Was on the mind of every single Dracoain as they entered the hallway. As they got deeper the terrain became a problem. They had to slow down so that the tanks could try to find ways to get around certain obstacles and other things like Marines getting lost hindered their progress. Mongooses kept up their pace though as well as Warthogs being all terrain transports. The roars of dragons got louder and louder as they got deeper and deeper.
OOC: how large are these hallways? OOC: As was stated earlier, DH has no definitive form, size or shape. the only reason you folks aren't changing with it, is because there's still some reasonable force of Reality still attached from the normal dimension you hail from. These hallways can alter and change their size at any time. Vecna's hallway i will leave up to Balrogga, since he's the one playing Vecna.
OOC: So I'm in 5, right?
OOC: Yes, strategicly waiting for most of the forces to wipe each other out, not saying you can't do something sooner if the mood strikes you, just that for the most part, its the armies fighting each other. I would suspect it would surprise Lady Ri-an greatly to find Nekaru took out Lolth just for a chance to get at lady Ri-an sooner, or something.

That roar of dragons turned out to be the roar of a single dragon, with FIVE HEADS! It was Tiamet.
the rest of the Draconic forces dived out of the sky divebombing both aerial craft and ground forces. fire, Acid, Lightning, Corrosive gas, and Ice breath weapons were all used with impunity. Tiamet stood atop the ridge of the highest, and therefore deepest Plateau. It would be unwise for anyone to take her on single handedly. the Ri-anese mages accompanying the Green Hawk warriors down this hallway waited to see if they were needed. The Paladins fought alongside the Marines in ground combat.

The noise of the Dragon's could be heard by the Novaen's... A few words into a encrypted local-area communicator from those on ground and soon the Skybax where in the flying over the area in between the Hawkish(OOC: is that right?) fighters engaging the dragon's.
As they entered the engagement a shield flared up around them, it didn't seem to stop any of the dragon's breath attacks, but perhaps they weren't meant to. In addition what looked like old traditional jousting Lances where borne by the riders of the Skybax who were twisting and turning at reasonbly high G's... It was amazing to look out and just wonder how on earth they stayed upon the back.
The lances where a type of energy weapon, not one like Lasers, Masers, or anything else that ends with "aser", but it messed up the electronics and central nervous systems of anything that passes through the "blade". The first few times it would just deal temporary damage but too many times would permantly fry any electronic or similiar sending energy through pathways technology permanently. A cause significant brain damage to the individuals caught within. Not to kill them, but to permananetly incapacitate them.
The Novaen's had a bit of an advantage, while the Dragon's could only attack what was basically infront of them the Skybax could weild their lance at almost any angle (save where it would do damage to themselves), and with their high manuverability the Novaen's where generally able to keep themselves out of harms reach once the inevitable dogfight started. However even with this around 200, 212 precisely died, mainly from the initial engagement.

The Battle of the Dragon's raged mainly over head, throwing up quick shields to protect them from the battle. But up ahead, loomed Tiamet... 5 heads... 5 mages... the numbers just seemed to fit together. And with Billie and perhaps Irene, who was most likely busy elsewhere. Perhaps with the numerical superiority, and with her forces generally engaged with the Novaens and planes and ground forces from Green Hawk. Perhaps indeed with the Ri-anese mages they had a good chance, a chance to once and for all deal with the god of the Dragons.
The five of them strided right up to Tiamet and together called up a mountain of rocks that would try and sweep over the dragon crushing her and trying to shred her apart, Billie was waiting and ready to spring into action once the magic subsided away...

The darkened tunnel mouth seemed to swallow the troops that entered. As they passed through the area of darkness, the absoluteness of it seemed to rob their eyes or even seeing the lights upon their equipment as it smothered everything. Soon, the faint blue of stars could be seen ahead. As they moved towards the faint blue light, the faint sound of crickets chirping in the distance was noticed. As they advanced step by step, the sound grew faintly louder until faint shapes could be seen in the gloom. The path they were following was at first about 10 meters wide when it entered the darkness, now it seems the walls had melted away in the darkness to be replaced by open space. A faint wind was blowing from somewhere ahead, cold against the skin.
As the group advanced, shapes began to form out of the darkness. At first it was low angular forms on the ground but as they advanced, other shapes began to take form. The spotlights of the troops as well as magical lighting from the mages still seemed to be smothered but their eyesight was working fine. Even the night vision was inoperative.
At they advanced, the dew point dropped and the air became thick with mist and fog. The shapes in the darkness were wrapped in the thick obscuring fog and sight was further limited by the cold damp fog. The shapes upon investigation turned out to ne headstones of several different varieties, all so ancient their names were faded almost to the point they were not readable. A faintly glowing moon peered from the cloud choked sky above. Lit by the moonlight was an endless graveyard, rows after rows of grave markers disappearing into the mist.

''Report!'' demanded Beckenbauer as the last of the troops marched off the shuttles.
''We've got half the division's manpower down here, including all of the Ubersoldaten and heavy artillery,'' reported an Army major. ''That's all we have left after that space battle. They took a heavy toll on our troops, but I've managed to scrape together a couple of companies of Air Force troopers to fill our ranks.''
''Hardly a replacement for several thousand veteran Kriegsmarine rankers is it?'' scoffed the Storm-General as he surveyed his forces. They were all forming up in battle lines ready to advance down one of the corridors, light scout bikes at the front then ranks of infantry with heavy artillery vehicles at the rear. Hastily-formed units of men from depleted squads thrown together helped to make up the numbers of the Skgorrians, who had suffered dearly in battle against Kajeenth's forces in space. Most common were the regular Army troopers in their monochromatic grey armour, although every now and again one spotted the glistening white suits of the Kriegsmarine or the imposing jet black of the lightly armed Air Force troopers.
''Sir, may I offer my opinion?'' Inquired the Army major, to which Beckenbauer assented with a nod of his head. ''Our troops are bloodied and disorganised, we have no idea who or what we're facing and many of them wonder why we're getting involved in someone else's war.''
''They will follow orders,'' stated Beckenbauer flatly. ''We will move down the fourth corridor. UBERSOLDATEN!'' He called, turning around to see his bodyguards had gathered.
''ALL HERE!'' saluted the eighty mechs, all resembling Beckenbauer completely. These were his battle brothers, some almost as old as he.
''We march to the front ranks and will lead our brethren to battle. Their resolve needs stiffening - MARCH!'' The Skgorrian mechs walked to the front ranks, towering over the other soldiers by at least 2 metres. Waving his army forward, Beckenbauer led his troops down the fourth corridor.
OOC: Telros, what cave did you go in, 8? its the most challenging.
IC: Hallway two.
Tiamet looked at the five mages as they walked up to her. She began to laugh and laughed so hard she rolled off the cliff. She took flight as she fell and disappeared into the clouds, laughing hard.
Meanwhile, the dragons began to fight with their claws and jaws, biting this aircraft, clawing that skybax, and using their breath attacks on the ground forces.
Harold was still a red dragon, he could go dragon and take off after Tiamet, even if she was techniclly his goddess, being that she ruled the red dragons.
Hallway three: A line of tanks greeted the Admiral and his forces, ambushing them with a volley of shells. Deuce threw up a prismatic wall and stopped the shells. After the ambush ended, he took it back down so the real fight could begin.
Hallway four:
Beckenbaur and his troops would find more orcs and goblinoids gathered i one place than he was decently prepared to see.
Equipped with energy weapons that looked like they could blow up at any moment, old discarded soviet weapons and a large range of melee weaponry, the orcs charged. Gruumsh himself charged Beckenbaur.
Makeshift aircraft went after the air troops flinging bombs at them.
Sephrena smiled and stood back. There was no need for her or her magic. The Skgorrians were well equipped enough to deal with anything the orcs could come up with.
Hallway five:
Lady Ri-an and her forces fell upon Lolth's forces more like a disorganised mob than a well trained fighting force.
The Gareens protected by the sorcerers and Aquamarinians were too much for the underprepared drow. The Drider gave them trouble, but that only angered the Gareens more.
Hallway six: The Ri-anese looked nervous, the Paladins seemed confident and brave. The waited for something to happen.
Hallway Seven: As Archmages Forces entered. Erythnul's forces greeted them by charging headlong into them. They were equipped to fight in hand to hand combat. Here and there Erythnul could be seen, rapidly changing shape every time he scored a hit. His Mace, Agony, was etched so that every time he swung it, it let out a haunting moan, that enduced fear in the less than courageous. However, this didn't effect machines, and the Magi-masters were not subject to fear attacks.
They continued reading the walls, completly oblivious to the battle. A barbarian went to smash them, but without even turning her attention away from the wall, she blew him away with a tornado.

Lord Sumguy noticed the lack of light, and turned to a captain. "Do we have any radar or motion detection equipment?" "Yes sir" was the reply. "Good, bring it online. If anything is sensed, have the armor blast the area until movement stops. Move the armor and APC's to the outer edge of the formation, with sensor equipment in the center. Stay away from the graves as much as possible, and check them for underground movement. Slow the advance and ready the nuke, we may need it soon. The first sign of the approaching Orc and Goblin hordes were rapid blips on various sensor units mounted in HUDs. Long-range artillery sent round after round of explosive shells into the enemy as the infantry took cover and set up their heavier weapons. When the enemy came into range, they would open up with a hail of blaster fire backed up with a few grenades and mortars.
''Enemy continues to advance!'' panicked his 2iC as Beckenbauer's radio crackled and he saw this was true. Despite putting down a horrendous volume of fire, the enemy seemed to advance. Cantankerous-looking enemy aircraft were unleashing bombs all over the Skgorrian force, and whilst the troopers were protected from shrapnel by their armour, a direct hit could kill.
''Set some E-webs to take out enemy aircraft,'' he ordered. ''Ubersoldaten, prepare to charge. We must break their momentum.'' He let off another bolt of plasma, before letting the system cool and directing the energy to his other circuits. The front line of the enemy was getting close now, and Beckenbauer could see one Orc in particular who seemed to be running right at him.
"Charge!" He yelled, revving his chainsabre as he strode forwards to meet the enemy. "Death to the greenskins!"
The greenskins were running into a hail of fire, and now just over eighty 4-metre tall mechs were charging them, yelling and firing.

The Marines were caught off gaurd, but the shock quickly worn off as the fighters gathered what was left of thier force and started to engage the dragons. One problem. The ever changing hallway forced the fighters to abounded the fight and retreat back outside. Luckily, anti-air guns on Warthogs started to fire upon the dragons, M19 SSR SPNKr Rocket Launchers were also fired and heavy guns were brought in to help as well. Most of the Marines though found themselves hiding... Errr. Taking cover behind rocks because whenever one Marine stood up, would get melted by flames. This was nothing like the dragons they seen back at Draco and the battle was not going nicely. If the battle doesn't start getting better then the Draco Marines would have no choice, but to retreat.

As they fought, Nekaru looked on in interest. This was his hall, though he was standing back. He sighed and waved his hands.
"Might help out a little."
A rain of air needles, sharp as steel, descended on the Ri-anese army there.

Meanwhile, the dragons began to fight with their claws and jaws, biting this aircraft, clawing that skybax, and using their breath attacks on the ground forces.
*snip*
The Skybax where first commissioned to fight off the underdwellers a race of flying warmongering not-so-sentient dinosaurs, attacking and being attacked by clawing dragons was essentially the same. Years of training, and with the help of the shields which, weren't actually shields but displacement bubbles, the clawing of the Dragons on the Skybax was a complete failure.
Though there were still some injuries and deaths the Skybax where very able to deal with any physical attacks made against them.
.. The ground forces however where still vulnerable to attacks there was just too many dragons around to be fully dealt with by the airforces. While the ground forces did have ranged attack versions of the lances, guns. They were not as effective as the lances. Both as the guns didn't go into the dragons but did arc around any hit dragon causing similiar problems but the pure fact that the ground based ranged ones were not as powerful.
300 or so of the Skybax went into full defense mode, and purposefully started engaging the dragons that released their breath weapons on the ground forces.
OOC: I don't know. I thought I was going where Vecna was or something.

Harold looked at the others and morphed into his Dragon-form, a red fire-breathing Dragon while Zane conjured up some of the stickiest goo that he knew of onto the Dragon Harold. So that all 5 of them could catch a lift on Harold without being worried about falling off. A seconds later, Ian, Zane, Charlie , Adrian and Billie where all on the Red Dragon formerly known as Harold and flew off after Tiamet.

The Orcs armor was protecting them, but not very well, but that didn't matter, those in back picked up and used those in back as meat shields.
The Orc charging Beckenbaur seemed to ignore the bullets. The air around it was shimmering and deflecting the attacks off to the side.
Their weapons were strong and so were they, repeatedly attacking and denting armor and mechs until they got through.
Gruumsh paused in his charge of Beckenbaur, an orb of energy shot out of his single eye and into the ranks of the Skgorrians.
By this point he was close to beckenbaur, and jabbed his spear deep into Beckenbaur.

A rain of air needles, sharp as steel, descended on the Ri-anese army there.
Lady Ri-an shielded herself with a stone shield. it would take more than a silly needle to get her. She was face to face with Lolth. The two didn't even bother to exchange any words, they just skipped right to the fighting.
The Rest of the Ri-anese errected a barrier against the needles after a few hundred died.

Nekaru wasn't surprised in the least when he saw that his needles hadn't done much. It wasn't like he was seriously helping them at this point.
Now however, he decided to do a little more. He would continue to play a support role, so he would just sit back and blast the Ri-anese with air attacks from long range.
Twisting his fingers, he seemed like he was beginning to play with a puppet or something as his fingers strechted out, and began dancing like spiders.

I'mdyp took the first light step into Hallway one and took a tenative sniff.
"Kobolds. And not Ionites, either." said I'mdyp, in draconic.
"Damn. This is going to take a while then." replied Vaikwur, also in draconic.
While Karathis and Ulrich were both fully capable of speaking draconic, but they made like they had no idea, while Ulrich switched hands for his bastard sword and shield.
I'mdyp and Vaikwur moved slowly in the front, disarming the mundane and dispelling the magical traps, while Karathis followed behind destroying all the traps on the floor by cycling it using a wand of Stone Shape. Ulrich kept near Karathis, ready to defend the Abjurer against the inevitable sneak attack.
It was impractical for him to defend the Kobolds or go in front - the xenophobia of most kobolds meant that a significant portion of traps and pressure plates were designed to trigger on anything heavier than a kobold.
From time to time I'mdyp also used her ghost walk ability to sweep the area ahead for concealed kobolds waiting to trigger traps.
It was fortunate that they were attempting to simply traverse the hallway, not clearing a lair.

Archmage simply looked at them strangely, and his avatar simply punched through the chest of the first one to arrive, the almost ridiculously dense being nigh impossible to destroy.
It added to the effect when some dictatorial fool tried to have the avatar shot, only to find it totally unscathed.
"Open fire."
The machines hovering behind him suddenly fired their weapons, brilliant blue gaseous beams arcing through the hordes of Erynthul and going through their armour like it wasn't even there. At the end of the charge there was nothing more than a few hundred charred corpses in armour, while Archmage and his army simply moved on.

Admiral Parrian and Winston deployed the Coelacanths, deciding against bringing more than a few command posst in, and loaded them with the aircraft that would fit, as well as forming up the tanks and deploying all the powersuits on the Coelacanths.
They entered hallway 3, immediately being bombarded with artillery fire, though it was stopped by Deuce.
"Armoured Columns open fire!" came the loud radio command of Admiral Parrian, who, with Winston, was travelling with Deuce, as was one of the powersuits.
The Thunder tanks rumbled forwards, quickly overtaking Deuce, backed up by forces of marines running alongside them to take out handheld anti-tank weapons.
In the very front were the combat automatons, marching in rank and file, 20,000 tethered to each of the four command posts. Their job was little more than to march forwards and die, but they could be immediately commanded to attack different targets to improve how threatening they were. They even held cheap repeater plasma rifles, instead of the automatics that marines carried. Fortunately, so long as the command post controller could aim for a target, they would hit it without fail.
The problem was, this made them all but useless on everything but heavy infantry.
In the back were the KMES-23 powersuits, as well as the other marines, guarding the command. As the command posts caught up, the Admiral and Winston climbed onboard one and commanded the battle from there.

I'mdyp did find a pocket of Kobolds, conceiled behind a boulder, and waiting with spears in hand ready to impale the unwary passer. They new the adventurers were coming, and they waited as per the bosses orders to kill them.
Hallway three the Admirals:
Nerull stood in the back and gestured. Hovertanks advanced on the group, and the dead rose where they fell and attacked the living.
They unloaded with everything they had and then some.
Deuce slammed the ground with his fist. A shockwave went out, and spikes erupted underneath some of the tanks. Some were hampered some were destroyed, the rest advanced.
Hallway eight with Archmage:
Erythnul had shielded himself when the attacks came. Now he hollored a bloody war cry and more attackers came. Archmage would find Erythnul hard to beat, his own powers protecting him from normal attacks. Agony slammed towards Archmage's Avatar's back with the force of a runaway freight train.

Meanwhile as Tiamet punched into the ground the ground forces were certainly glad that the Ri-anese were there to protect them.

The size of Harold which went with her into the ground. Harold and the others had made themselves invisible, teleported out of the way and then teleported in the rubbish, just to add a measure of spite and lack of respect

I'mdyp stepped out of ghostwalk behind them, holding a smokestick and a tindertwig bound together.
"Surprise Surprise!" she said, getting their attention before throwing the smokestick to the ground, drawing a sap and belting them all unconscious in the ensuing chaos. A bag of holding and a bottle of air later, and their unconscious bodies had vanished.
Putting the sap away, she paused for a moment to look at the medallion of Io, given to her by the concordant dragon himself, before tucking it away and returning to continue sweeping the hallway.
"No traps? Kurtulmak's getting rusty." she muttered to herself, while the adventurers continued sweeping the hallway.

The armoured columns opened up with their cannons, roars erupting from their barrels as the gauss cannons accelerated their payloads to enormous speeds, the metal slugs punching through armour and bouncing within the hovertanks, while the automatons marched on blithely, firing on the undead as designated by the command posts.
The marines stayed with the armoured column, using their plasma rifles (technically ion rifles) to cut down any undead who managed to avoid the notice of the command posts. The powersuits readied themselves at the firing points of the command posts, and fired streams of high caliber bullets at the undead where there were identifiable large groups, the occasional laser lancing out and destroying a particularly bothersome tank.

Archmage's avatar tumbled backwards, and stood up again, the cracks knitting up as it walked. He continued onwards, simply walking past Erynthul and tearing through his warriors as he continued. As it passed closely, the god could see the completely vacant expression, the functions of emotion having been shut down due to a lack of any diplomatic setting.
"Your attempt has been noted, Erynthul. Expect retribution at a later date."
Several of the heavy combat vehicles opened fire with their strange technomagical beams, attempting to cut down the form of the god of slaughter as they went past, the beams leaping out and incinerating the god's followers before jumping back to attack the god.
((The interesting thing here is that while Archmage has an avatar on site, it's also totally redundant, and doesn't actually need to exist for the army to simply plough onwards.))

Kurtulmak wasn't rusty, he just had a new trap. One he had obtained from Ri-an Via the Ministry of Shadow. The sensors hidden in the ceiling triggered bombs hidden in the ceiling and walls, collapsing the tunnel around and infront of the adventurers.
Fortunatly, the Telrosian troops were not too far behind the four.

The dead were gone, but here came the personal aircraft, each one equipped with a highpowered automatic Phaser Rifle set to kill.
Behind the aircraft Nerull himself came flying, his great scyth poised to strike. His energies were protecting him from common attacks.

Erythnul layed all about him with his mace, and finally, they reached the end of the tunnel. The Magi-masters had finished reading. the walls. they turned.
"Oh dear, why didn't someone tell us there was a fight?" Xos asked.
He magnetised Erythnul's mace to Archmage's avatar. Then he opened a door to normal space and used a whirlwind to push Erythnul out. Before Erythnul could return, he closed the gateway.

And Nekaru threw his hands out.
Strings of air had finally solidified in the walls between the Ri-anese forces. Given Nekaru had taken his time, these strings were much harder than normal, with little spikes throughout.
Nekaru opened his hands, and the strings let go, and immediately raced past each other, with the wire strings cutting through whatever went through its path. They impacted the cave walls, leaving deep gouges on the walls themselves.

"Bother." said Vaikwur, as the falling rocks buried him.
Evidently this one had gotten past their sweeps. Of course, while they had no kobold work team to dig them out, no self respecting adventurer would be trapped like that. Moreso when one of them happened to be holding a wand of Stone Shape.
With a single command word, Karathis reshaped the stone back into the hallway, freeing the adventurers quite easily.
"I knew it! He's definitely gotten rusty!" exclaimed I'mdyp, who had phased out of the rockfall.
"I don't know about you, but I'd say burying us in rockfalls counts as quite a good trap, no?"
"Bah." replied I'mdyp, brushing off the dust from her clothing. "Alarm rigged to a few ditherbombs in the right places would pull this off. It's an old trick."
"I wouldn't have th-"
"That, Karathis, would be because you're not a kobold."
"Oh. Right."
The adventurer's chatter could be heard as they walked down the hallway, still sweeping the hallway, I'mdyp pointing out various trap designs as she disabled them.
They paused for a moment at a skeleton for an object demonstration.
"Observe this skeleton. Now, if we added some rags to it, and a steel helmet, it would look like an unfortunate adventurer, no?" she said, using the eigth charka to create the necessary rags and rusty helmet and placing them on the skeleton.
"Now, If I could borrow a spare sword from you for a moment, Ulrich," she continued, taking a cheap short sword from him, and placing it in the skeleton's hand. Vaikwur followed up by casting a prestidigitation spell to polish it, and a light spell to cause it to glow.
"It looks magical, yes? Right, I'll place a ditherbomb in this skeleton's ribcage, like so..." The kobold placed the ditherbomb in the ribcage, where it was obscured by the rags "And there we have it. A trap which will go off when someone tries to take the sword."
The explanation took just long enough for Telros' forces to arrive.

“I don’t like this; it feels like a scene from some movie. I think…”Morganna turned towards Lord Someguy and began to speak when she was interrupted. Suddenly motion detectors went off all around the group. They detected movement under and around the large group. The hordes were crawling out of the graves and approaching the party with their rotted arms outstretched, as if to offer their embrace to their new guests.
The odor of rotten flesh assaulted everyone as the wind carried it across the mages and soldiers. Swarms of insects was carried on the ill wind, they immediately buzzed around the mages, using their bites and stings to try to disrupt the concentration needed for them to cast their spells. Wasps, horse flies, mosquitoes, and many more that were not recognizable but their stings and bites was enough to know they were not welcome. Carrion birds were silhouetted as they flew overhead casting their shadows upon the dimly moonlit battlefield, their loud grating cawing accompanying the shrill alarms of the motion detectors. They had the nasty habit of diving for eyes and anything held up to cast spells.
The Undead were closing and those that were coming up from under the party, they were grasping and groping those they could reach, their blackened finger bones worn down over the ages into sharpened points that would easily pierce unarmored flesh. As bullets not only penetrated flesh, it would travel easily through the liquidating putrescent flesh of the rotting zombies. Arms that were blown off would continue to inch their way towards the fresh souls that dared intrude in their domain. Severed hands used their fingers to claw their way to their prey and headless zombies continued onward as they left their fragmented brainpans behind, shattered by bullets.
"Bother." said Vaikwur, as the falling rocks buried him.

Ahh, but the bombs were not the entire trap. While they were busy going on about the skeleton, the rocks were slowly fading away, becoming something, more.
It was a machine. It had no name, only project 20. It was stolen by the Ministry during R&D, Then perfected it. It had six arms each of which was equipped with a drill head. The nanites in the arms turned the drill heads into other weapons. Two Rifles, Two Disintegrating ray guns, a cannon, and a Machine gun. An entropic anti-magic field negated all magic in the Mine. In the cockpit sat an Avatar of Kurtulmak. He patted the machine fondly. It was made of Substance Z. It looked like green steel, repaired itself, and had Anti-magic built into it.
Kurtulmak's avatar didn't fire, yet. Instead he intended to run them over.
---------
The machines were gone. Nerull fled down the tunnel.
As Deuce and the Admirals forces continued on, they ran accross The Magi-masters and Archmage forces.
Nerull fled into a fortress.
The Fortress erected an energy shield. It was blocking the only way down the tunnel.
Hextor could be seen at the top.
"Kill them" He said.
The walls collapsed as an army came through. These were no ordinary machines.
"The Gear forces!" Deuce said in shock.
"there is nothing we can do, their bodies were coated in Anti-magic." Xos said.
Each Gear had its own personal shields, and stood well over 20 ft tall. Some were built to use their massive hands and feet to attack, others giant versions of weapons. The Fortress sprouted hundreds of blades, and began rotating in every direction. It was the Hurricane Fortress. The winds picked up considerably, then rocks began flying every which way, most large as tanks. After the rocks stopped flying the Gear forces advanced. Somewhere deep in the tunnel Hurricane Fortress carved, a great morter could be heard, as though a giant of a tank was headed their way.
Each Gear attacked with its own weapon set.
"Now it's done."
Th Rianese and Lolth's forces were gone. It was only Lady Ri-an, and Nekaru.
"Its been a long time. Did you enjoy your wish?" Lady Ri-an said without even looking at who it was.
"MAGES, FLAMBE!" Shouted one enthusiastic mage.
The Ri-anese mages cast Flambe and the ground all around them in a 200 foot radius burst into flames. the Earth mages were crushing the dead with earth spells, and collapsing their graves.
The Water Mages were keeping the flames from reaching the group.
The Sky mages were fanning the flames making them bigger and bigger.
The space and time mages waited on the defence. The healers were busy removing the spark of life from the undead. the energy mages were busy feeding the flames with wood and spreading them further.
The Lord Sumguy's forces remained uneffected, as did the Paladins. the mages were not hamred by their own magic.
The Paladins formed up and prepared to charge. Irene was with this group.
She gasped in horror as the image of Rahegalhoff appeared to rise from a grave. Dark Rahegalhoff walked the earth again. The Paladins and mages universally faltered and failed in their attacks.
the flames guttered and went out.
"No." was all Irene said.

Th Rianese and Lolth's forces were gone. It was only Lady Ri-an, and Nekaru.
"Its been a long time. Did you enjoy your wish?" Lady Ri-an said without even looking at who it was.
Nekaru looked with surprise with second, then he hid his face a little deeper in the cloak.
Silence reigned for several seconds, only interuptted by Nekaru shaking. Shaking with laughter.
The red eyes were also, gleaming. The eyes had turned bright red, as they glowed with the insanity and hatred that had twisted Nekaru into what he had become. And now, as his laughter subsided, they still shone.
Pulling out his scythe from behind his back, Nekaru slammed it into the ground. Small chunks of rock flew up from where they had acted, only to be stopped in mid air.
"So, Milady, we meet at last. I know I'm honored. Now as for your question:
I guess I'm not sure on how I feel about your wish. On the one hand, you did manipulate me, and transport me to another universe. But on the other hand, you gave me the chance to join Kajeenth, where I've gained immense and beautiful power.
It's not like it matters anyway. At this point, even if you hadn't done that to me, I would still kill you here. After all, this whole universe is sick- and only by destroying life in it can it be repaired."
And with those words, Nekaru flicked his fingers. One of the small slivers of rock whizzed forward, aimed straight at Lady Ri-an's heart.
More importantly, the atmosphere began to change. The hall turned gradually into a great ocean, with no landmasses for miles and miles.

The rock exploded as it sailed. Surely Nekaru hadn't become so simple as to believe She couldn't defend herself against all elements. She was a world spirit after all. She moved just as easily in the water and the air above it as she did on land.
Giant Marble slabs came out of nowhere and sandwiched Nekaru between them.

Lord Sumguy saw the motion detectors go off, and looked at a monitor showing cameras attached to tanks facing each direction. "Oh for the love of...this is like a bad horror movie!" he shouted, radioing the army's officers. "Establish a preimiter with the tanks and APC's, and have their machinguns switch to HE rounds. Infantry need to get in the APC's and use the firing ports. They are nothing but flesh and bone so far, they cannot break through a tank's armor. Bomb everything outside the perimiter." Moments later, the perimiter was set up, with a line of APC's and tanks 3 vehichles thick encircling the infantry in the center, firing at everything that approched. Meanwhile, the nearly 3,000 aircraft that had stayed behind the main force took off, and bombs began to rain upon the graveyard and the undead within it. A group of A10's layed down a ring of Napalm nearly 40 feet thick surrounding the army. Meanwhile, the radar vehichles swept the hallway for any sign of the being that controlled these undead.

"Well, Milady, it's your choice. I'm going to get rid of the air shield and you can kill me if you wish- but you might take a look at yourself first."
For exact copies of the marble pillars had surrounded Lady Ri-an.
"You can crush me if you want- but you'll crush yourself at the same time. Or you disable it, and we all start again."

It would seem like she was going to crush him. For all the world it seemed like she was going to crush him and kill herself in the process. But right at the critical moment the world warped and changed to the core of Ri-an. the Temperatures were in excess of 13,000 degrees F
Lady Ri-an was right at home. His own airshield was crushing him under the titanic weight of the world. If he dropped it, he would instantly vaporise in the Magma.

Tiamet paused, and disappeared. Five Tiamets came down out of the sky, one was the original, four were avatars.
Two occupied the skybax with their five breath attacks and Stinging poisonus tail, two occupied the ground troops, and one continued after The TGM. Who was who? it was impossible to tell.
Tiamet was heading straight for them, it was doubtful that she would fall for the same trick again but she was indeed moving fast and time to do something was going to run out at any second if they didn't do something soon.
However, to their surprise something was done for them, out of the corner of his eye Adrian spotted what looked like another dragon, this one was going at high speeds as well. "Damnit, we are going to get sandwitched inbetween." the thought raced through his mind. However, something else happened somethng that totally surprised them.
This "dragon" ran head first into Tiamet, the beginings of a massive explosion could be seen. Almost instincively the 5 mages formed an air barrier around around each other and Harold turned around to sheild the others so even if the dhield wasn't that effective. The others would still be protected from it.

OOC: the Air has nowhere to go. the core of Earth is molten, and solid only due to the massive pressure being exerted on it. Its the same with the Air Shield, there is massive amounts of heat and bressure being exerted on the air bubble, and regardless of how strong someone is, planetary amounts of pressure are bound to crack even the strongest of shields, regardless of what their made of, unless its darksteel, but his talent is with air, not metal.

Surely there was some sort of spiritual connection that Harold could tap into to identify which one was the true Tiamet and not just an avatar of her.
Harold tried to tap into this spiritual link while attemping just to keep out of the sights of the Tiamet's breath attacks, by this time the stickyness of the gloop that Zane had originally summoned had started to lose some of it's stickyness. Well, a few observations and questions:
The air shield is almost completely useless against magma, given that magma can burn right through it. Granted, Nekaru does have a fire defense, but it isn't automatic like the air shield.
That said,
1. Describe the planet. How large is it?
2. Did Ri-an teleport them to the world of Ri-an or did she just alter the landscape into the shape of her world?

1) Ri-an is four times the size of Jupitor.
2) The hallway was simply altered to reflect the physical properties of Ri-an.
3) While a solid world that large is highly improbable, the world of Ri-an is magic, and thus that's what enables it to be a habitable world.

The massive barrage raised a thick cloud of dust into the air. The dust and dirt from the graves rained down upon the infantry. It was not only dirt, but also parts of the inhabitants from the graves. Buts of putrid flesh, still warm and smoking pelted the vehicles and the men. A few lost their nerve and wretched, adding the contents of their stomach to the filth coating the ground. A swarm of insects began to crawl over the tanks, greasing the gears with their ichors and swarming into the gun ports and clogging air filters. Any that made it inside would begin to attack the crew with their stingers and pinchers.
In the sky, it was not much better. The swarms of avian creatures attacked the planes, sacrificing themselves by deliberately flying into the air intakes to cause engine damage and possibly downing the planes.
The fires from the bombs lit up the graveyard, extending the sight of the men. The graveyard seemed to continue further into the darkness and the readings from the radar showed no walls within range, that being several miles. There was a faint radar shadow behind the troops where they emerged from the hallway but other than that, the graveyard continued seeming to infinity.
Beyond the burning ring of napalm, the shadows of movement ahead at the edge of the firelight showed movement, almost beckoning them forward.
“Well, it seems you are doing fine clearing out this area but standing still isn’t getting us anywhere.”
Morganna watched a private slip in the muck that was zombies a few minutes ago and stand back up covered in green goo.
“Besides, if we keep killing them all in one spot, that carp will only get thicker and I really don’t want to think what is living in there as far as diseases and parasites.”

"That's alright, your going to loose anyway to lord Vecna. you living things are so short sided. dying was the best thing that ever happened to me, it opened my eyes to a whole new way of existing." Dark Rahegalhoff said conversationally while taking out troops here and there in the name of vecna.
Irene was praying very hard. St Elmo's fire and down it came, burning the wicked and cleansing them from the land. It came burning in a great column and danced and swayed among the dead, having much fuel to fead on. Where it passed, there was no trace of the dead ever having been there. Ball lightning shot out from it chasing the insect clouds.
The rest of the Paladins charged into the fray, having steeled their hearts against the sight of Dark Rahegalhoff. The Paladins began clearing a path bathed in St. Elmo's Fire, leading towards the large crypt in the distance, but the progress was slow going. St. Elmo's fire washed over the troops from Lord Sumguy and and Morganna, giving them holy defence no undead creature could withstand. The Mages cheered as the fire bathed over them.
Onward they marched laying all about them left and right and forwards.

It was an interesting ploy, which was unfortunately doomed from the start to fail. Evidently, the god of kobolds had failed to note the total inability of magic-suppressing effects to actually function as intended in Dimensia Harmonia. As had Ri-an, interestingly enough.
Vaikwur turned around, took one look at the war machine, and disintegrated its midsection.
"You really have become rusty, Kurtulmak."
The adventurers moved on, raising a wall of iron behind them. That, at least, would not be dispellable.
---
Tanks and soldiers alike were crushed by the flying rocks, though the Command posts were mostly unharmed due to their heavy shielding (it would not do to lose one's command so easily), and many took shelter near them, the large vehicles deflecting the attacks.
Archmage's forces were picked up quite handily, their forms constantly hovering over the battlefield with anti-gravity devices of some kind.
The admiral was using one of the loudspeakers to call out to the Magi-Masters. "Can't you blow up the ground or something?" he called, as the armoured columns opened fire on the gear creatures.
Archmage's forces (once they managed to get back on the ground) rushed the fortress, attempting to use their blue streams to punch through the shielding.

"Go for the necks!" Harold rumbled as the 4 polymorphed mages, Harold and Billie (on Harold's back) started to slice, claw and bite at each of the Tiamet Avator's five necks.
The Novaen Skybax continued their attacks on Tiamet . It wasn't until one of them saw what Harold and the others were doing ,attacking their necks that, they turned their lances into the more traditional style, honing the coherent energy so that it was as sharp or sharper as the best forger could acheive.
The Novaens continued their hit and run efforts, with some of the Skybax leaving the Tiamet's engaging the Skybax and started running interferance on the Tiamet's that were engaging the ground forces.
Overwhelmed by all the forces, all the Tiamets died. The hallway flicjered into a plain boring cavern into the ground, but the problem was, there was so much energy released from Tiamet's Death, that the entire Cavern was collapsing above and around them, going all the way to the surface. There was no retreat, there was only advancing forward...
Flying things, both living and unloving continued to jam themselves into the intakes of the jets and the helicopters. Their forms would cause damage to the delicate turbines of the engines and clog the air cleaners, suffocating the engines. Swarms of venomous insects continued to climb inside the vehicle, trying to sting or bite the crewmembers. Once affected, they would become delusional and confuse the enemy from friend.
As the troops advanced, undead crawled from the undisturbed ground. Their extreme noxiousness caused the ghouls to be reviled. Their effects were terrible, paralysis of those touched. The ghouls were not the only thing to show. Wrights also began to phase out of the ground, their ghostly forms showing humanoid black forms with malovent red glowing eyes. Their attack would drain the life-force from their victims. Ghosts were also dispatched to possess those who they observed were in charge; taking out the ones in command and then ordering them to act against their friends.
The mages and Aquamarinians tried their best, but they were being overwhelmed. Suddenly their powers died as Lady Ri-an was destroyed.
Minutes later they returned, but the damage was done, but due to the infuriated mages and Aquamarinians, their powers were 10 times stronger than normal. They drove out the possesed leaders, and cast a spell forcing Vecna to completly assemble and appear.
Archmage's forces (once they managed to get back on the ground) rushed the fortress, attempting to use their blue streams to punch through the shielding.
they came face to face with a gigantic army of Kobolds of all types, shapes, and sizes, the largest of which was Kurtulmak himself.
"Surprise." was all he said as 1000 kobolds launched Transphasic missles. Smaller versions of the Torpedos on Warships, Transphasic missles were normally fired from shoulder cannons and were stolen from R&D only recently. They had the ability to phase through both regular and Arcane Shields.
Following those up were another thousand on Machine Guns and they started firing. The last thousand began advancing on the four.
If only they had waited for the Telrosian army behind them.
---------
The Magi-masters merely Folded their hands, and bowed their heads. They began to glow. The world around them began to glow in sync.
"We shall collapse the world itself for you." They said in one single terryfyingly new voice.
The entire area began to shake and collapse in a massive quake. The Ceiling collapsed in random spots without care or regard for who9 it collapsed upon. The rumbling of the giant machine got closer.
Archmage found the shield taken down for them from within.
The Royal Aquamarinians had used their prowess on the Machine.
But that didn't matter.
a Blast of energy that seemed like it could've only come from a starship rocketed into the Magi-masters. In sync with the world they were not killed, only stunned as the blast disapated throughout the globe. The quaking stopped, but out came the Blast tank. It looked like a giant turtle, but it's shell was one cannon after another. Its engine was so heavy the tank had to dig its way to its goal, and was slow at moving.
The Blast Tank began warming up its guns again. Its main gun was were the head of a turtle should be.
The gear forces were Mostly beaten. Hurricane Fortresss was defenseless, as it took a few minutes for it to begin spinning at Hurricane speeds.
the guns began to glow with energy. Nerull and Hextor's voice came out of the Blast Tank.
"Surrender." Hextor said.
"And your deaths shall be quick." Nerull said. The tank was pointed right at the admirals.
The Void Shield activated absorbing both balls of energy.
Nekaru lifted his fingers and all of a sudden, a blast of energy issued from his fingers, aimed straight at Ri-an. It looked suspiciously similar to a certain Reigun used at a certain tournament....
Lady Ri-an tried to use an anti-magic shield but forgot they didn't work here.
"NO!" she screamed as she blew up.
Far away in normal space, back on Ri-an...
With a titanic lurch the world of Ri-an stopped rotating and revolving, and died on the spot.
Back at Nekaru's position back in DH...
Nekaru was pulled into the void for his own safety as the cavern tunnel began to collapse.
"My Son." Kajeenith said as he embraced Nekaru.
"Soon you will be more highly blessed than any other." Kajeenith said. He disappeared.

Lord Sumguy looked at the radar and listened to the radio transmissions coming from his officers. Almost all were holding their positions, but the advance had stopped as fresh waves of undead assaulted them. We've got to find this Vecna and kill him, we cant fight forever. Suddenly, the radar picked up a huge object, as Vecna was forces to materialize. Lord Sumguy smiled. Straight to the core of the problem. He turned to one of the communications officers in his APC. "Have our planes fire their anti-supercapitol missles at this Vecna. All of them." The order was given, and a barrage of over 1,600 missles, traveling at mach 4 and designed to sink the largest naval ships in existence, sped toward Vecna, accelerating until they were a blur to anything that looked at them. Vecna had less than 3 seconds to react.

A few things:
Why did Lady Ri-an's anti-magic shield fail, while Nekaru's Void-shield work just fine?
Also, as a fun question, you do realize what this battle is going to do to Nekaru's already inflated egomania, right? He didn't die at all, he didn't use Amateratsu, he didn't even use an air tsunami. He's really going to go batshit insane now.:D
Lastly, have you figured out how Nekaru used Travis's Reigun and that marble technique?
IC:
Nekaru was stunned at how easy that went. He hadn't even been killed, which he had fully expected. If he could defeat Lady Ri-an that easily, than from Nekaru's point of view, once he got the sword, he had now total confidence of his victory over Kajeenth.
But he would continue to work for him for a little longer. Once this threat was dispatched, and Kajeenth would approach his goal, than Nekaru would strike, and his dream would be achieved: to become God.

The ground forces also moved relieved that no longer their were at the mercy of the dragon's but still aware alot more ahead was coming.

Anti-magic cannot work in DH because all DH IS is energy. You cannot keep away energy in an all energy environment, and rather than argue over the nature of arcane energy versus other energies, its just easier to make DH a place where anti-magic does not work. The Void is NOT anti-magic. Its just an empty place around Nekaru, devoid of anything, even energy. Therefore, anything approaching it is sucked into The Void. A void Shield can only absorb so much though, so beware, not that you have much to beware of.
As for how Nekaru could do that, I assume he has the power to copy Jutsus.

Aww, you only got to see half a dozen undead, I had Vampires, Mummies, Undead Giants and some others lined up. Now they are out of work... Since I paid them already I have to use them all.
Also, the fliers stuffing themselves into the engine turbines and the attack of the insects have been overlooked for a few posts now. Birds have caused jet liners engine problems when a single one gets sucked in; they are mindlessly diving into them.
IC:
As the mages felt their power surge through them, more creatures showed up. Corpses that were wrapped in bandages, pale but living humans with an evil look o their faces, and even a couple giants. Two of the giants were just skeletons except there were flames burning within their ribcages where their hearts were. The flaming ones would reach into their ribcages, grab a handful of flames, and throw the fireball into the army before grabbing another. The fleshy giants were using trees as clubs or picking up huge boulders and throwing them onto the tanks. From the darkness of the sky dropped a flight of Draco-Liches. Their massive magic was keeping their bony forms intact and airborne. Evil flames glowed from their eyes as they spat magical flame at the helicopters.
At the back of it all a single figure appeared. The figure stood less than two meters tall and for all intensive purposes looked like a normal human with the exception he was dead. The figure raised its arms above its head and you could see one hand was missing. A brilliant sphere of energy which pulsed with every color of the rainbow appeared before the missiles appeared. The Prismatic Sphere was one of the most powerful defensive spells and would stop anything from entering.
On the wind, a dry and guttural voice carried words of an ancient chant.
No matter how powerful a being is, there exists a secret that can destroy him. In every heart is a seed of darkness hidden from all others; find that evil seed, and your enemies are undone. Strength and power come if you know and control what others dare not show. Never reveal all that you know, or your enemies will take your seed, too.
Morganna seemed to recognize the saying and scowled.
“Dammit, it’s the Lord of Secrets himself. Vecna’s portfolio is Magic and Secrets. If you have any secrets, he will know them automatically and try to use them against you. Be it fears or simply skeletons in your closet, everyone has a weakness and his divine ability allows Vecna to know it instantly. Prepare yourself for the worst.”
Morganna set her defenses against what she imagined was her Weakness. Hopefully it was truly what her Weakness was.

OOC: sorry, i just assumed that about 500 planes and vehicles had been downed or immobilized.
IC: Lord Sumguy had one fear, and only one: going insane. Suddenly his vision dissapeared, and he began to hear a multitude of voices in his head, blocking out nearly all thought, as his will and soul began to lose control of his mind. He managed to gasp the words "Captain Wall, take over. Heed none of my orders." before collapsing on the ground, writhing and screaming. Captain Wall's greatest fear happened to be failing to protect his lord, and this had just come to pass. He realized there was not a thing he could do, and began to order the army, which was holding it's ground, barely. The clergy were now on the front lines, fighting vampires and the like, as the armor targeted the skeletal giants. Meanwhile, the Royal Guard (spec ops force) were attempting to push their way to Vecna and kill him.
The fears and weaknesses of the Ri-anese were easy, yet complex. They were afraid of the Ministry of Shadow and the things they could do.
Darkness covored the moon and fell accross the land. Seven pairs of white eyes could be seen moving about in the darkness. Whether this was the real Ministry or not, only Vecna knew.
The Ri-anese started throwing explosions everywhere as though they were harmless, which they were not.

"Not quite what I had in mind."
Vaikwur laughed as he threw a piece of quartz to the ground and watched as a wall of ice rose before them, absorbing the fire from the transphasic torpedoes (and confounding any tracking systems they had, being that they were anti-tank weapons).
The party split up, moving to different vantage points, as the impact vaporised the wall of ice and created a smoky screen of fog, and the cover was used to great effect by the two wizards.
Ulrich and I'mdyp were on Silvermane, and were under a Dimension Jumper effect, using it to blink past the armies to engage Kurtulmak directly.

"Better a swift death in glory!" came the response, and the fighters were scrambled, their distinctive fusion thrusters flaring as they rocketed off the shortened runways of the command vehicles.

Shame the Coelacanths were roughly the size of small aircraft carriers. At least they weren't Leviathans, which were several times the size of an aircraft carrier in and of themselves.

Morganna was not afraid of much. Being a Psionic Entity, she was basically immune to the effects that most other creatures were plagued with. Her strength was also her weakness. Being a pure mind, her “secret” was her only downfall. If something afflicted her mind, it affected her fight to her very soul, her very being. She was afraid of loosing her mind.
If she lost her mind, she would lose part of her very being. Her total existence was not split between her body and mind, so if something were to happen to her mind, she would not have a body for it to rest and heal within. IF her mind was irrevocably harmed, it could mean the end of her existence. If she forgot what and who she was then there would be a chance she would cease to exist. A MindWipe would erase her from existence and so they were only taught to those who were the upper echelons of Ta’Nar society.
It was for this reason that their minds were the most heavily protected aspects of their being. Their core of existence was carefully guarded behind layers and layers of defenses. Behind several virtual minds set up in layers to cover and hide their core, only accessible by other Ta’Nar, and only in a limited bit, through the Link they all shared. Centuries ago there had been an incident where a couple nations produced a Warp Storm or a Warp Eye and afflicted the entire nation with Entropy. It caused irreparable harm and changed them forever. Morganna was afraid of this. This was her Secret she kept from all others.

He also knew Kajeenith's Secret, and Vecna had a plan...
Vecna came face to face with one being for which there was no secret weakness to be known, no fear to be inflicted upon, no madness to cause.
At first, it was like looking into the face of Rahegalhoff and his dark twin, but then he would realise it wasn't him, it was Irene. Vecna knew the secret, she was actually his Grandaughter several hundred thousand times removed.
She glowed with the golden energies of The Omnisource. She knew her own secrets.
"Come then Vecna. My God is infinitly stronger than you are. Will you dare to match strength with the source of all things?" She asked.
An arena of energy flared into existence around them. there was nothing Vecna could do to escape it. No secret to utilise to worm his way free.
He had reached a commander, but not the one he wanted to reach.
She gripped her sword tightly. Golden wings of energy lifted her off the ground, bringer face to face with Vecna. She swung to sever his head from his body.

Moreover, when he had been watching at the Magi duel, there had been those four who had interested him greatly. They seemed very good- maybe they would entertain him somewhat.
Activating the telportation spell, Nekaru left for the tunnel in which the god Kurtulmak was residing. He would help there where he could.

Vecna did not seem suprised at Irene's appearance but then again, when you don't have flesh on your face it is hard for it to show suprise.
Finally, Vecna thought, the final piece has fallen into place. I will allow this Avatar to be destroyed so Kajeenith's foes will stop him and he will be destroyed. I will then claim enough of his power to raise my divine status. All of these fools will not know they were but a tool in my ascension.
Of course, he spoke of none of this, he meremy played his planned part. His Avatar fought a valliant fight before a mighty blow that he could've easily avoided normally caught him and decapitated the lich he was possessing. The headless bag of bones fell lifeless to the gore-drenched ground as the head rolled until it stopped. A tank rolled over it, crushing the ancient bone into powder.
With the "death" of Vecna, all the effects he was causing immediately stopped and any surviving undead fell motionless to the ground or simply faded away if they were immaterial.

"That does it. You've overtepped your bounds, Kurtulmak." said I'mdyp, as her companions had been completely decimated. She herself was unharmed, having used her ghost step to avoid the blast.
They had contingent resurrections available, but they would take time to activate. She pulled her pendant off her chain, and grasped it tightly.
"Great Io, hear me. Kurtulmak jeapordises the existence of all dragonkind!" she called, breaking the artifact in two, and killing herself to create a momentary portal into DH through the energy released.
The first of the adventurers had fallen.
With a crash, the concordant dragon (or at least an avatar of him/her/it) landed before Kurtulmak, crushing scores of kobolds, clearly not amused.
"Stand down, Kurtulmak. You threaten all our kind." was all he (using gender defaulting) said, relying initially on his status as Kurtulmak's superior to force the kobold to back down.
Io was still significantly more powerful than the god of kobolds, anyway.
---
The forces of both groups opened fire on the gods, simply pounding away as much as possible.
(OOC: Ack - I hope we can get to the non-army part soon. Army movements are not my strong poing T.T)
The wind blew faintly from ahead bringing a fresh scent of the ocean from somewhere in the distance.
Irene lead them all on, silently.
OOC: Coming soon, The fight with the Ministry of Shadow and Kajeenith's Infinite army of Nothing. You know, reading it, it just sounds silly, an Army of Nothing? oh big threat, but when you know what I'm actually referring to, its a whole other story.

The energy released also destabilised the cavern roof. In an Ironic twist of fate, yet again a Mine done by Kurtulmak collapsed. Giant rocks fell on him, and it was doubtful he would survive it.
He disappeared with his army.
You shall not die here. The words were powerful, comging from both nowhere and everywhere at once.
The same Golden power that aided Irene, that Rahegalhoff used, and many worshipped as The Omnisource radiated from the walls and entered the remains of the four adventurers. As they were ressurected, the Voice spoke again.
Those who fight in mine defence shall never perish, but shall live on to become as kings among their own kind.
-----------------
As strong as the two Gods were, that much concentrated firepower overwhelmed them and defeated them.
All the Dark dieties aiding Kajeenith were defeated.
OOC: Respond after reading my Next post.
As the last of the Dark Gods fell, the world began to rumble and shake. Everyone made it to the Core at the same time.
The World crumbled around them and flowed around them into the Core, as they watched, it coninued to compress itself. It didn't stop with the world, the entire Dimension compressed, and then they were back in the normal universe, but that too was flowing into where they were.
things continued to compress into a single spot, until there was nothing left but the combined forces, and the spot. The spot burst forth into a golden Light, and The Crystal of The Heart of Creation shown like a Jewel. they were back in DH, and everything was back to normal. Had it all really been compressed?
"Heh, Welcome to The Alter." Said a familier voice.
The Demons of Elru appeared infront of The Jewel.
"Behold The garden of Eden, Shangrala, Paradise, Atlantis, The Cradle of Life, Pandora's Box, whatever you want to call it, its here. In this place, all things lose their form and and substance, changing into something diffrent, a side effect of The Jewel behind us." The Demons said as one.
As they spoke, everyone could feel their bodies and minds beginning to change, to alter itself. The final result was unclear, because there was no final result, yet for all the changes, everything stayed the same.
"But Here, before The alter of The Throne of The Omni, Ultimate power can be obtained, and honestly, who hasn't wanted to be the Supreme Diety at least once in their lives, or thought of what they would do if they were?"
"So, as our father before us asked, and as our children after us will ask, so too, do we ask. Are you Strong? The Weak shall perish, and the victors will be strong, for it will be they who grasp the Crystal. But there are so many of you, and only nine of us, counting our relatives in The Ministry of Shadow.
We cannot fight all of you at once, so I hope you won't mind if we call a few friends to come join us.
Let us Do battle here, before The Source of All things, and decide once and for all, The ultimate Destiny of All things. Behold, I hear The Darkness coming, and with it comes The end of All things. Come Almighty Kajeenith, we have your jewel for you, presented as a Sacrifice to your Dark Powers. Favor us with your might, your power, and bring Forth, The Infinite Army of Darkness."
It was coming, in the distance all around them, a great never ending cloud of Darkness, that both was and was not a massive army no mortal had ever laid eyes on before.
Reality rippled and changed as The Crystal disappeared.
Everyone found themseleves on a massive Plain, and coming at them was The Army of Darkness. It contained flesh and Machine, Magic and Science. Arcane and Psionic. Creatures both normal and so Bizzaar even Cthulu would have nightmares about them. No matter what anyone imagined might or might not be in there, it was in there.
The Infinite Army of Darkness attacked first, along side The Ministry and Demons of Elru.
The only ones who could effectivly stop the Darkness were still unconcouss. The Magi-masters had yet to recover.
OOC: So, heres the Plan, Make up your own enemies. The only limit is your own imagination. Anyone who seeks the Crystal for themselves must first make it past The Infinite Army. Anyone seeking to protect it must make it past The Infinite Army.
Monday, I will end it, and begine the last battle with Kajeenith.
Lord Sumguy
07-07-2007, 16:12
The army of Lord Sumguy assembled into formation, and prepared to meet the oncoming foe. Seemingly numberless creatures that appeared to be carrying everything from swords to heavy machineguns swarmed towards them, and the army opened fire, issuing forth a hail of bullets and shells at the advancing enemy. Lord Sugmuy stood at the front, holding the flag, as the creatures attacking them slowly advanced, each fallen being replaced by another behind it. After what seemed like tens of thousands had fallen, the armies met, and the Royal Guard drew their swords and attempted to hold off the advancing army, which did not seem to have been effected by the casualties inflicted. Bullets flew through the air like rain, and explosiones erupted all over the line.

"Kajeenth, the history of this universe is that of war and struggle. Gods have overthrown the old gods time and time again. Saturn was overthrown by Zeus, and then he was overthrown by the Christian God, who was then plunged into war with the Islamic Gods and the Gods of Reason. Therefore, it's time, Kajeenth, that your reign comes to a end, and a new god comes into your place- me. So I'm going to get the Crystal for myself, and no one else"
So thought Nekaru, as he charged the Army of Darkness. Ugly creatures, their faces distorted with rage and fear, armed with all sorts of crude melee weapons noticed the black-robed figure and made him their target. They never arrived as they were sliced with blades of winds.
Then came another horde, then another. Nekaru launched himself into the air, and clapped his hands together.
Another air tsunami activated, burying and crushing enemies by the hundreds. Many fired up with arrows and bullets, and even some tank shells, but they crashed into the air barrier, doing nothing to the mad usurper.

But where was the Crystal? For so long as the two armies fought, it could not be found. the bodies began to pile up around Nekaru.

Harold once again took his dragon and took to the skies soaring into the air, archers and bowman looking like as if they steped out of some epic fantasy story, or some major old time war movie. The arrows filled the air, blocking out all the light that came down from above. The arrows came close but it seemed that the wind parted the arrows as Harold dived into the mass breathing fire on all those that blocked his way.
Meanwhile on the ground light wasn't a problem, each 4 of the remaining mages and Billie provided their own magical sources of light, the mages enlarged Billie and buffed him up as he started to mow through the seemingly never ending incoming horde... they started to think, perhaps indeed this horde is infinite, perhaps some other course of action was needed other than attacking

The Skybax once again took flight stretching their wings out, it seemed that nothing was coming for them, until out in the distance they could see 10. no 100, thousands... millions.... perhaps even billions of Under-dwellers all screetching and and careening head first through the skies, their own goal to bring about death and destruction.
Lord Sumguy
09-07-2007, 01:27
Lord Sumguy looked over the battle, having recovered from the temporary insanity Nekaru had placed upon him. He turned to one of his generals. "Fire the nuke. Directly in front of our troops, just far enough so that the heat wave will only cause minor burns at most. Once the explosion has cleared, we rush through the gap made. Have the remaining aircraft carpet bomb a path for us. With luck, we might break through. Without luck, we will at least make a glorious last stand."
The general hesitated only a moment before giving orders. A B-2
stealth bomber flew toward the area in front of the army escorted by 200 of the remaining fighters. The fighters began to steadily drop out of the sky as they fought to protect the bomber. There were only 70 left when they had reached the objective, and a nuclear warhead was dropped upon the forces below. Lord Sumguy looked away for a moment as the horizon lit up, and smiled.
The Magi-masters reawakened. Their eyes opened to a horrific neverending carnage.
"we have to do something, something powerful." Agrinja said.
"But what, even our individual flares can't handle this." Khalan said.
"we read the writing on the wall, we could always use that." Ray said.
"We haven't even practiced or modified that yet, all ten of us could die!" Scria said.
"At this point, does that matter?" Xos asked. they all knew he was right.
The Magi-masters stood in a circle. For once, Chron could be seen without his Teacup and teapot. they joined hands, bowed their heads, and began a spell so powerful not even they could just cast it with a thought. Their chanting was in a language so old as to not be in any manner of recorded history. Only The Omnisource and The Avatars of The Multi-verse themselves knew what they were saying, it was THAT old.
However, despite not knowing what they were saying, EVERYONE knew that they were about to do something, something beyond the prowess of any other spellcaster, something so incredible, that if they missed it, they would never see it again.
Their unique colors and features kinda bled and blended into one another, and it became impossible to tell one apart from the other, even by gender.
The entire dimension seemed to react to their words.
Those fighting for Creation seemed to waver and one by one disappeared, those seeking to take the orb were not spared, though the more intelligent members such as The Dark gods disappeared, nothing was worth trying to survive an unknown spell.
OOC: So, if Nekaru and anyone else thinking about taking the orb from Kajeenith wishes to survive, then they had best leave. They can still witness the spell, their just spared from its effects if their not in DH.

"Oh, shit, this is bad."
Nekaru's eyes were going frantic. Some great power was erupting, and it seemed that it was beyond comprehension. it was best that he leave.
Putting his hands together, Nekaru teleported out of the Dimension for the time. He would be back soon.
Energy cracked throughout the dimension, and massive explosions of every kind of element including The Void ripped throughout DH, then it grew calm.
Was that it? Was that the big anti-climactic end? No. Energy cracled again, Explosions ripped throughout DH, the entire Dimension quaked and rumbled and erupted into a massive storm unlike any other. Like a great Column of Energy it ran Horizontally from one end of DH to the other. The clouds seemed to be made of Blue, Red, Green, Brown, Yellow, Orange, Black, White, Grey, and colors previously unknown in any other place. Energy ripped out of the clouds strong enough to rip apart entire Solar Systems.
the Storm lashed against the Infinite Army with power inmeasurable in any known method, wiping out a forth of the army.
It seemed calm except for the clouds, but the energy came back in a massive Hurricane format and blew throughout DH leveling it so flat anywhere else looked hilly. The Hurricane unlooped itself and continued Blowing but the air itself became as a storm tossed ocean. Blasts of energy formed at the circle of masters and shot outwards and through the Army. the spell seemed to die, but as it did, Scria burst into an uncountable multitude of pieces, and the storm surged back to life. The Flyinf members of the army struggled against the onslaught of wind but were torn to pieces as it went every which way. the ground broke apart, leaving nothing to stand on as Agrinja burst in the same manner Scria did, and then Stella and Chron burst. The Storm rippled accross the many lines of time and accross all the alternate places where yet more pockets of The Army was hiding and in these places did the storm rage also. As Quis, Ray, Xos, Khalan, Ros, and Kado burst Simultaniously The storm kicked into High Gear and the entirety of DH quaked and rumbled and ceased to exist, taking everyone and everything with it that was still inside. It completly bypassed The Void and went straight to just not existing. It was over, Mass Flare had finished, never to be cast again. The side fighting for Creation had won, The Crystal, was safe, at least as far as most people could tell.
Beyond the stars, beyond the Multiverse, beyond all Realities and Dimensions, beyond The void Beyond where The Omnisource and The Avatars Dwell Beyond all Things, there was The Massive Crystal Sphere surrounding all things It seemed to go forever, and beyond it, was Kajeenith, and in his hand sat this massive Crystal. He was in DH. The Dark Gods, and the fighting, and even Mass Flare and the disappearence of DH had all happened inside this tiny little Crystal Sphere.
"I wonder if they ever realised They were inside The crystal of The Heart of Creation all along, Shrunken to such a small size upon entering this place that the Crystal seemed as a world to them? Oh well, I win." Kajeenith said.
He held the Crystal in his hands.
"YOU HEAR THAT VECNA! YOU HEAR THAT NEKARU! YOU HEAR THAT BELDRAGOS! YOU HEAR THAT OMNISOURCE! I WON! AND FOR MY VICTORY, I CHOOSE TO DESTROY ALL THINGS!" Kajeenith shouted.
The Crystal Vibrated and rattled in his hands, summoning all things to fight for it. Kajeenith adopted a fighting stance.
"Alright, fine, you want one last battle to the grim and final finish? Then so be it." Kajeenith said.
As The Avatars came to champion the last battle, The Void enetered DH and merged with it, becoming The Final Battlefield. Controlled by no one, it was the one place in which The avatars and Kajeenith were exactly Equal in every manner.
OOC: This is it, the last battle. this is the battle Vecna and Nekaru were going to wait until Kajeenith won to surprise ambush him, kill him, and take his powers from him to become stronger with. This is also the sole battle for which Bal has been waiting to fight in. The summoning has already been done, he just has to post for the Avatars. The Crystal will be their combined forms heart.

So, what are we doing with this?
OOC: Just this.
IC: The battle was long and intense, as Creation fought to defend itself from Kajeenith, in the end Kajeenith managed to destroy the Crystal Heart.
Everything faded to darkness, and the last thing anyone remembered, was Kajeenith's haunting laugh, gloating in Victory.
"I WIN!" He said.
All was Darkness. there were no senses of any kind. It was complete oblivion.
Then, as a wind blowing in a new day, light returned.
"Behold, I give unto thee the dawn of the second existence. Cherish it well, for I will not promise thee a third." a glorious golden voice said. The voice seemed powerful beyond all measurement. Even the statement that it was all-powerful seemed worefully inadequate a description.
All those who fought in Creation's defence found themselves at home with monies, techonologies and worlds that had once been the Ri-anese. Most even had lost Ri-anese citizens with them.
Morganna found herself at home, her task done at last.
She found herself holding a scroll, and knew that this scroll would only open for the Emporer, but only at the right place, and at the right time. She also knew that the knowledge contained inside it would be instrumental in aiding them in their return to The Overlords. Until it opened though, its contents would be a mystery, knowing only thier purpose.
Finally, Nekaru found himself in The Void, and all those whose powers stemmed from the Void bowed before him, ready to serve his every command, for in his hand was The Sword of Dissolution, and it could not be destroyed by any means, however, it could also shatter any defense it touched. It was the sword that marked the true controller of The Void.
Power leaped from it into him, as all of Kajeenith's powers, stored in the blade, entered their new master. Nekaru was the great destroyer now, and it was his duty to unmake that which was no longer fit to exist. Kajeenith succeeded in destroying all things, even the omnisource, awfully big shoes for a newcomer to fill, but the blessings of his powers showed the faith he had in Nekaru's abilities.
Vaikwur and Karathis found they now owned The Tower of The magi-masters and all the mysterious things it contained. Ulrich recieved The Blade of Faith, Rahegalhoff's legendary sword he used to lead the paladins for many years. whosoever bore this sword could summon forth a mighty army of the beings of Light. I'mdyp was not forgotten either. She recieved the twin Katana of Law and Chaos, two mighty swords that could control their respective energies.
Lord Sumguy and his followers found themselves with many lost Ri-anese to add to the population. They also found themselves with a now defunct ri-anese space craft. It would no longer work, but they could reverse engineer a new level of technology.
The rest, recieved many fabulous treasures the likes of which, none could have imagined.
the Ri-anese were gone forever. their story ended not with a quiet sigh, not with a party, but with the death and renewal of all things.
OOC: With this, I am gone. If I did not specify something directly for you, then make up what you recived, so that it fits in with your nation and characters.

Lord Sumguy woke up at his desk, the memories of the battle flooding into his head. A royal guardsman burst into the room. "Sir, do you remember...Ri-an?"
"Yes, i dd. Thank God you remember too, thought i was insane for a moment."
"Sir, Kajeenth succeeded, but we are still here...what does this mean?"
"It means we have work still to do, and that the Lord has shown mecy upon us."
Lord Sumguy opened the blinds on his office window, to reveal the Ri-anese spaceship and a crowd of what appeared to be millions.
"A lot of work, it seems..."

WAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!:(:(:(:(:( It's over.
Seriously, I'll miss you.
IC:
Nekaru had won. With virtually unlimited power, he had succeeded in becoming a semi-god.
From a starving wretched freak to God, not bad.
Of course, there were creatures out there. Pathetic, spineless worms, unable to see greatness, glory, or any of the things that moved true people. This universe was a truly worthless place with such freaks here. The only option left was eradication- to rid the universe of the virus of life.
The red eyes glared as he knew all he had dreamed had come to pass. But ultimately, this was only the beginning.
On a dead world, in a place called Andromeda, a single flower struggled to grow from the ground in which it grew. As it blossomed a single solitary note fell from the ground, and the flower died, withering to dust. Seconds after it came into being, the note vanished. What was it the note read? who knew?
A single stray atom knew. And it vibrated with joy at the promise the note held.
I Shall return....
The end?
