While we do like the design the price of $64,331,424 seems a bit steep. We will keep the offer for your fighter bomber in mind however. Do you sell production rights? If so we may reach a more beneficial agreement there.

The price of the Priest is actually in line with the F35, while being more capable.

Production rights are indeed available, however. Keep in mind that you have to pay for the license AND machinery - in turn, you get unlimited production rights.

Two aircraft elevators service the hangar bay and flight deck. Six cargo elevators, each 12 by 25 feet (4 by 8 m), are used to transport material and supplies from the 100,000 cubic foot (3,000 m³) cargo holds throughout the ship to staging areas on the flight deck, hangar bay and vehicle storage area. Cargo is transferred to waiting landing craft docked within the ship's 13,000 square foot (1200 m²), 266 foot (81 m) long, well deck. Helicopters in the hangar bay or on the flight deck are cargo-loaded by forklift.

SYRAC plc would like the SaintB government to inspect the Viper lightweight combat aircraft, an easily maintained fighter for use in the most rugged of environments. While it may not be the stealthiest or fastest aircraft around, its manoeuvrability at close ranges and ability to carry a significant payload makes it a lethal fighter at an affordable price.

Designed for service in the United Kingdom's distant colonies, the requirements for the Viper included ease-of-use for green pilots and affordability in both procurement and maintenance costs. At £24 million per aircraft, in USD approximately $48 million, the Viper, which can carry 7,500 kilograms of ordnance is an excellent deal. Capable of maximum speeds, in clean configuration and at altitude, of 2,200 kph, the small (18,500 kg) and nimble aircraft can turn on a dime and when flown by an experienced pilot is more than worth its salt in a dogfight. Attached below is a pre-prepared informational brochure with details of the Viper.

As a liberal empire the United Kingdom operates numerous colonies distant from the Home Islands, colonies that nonetheless require a viable defence from potential enemies. However, the Royal Air Force operates a limited number of air wings, and after the Novikovian War can ill-afford to detach expensive air-superiority fighters to the far corners of the world. These corners, though, still require an air defence, and so the concept of a colonial fighter/interceptor was born.

Designed to be easy to build, operate, and maintain, the Sydney-Raybourne Aerospace Consortium (SyRac) developed the Viper interceptor and light fighter. Powered by a single Huntington Propulsion Ltd. Model 14 engine (16,500 kg afterburning thrust), the interceptor features six underwing hardpoints, two wingtip hardpoints that can be utilised to approximately 7,500 kg of ordnance. These hardpoints are capable of supporting the latest in short and medium range air-to-air missiles in addition to select air-to-ground munitions, electronic pods, and drop tanks.

There are two models of the Viper in service, the Mk.1 Trainer version and the Mk.2 Combat version which features one seat as opposed to the Trainer’s two. The Viper uses a Vesper-Phalen Electronics Mk.40 high-powered radar system that with the assistance of the onboard computer system can track multiple targets at ranges up to 150 km.

On the behalf of the board and shareholders of Vickers Defence, I should like to thank you for taking the time to read our proposal. While not entirely clear on what sort of products, especially naval, that your government is interested in acquiring, we feel it prudent to provide you with some options.

Vickers Defence has expanded in recent years from its traditional market of maritime design and construction to include, increasingly, ground vehicles and munitions. While the government of the United Kingdom does regulate the export of defence equipment, it is often easiest for Vickers to export low-displacement warships and perhaps even some armoured vehicles.

To that end, we currently are the manufacturer of the CV27 Jaguar, the United Kingdom's infantry-fighting vehicle, as well as the CV33 Meerkat, a light-tank designed for armoured reconnaissance. Additionally, in the maritime hardware area, Vickers is the designer and manufacturer of offshore patrol vessels designed to secure a nation's economic exclusion zone, the Type 02 corvette for light patrol and combat duties typically in the littoral sphere, and a few select larger vessels--though they are, admittedly, much more difficult to export to foreign powers.

In terms of payment and construction, Vickers has an obligation to provide employment not just for its naval architects and system designers but also its builders and plant managers; and as such, does not often allow for domestic production rights. However, if an order were large enough and appropriate concessions made, DPRs could be transferred to your government.

Again, I must sincerely thank you for taking your time to read this brief letter.

Is there a possibility we can get a few test models of the you Viper Mk. 2 fighters? We would also like to know if it is an air superiority, multi role, or ground attack aircraft. Additionally we are interested in the specs of your Meerkat Light Tanks for both scouts and as primary armor in amphibious assaults.

We are still looking for designs in all the previously listed areas. Of highest import at this time is transport helicopters and heavy bombers. We have an estimated budget of $550 Billion for each year to spend on aquisitions.

These are what we are not in need of:
Primary Infantry Weapons (But we are looking for a replacement infantry based Anti-Tank weapon)
Main Battle Tanks
IFVs
Attack Helicopters
Howitzers
Self Propelled Howitzers
Super Carriers
Attack Submarines
Trainer Jets
Morters
Destroyers
Missile Cruisers

We have decided we would like to purchase production rights and machinery to build both the FA-16 and the B-22. We feel they will satisfactorily meet our needs. The FA-16 Priest we will likely redisignate as the FA-16 Oracle for our armed forces. We are prepared to negotiate for a price if necesary.

We have a few enquiries however.
Do your production rights entale the permission not just to produce, but to modify or redesign the vehicles as seen fit for our needs?
Is it possible to make a modified B-22 to be used as an arial troop transport?
Do your production rights also allow us to use technology found in the existing model to be incorperated into our own future protoypes?

Thank you in advance.

Production rights allow you whatever modifications you wish, so long as the aircraft are not resold without permission. You also must ask permission for aquiring technology.

For simplicities sake, we'll assume the amount is paid in full.

On the B22 - it was derived from the a600, which was a freight aircraft, and no longer manufactured. You'll see in the writeup why I can't just convert them. However, internally you could modify things to allow infantry (pressurise the cargo bay & such).
