The Latin Peoples

The streets of the city of New Rome were filled with citizens seeing their newly elected Prime Minister, Titus Britannicus, standing at the balcony of the Ministerial Palace. Behind him were two Praetorians, the elite soldiers who guarded the Prime Minister.
Titus looked at the masses below him and smiled for a bit, as he remembered his responsibilities as Prime Minister. His secretary read over the speech one last time before handing it to Titus, who thanked her and then proceeded to read his speech in the nation's national language, which was Latin.
"Civitas , pro annus praevius habenae has deficio in committing ipsum ut responsible habenae tamen hodie suscipio a novus tempus! A novus tempus quibus Populus Secui , quisnam vos have nuper desumo , mos operor quis is can ut subsequens is populus est tutis quod ut is est validus fortuno quod niteo. Memor vos have cruor of Ancients Greco - Romanorum ) in vos , memor suum res quod praemium , quod nos mos planto is populus prospicio amo Rome quod Cupiditas , acsi nos operor non partum an empire amo Caesars. Hodie , EGO scisco vos laboro una. pro a melior populus! "
In English:
"Citizens, for years the previous government has failed in committing itself to responsible government but today begins a new era! A new era in which the National Party, who you have recently elected, will do what it can to ensure this nation is protected and that it is able to prosper and flourish. Remember you have the blood of Ancients (Greco-Roman) in you, remember their deeds and exploits, and we will make this nation prosper like Rome and Greece, even if we do not create an empire like the Caesars. Today, I ask you to work together...for a better nation!"

The Foreign Ministry was staffed by hard working diplomats and politicians who had the job of managing diplomatic relations between the "New Roman Nation" and the other nations of the world. Its leader, Claudius Norbanus was a hard working politician who had worked in politics for a couple of years.
In his office, Claudius went through his usual task, the reading of reports, it was something many in his position do, sift through reports to find any useful and important information. However, a new report came in today, from the Prime Minister himself, asking for a letter to be sent to all nations, telling them that the nation was open to diplomacy.
Claudius read through this report and then went to his employees, telling them to write a letter to be sent to the nations of the world, telling them that the "New Roman Nation" was open to diplomacy.
They drew up this letter, written in Latin and later other languages:
"porta of Novus Romanorum Populus es patefacio , non iustus ut Tornacense , tamen ut diplomat. Nos tendo manus manus of diplomacy ut ullus populus quisnam mos take habitum of is , nos es publicus parcus political quod bellicus consortio , verto of legatio ita continuo. Si vos es interested , operor non hesistate ut contactus us."
In English:
"The gates of the New Roman Nation are opened, not just to the tourist, but to the diplomat. We extend the hand of diplomacy to any nation who will take hold of it, we are open to economic, political and military partnerships, the exchanging of embassies and so forth. If you are interested, do not hesistate to contact us."
The letter was edited for any errors in grammar and spelling and then sent to the various nations of the world, hopefully some would be inclined to accepting.
