The election today ended at 6pm local time, the results have just now come in... and it seems as if.. Wow these are some shocking results:
Mr Kaliem Kalied is the new President! with an astonishing 65% of the vote. And the new Vice President is .... Mr. Muhammad Musharaf! with a surprising 30% of the vote! And Jamal Arafar has lost with 5% of the vote.
After the announcment of the results President Kalied gave a speech. It is as follows:
"Good evening fellow citizens of Droskianishk. Today begins a new era an era of cooperation with our neighbors and other members of the international community. An era of better trade relationships, an era of modernizing, an era of better life. We will accomplish this goal by working together and by working with the Waldenburg Empire."
Muhammad Musharaf also had a speech:
"Allahu-akbar. I thank you for voting me your vice-president! Together we will turn this nation around. Within the week I will be presenting parliament a plan to start a second house of parliament, the House of Clerics a house of 100 Imams to make sure that Droskianishk stays on the path of Allah! Only by following His word may we become succesful!"
It is believed that Jamal Arafar the former vice-president lost because of his connection to the DJibouti war and the loss of said war.
