(AP) Oologah -- New Cosmodrome to be built in Spyro, OK

The new OK-Space Agency is building there HQ in the city of Spyro.
with the equipment from Leafanistan, and with the help of the nation of Angaor.
A sister facility is to built in Angaor to aid the the tracking/launching of satellites and manned space capsules.
Ok Tractor works (OTW) (Aerospace Laboratory located at a Major University in the nation of Siap) , Ok Farm Bureau (Genetic experiments in no gravity enviornment) and the OK weather Service (Weather, Satellites) as well as the military are working in a joint effort to make this project a success.

In a related story The military is converting some ships to space events ships to allow tracking of satellites while at sea. Other assets are being transfered to the OK-Space Agency.

SIC:
OK and Angaor have agreed to institute a "POMCUS" System.
POMCUS is a military acronym for "Prepositioning Of Material Configured in Unit Sets."
We will begin with 1 Armored Division worth of equipment in secret locations.
