OOC: TPF, this is the beginning of what you asked for.
The ACA had been dormant for some time. This was how they had to operate, as their schemes often made several nations come after them. This time, it started simply enough. The man known as anti-Stalin was on vacation when his cellphone buzzed once. He picked it up, and viewed the text.

Text: SAMURAI
Samurai was the code to regroup, and anti-Stalin understood immediately. He ran inside his beachfront villa and got dressed. He proceeded to grab his suitcase and foward the message onto four more members. These were newer recruits, less experienced but almost equally as deadly. He had recruited them during the dormancy, to fill the ranks of those who had most recently passed. Even so, they were known assets and could be trusted. All had military and/or criminal backgrounds, and knew how to handle themselves in a terror situation. Anti-Stalin then ran to the helicopter pad, and gave his pilot the coordinates to the ACA base in TPF. They would meet there for breifing, and from there would part until the time for the job arrived.
After a long flight that included an in-air refueling session, anti-Stalin finally arrived at the base. There, Marx's Downfall awaited him, along with the four recruits. Standing watch was Wunderman. Marx's Downfall began the conversation. "Gentlemen, I am sure you wonder why you are here today. Well, let it be known that we move to strike against our sworn enemies- the communists. In this envelope, each of you will find your instructions. You will memorize them, and burn the letter. Follow the istructions to a t, and all will go as planned. Remember," he continued, as an ominous smile crossed his face, "you have sworn your lives to this organization. You may not return from this mission. Will anyone abandon the cause now?" There were no takers, and Marx's Downfall passed out the envelopes. Here you are men. You will stay here for the night. In the morning, you report for refresher training and equipping. The next day, you leave for the job.
