The Foreign Ministry

Greetings from the Commonwealth of West African States. I contact your nation with the intent of opening a mutually benefiting trade agreement. As you may know, the lands comprising the Commonwealth hold an abundance of oil and natural gas, while lying deficient in metals and other industrial materials. Conversely, the Federation of Alprazoism has such natural resources in abundance, but lack petroleum products. If you should so agree, I believe it would be most productive to begin regular commerce between our two nations.
