Now that the Vice-Hegemon and Polemarch have agreed to aiding Frenham in war. Now that we have finished step one, we need to plan the war, make our stance and give the orders and war positions to the rest of the Hegemon. This is meant only for the Hegemon, Vice-Hegemon, and Polemarch. In the case of war for next time we will also set up an order or course for the next war planning thread. We will also talk about budgets, and the security of the Hegemony. Thank you.
