OOC: After some thinking, I have decided to scrap the Kaibara RP idea as well as the anti-communism act, as I am hoping to have my nation grow diplomatically. This new change will be the official one and the one I will stay with. However, Japan is now under a new form of government, which can be found here: http://www.mathaba.net/gci/theory/gb.htm

--------------
AP: Ryu Kaibara, the "Father of the Revolution" has implemented the policies of Qaddafi's Green Book in Japan. Kaibara will maintain the Kerberos units but will implement significant reforms in the nation. Already, the policies of the Green Book are being implemented, Kaibara's picture appearing throughout Tokyo as the "Savior of Japan".

Japan is looking like Qaddafi's Libya, with the creation of the "General People's Congress" for example. Kaibara, who had studied the Green Book, decided it would be good to implement it in Japan.

No one knows exactly how long this experiment with the Green Book is going to last, we will have to wait and see if Kaibara's gamble can pay off good or bad for him.

Soviet India, a key sponsor to Tripoli and buyer of Libyan petrochemicals, is taken rather by surprise as the Japanese Reich picks-up the Colonel's seminal work and takes it to heart. The move can only be congratulated, and Raipur begins to put together a diplomatic mission, considering an offer of embassy exchange.

Delegates speak of hope that Japan will finally see real grass-roots democracy and socialism born along side the new administration. It is now quite possible that the Soviets may be convinced to sponsor reforms in Japan so that the experiment has a real chance of taking hold.

It seems somewhat conflicting to see Japan pushing anti-communist literature while adopting the Green Book at the same time as comrade Graeme Igo, Grandfather of the Indian Revolution, paraphrases Colonel Mu`ammar al-Qadhafi in a speech to The Communist League (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=519109). Still, hope is hope.
