OOC: After reading the stickies about role-playing, as well as thinking about the status of my nation, I decided to make my first RP, role playing the "Japanese Revolution".

Story:
Ryu Kaibara is a revolutionary who plans to overthrow the government of the Japanese Reich. He bases his beliefs on several systems, mixing them together. He is also devoted to a form of Japanese militarism. He does not hate communists also, he is neutral on the issue.

The revolution begins when the anti-communist operation led by the government is discovered, causing an uproar amongst those who hold reformist tendencies. One of those reformists is Ryu Kaibara, a university student.

Kaibara, drops out from his university and proceeds to create a group designed to "dispose of the government." He contacts various nations and asks for their assistance.

If you would like to participate, then notify me as to who you would like to support:

1. Kaibara's Reformists (World Soviet Party, Vontanas?)
2. The Government (Angaor, Vontanas?)

I'd like to fund and arm this movement and/or a group of socialist revolutionaries, if possible.

Kaibara's group is influenced by socialism, as well as populism, militarism, corporatism and other systems. Should I post having you support Kaibara's group?

I'll support both of them, secretly of course, destroying one orthe other quickly and by surprise.

Now, could you give us an ideological breakdown of each side?

Ryu Kaibara believes in the following:

Populism: Kaibara believes that the people of Japan are being oppressed and thus need change to dispose of the oppression.
Qaddafi's Green Book.

I was wondering if maybe I could play as some sort of neutral role, maybe send humanitarian aid to those who would undoubtedly suffer during the conflict.

Soviet India is impressed by moves to adopt the principles of the Green Book and keen to see the socialisation of Japanese production and the institution of popular partyless democracy, and is certainly prepared to deliver funds to the support of that movement. The deployment of troops is perfectly likely given the Geletians' Celtic temperament and the fact that they haven't been able to lock horns directly with a major enemy for a long time.

OOC: Actually, I have scrapped this RP, I have decided to have Ryu Kaibara already in power, as I would like my nation to get more into diplomacy with other nations instead of isolationism or what not. Also, I chose the Green Book because I thought it would be a good experiment, I was thinking of Juche along with other things as well.
