As was mentioned in a previous thread (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=530074) I have an idea for an NS world's fair, where the various NS nations can get together in celebration of world harmony and party hardy. Each world's fair will happen lets say... once every 3 or 4 months and will have a new host nation that will be in charge of picking and choosing the events that are submitted by other people, perhaps we can have people vote on the new host nation even. Right now its just a raw idea that I'm throwing at you people so lets discuss, express interest, etc.

We'd like to host it if possible. Finally a chance to show off our latest technology to the world...

I was doing some research on past world's fairs... nations involved would have displays pertaining to thier histroy and culture, maybe some travel brochures and such. There would be an entire section of the gala completly devoted to the world of tomorow where interesting new technology would be put on display. It is customary, but not necesary for the host nation to build some kind of grand monument to draw even more people to the event and etc. Most other events would be decided by the host nation and the rest of the organizational committee, of which the host nation is always chair. The whole celebration is set in a carnavel like atmosphere with usual carnival attractions.

We are also taking people interested in joining the organizastional committee for the event. Lets try to get this one up and running soon?

We'd be discussing the possible events, where countries will set up thier areas, what kind of attractions will be there otherwise, what nation hosts the fair this year, pretty much everything.
