Imagine a Japan in which the Americans did not defeat them, but rather it was the Nazis who defeated them. My nation is based on the Kerberos saga, but I made some changes.

In Japan, life is far different than it was under the Japanese militarists of old. The importance of the Emperor has been reduced to the point where the Government treats him as a simple symbol. Japanese militarism still survives, but it has mixed with Nazi values. Hitler's idea of the "Fuhrerprinzip" has been implemented, the leader of Japan is the main leader.
The Kerberos are still feared throughout the nation, they deal with political dissidents and the like. They are loyal like the soldiers of the Schutzstaffel and Imperial Japan fused together. Some observers compare this to the relationship between a dog and a human.
There is a quote that best shows this:
"A dog is supposed to obey his master...
A dog is supposed to know who his master is!"
