The University of Esmund has just opened 800 acres of unused space for lease, in conjunction with the Siapian Business Alliance. Not only is there massive tracts of land, but this region has been officially declared an economic free zone, with a 10% corporate tax, at only $500,000 per acre (for 100 year lease).

This park is located quite literally across the street from the University's Graduate Institute of Computer Science, and is less than a mile from the University's primary Engineering and Physical Science Campus.

The benefits of moving your company here today are:

I have been informed by the board to submit a request for 25 acres of land, suitable enough for building a small office complex, and a large laboratory building, which will also house a test-production site. We will primarily be hiring biology and chemistry scientists up to Doctret level or equivalent, and engineers to Masters degree level or equivalent.

BBC primarily specialise in Pharmaceuticals - we are the sole provider to the nation of Pan-Arab Barronia, and proudly so. We have small facilities devoted to genetic engineering, primarily for the use of Gene Therapy and it's sub-sections.

You will find no shortage of chemists, biologists, biochemists, chemical, biochemical, and genetic engineers. We also have a strong pharmaceutical program at Esmund University, so you should have no problem finding the staff you need. You would also be in the position to comission studies and fellowships in the graduate program and have total access to the research performed.

All that is needed is the money for the lease. You may pay the entire lease up front, or you may set up a payment plan. Each payment plan will be individually reviewed, but we ask for at least 35% of the lease to be payed for up front.

At a cost of $12.5 million for the lease, we should like to pay in two instalments of $6.25 million, one payable now, one payable in 5 years time.

We have arranged to establish an exposition of research and development departments of each constituent member of the Agency (currently 8). We request to rent 35 acres of prime property at your current rates, in hopes to invite your citizens to enter into useful and lucrative practices. In addition to the rent, we invite your government to grant exchanges for students at the neighboring institution to be able to come to the Han Empire for studies there as well as continuing practical research and development that can benefit your country, as well as our own. Of course, we would have to arrange mutual national recognition, but the Board feels confident that we could easily persuade His Imperial Majesty to grant such recognition, as such endeavors are seldom frowned upon.
