The Libertarian Paradises of Mauratali:

The Libertarian Paradises of Mauratali are an exception to the colonial rule. Instead of usually going red, Mail and Mauritania have ran the other direction, so far that the only 'government' is no more then a collection of more community minded individuals who finace the 'government' out of their own pocket and the pockets of several other, chairity minded, businessmen.
A collection of old and new, conservative and liberal, backwards and modern, Mauratali has everything. Shepard’s, content with their lives, heard their sheep much in the same way their great-great-grandfathers did. Yet at the same time they try out the newest products from all around the world, from super-energy conserving dish washers, mobile phones which are literally miniature laptops, and laptops that measure performance in the amount of terabytes they have.
Muslims, arguably one of the most conservative populations in the world, are a majority. Yet they do live in harmony with what they do admit are 'sins'. This happens for no other reason then even they understand the bonuses stemming from having such a loose society, their shrines are all air conditioned, their clothes are as fancy as can be, and they are allowed more freedom here to practice, in some sense, then the more hard liners in the Middle East. It undoubtedly doesn't hurt that the government makes sure to make suggestions about 'good Muslims wouldn't look twice at a naked women, instead, he would call her father.'
So it exists, rather strengthen by its crazy ideals and economic miracle in a twilight between all worlds. Right and left, moralistic and decadent; main point is, it's looking to stay independent, free, and Libertarian till the end of time.
