History:

The Dominion was formed around the year 1000 AD by two men, a vampire named Count JWolf and a human named Jedah. Each man had 50,000 followers behind them. Jedah became the king and set up near what would become Bucharest. Count JWolf and his followers set up two towns near Sibiu.

The first civil war in the year 1056 AD. It started because of a fight with the King and Count JWolf. The king was Jedah's son, Tuvok. The main reasons was how Tuvok was running the nation, he was ruling it like a mad man. The war end four years later, when the Count’s army defeat the last of the King’s army.

In the year 1100 AD, forty years after the first civil war ended, the Dominion entered war again. Their target was the Republic of Moldova. The reason was the Dominion trade routes were being attack by soldiers, which matched the color of the Moldavian soldiers. The superior Dominionite forces overran many castle in Moldova and the war lasted two years. Ending in the summer of 1102 AD, when the Count and the defeated Moldavian Chancellor sat to sign the ‘Surrender of Moldova’, along with signing a paper called ’The Dominionite Bond’, which made Moldova into a Dominion Province.

Six years later, in the early months of 1108 AD, the dawning of another war was happening. But this time, the war would be coming the west and not the east of the Dominion. The Dominion didn’t start this war like in the Dominion-Moldovan war, the Bulgarian Empire started a holy war against the Dominion, which offered a safe haven to vampires. Lead by a blood kin of the late Khan Tervel, the Bulgarian Army invaded across the border into the Dominion.

The first few months of the war had been good on the side of the Bulgarian, they took over ten castles within Dominion territory and gained hold of Dolj County, Mehedinti County, and Olt County of Romania. This holy war was going down hill for the Dominion until veterans of the Dominion-Moldovan war joined up with the Count and his Black Wolves to create a defensive line on the edges of Bulgarian controlled counties.

Fueled by the stories told by the Dominion-Moldovan war veterans, hope began to fill through the ranks of the Dominion Army near the end of the Summer of 1108 AD. These only made thing worst for the Bulgarian in this war. Within the Bulgarian controlled counties, Dominionite villagers started fighting with their Bulgarian overlords. This fighting lead to the Count leading his Black Wolves from the defensive line into the Bulgarian controlled counties.

October 1108 AD, the Count suspired the Bulgarian Khan in an early morning attack in Craiova, Dolj County. The Bulgarian Khan had used a castle in Craiova as his base of operation after the Dolj County was taken. That castle was surrounded by the forces of the Count and the Dominion Army. For five straight hours, the castle was attacked until a weakness in the Bulgarian Khan’s army was opened. At the end of the day, the Count engaged in a sword fight with the Bulgarian Khan and behead his foe.

At the end of 1108 AD, the Dominion regained control of Dolj County, Mehedinti County, and Olt County as the Bulgarians retreated. These was the end of the Bulgarian Holy War and the start the Count’s Unholy War.

The Count’s Unholy War started January 1, 1109 AD with invading party moved into Bulgaria. The Dominionites were looking to get some pay back on the Bulgarians because what happen during 1108 AD.

In 1112 AD, the Count’s Unholy War was ended as the Count stormed into Sofia and killed all of those whom stood in his way. After taking out half of the Bulgarian government, the Count demanded the surrender of the whole nation and for it to join the Dominion. The rest of the Bulgarian government officially surrender to the Count, marking the Dominion gaining more land.

In the year 1136 AD, the Count sat down with the current Dominion King, Vladimir Marin, to plan an invade on the neighboring kingdom to the west. Along with military leaders, a invasion plan was drawn up for the Serbian kingdom, which was centered around Duklja.

In late 1136 AD, the Dominion issued a declaration of war on the Serbian kingdom under the reason that the Serbian kingdom was threat to Dominion holding. Dominion Forces moved onto the Dominion-Serbian border and waited the arriving of the Count.

At that time, the Serbian kingdom had holding in Croatia, but the Serbian soldiers were called back to protect Serbia. Croatia was freed from the Serbian kingdom as the Dominion moved in the early months of 1137 AD with the Count at the lead.

In 1140 AD, King Vladimir was killed by a Serbian assassin, which only added fuel to the fire on the Dominion side. Vladimir’s son, the twelve year old heir to the Dominion throne, was crowned the new King of the Dominion after his father was buried. King Nathaniel Vladimir Marin became the youngest ruler of the Dominion at the time.

In 1141 AD, four years after the start of the war, the Dominion had won after having lost and gain land in the Serbian kingdom. It was a hard war, but lessons had been learned through it on both sides. Both sides lost their Kings as the Count behead the Serbian King because he thought the Serbian assassin was sent by him.

A month after the surrender of the Serbian kingdom by the widowed Queen, Serbia along with Montenegro became part of the Dominion. The Dominion at the time was Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Serbia and Montenegro.

The summer of 1221 AD would see war coming to the Dominion once more. Through the eighty years that have passed form the last war, the Dominion Army was growing and training harder under the wishes of the Count. The nationalities within the conquered lands had link in the Dominionites to create a more united people. Anyways, with the new army, comes another fight and the invaders were from Hungary.

In the last months of the summer of 1221 AD, the Hungarian forces crossed on the border between Hungary and Romania. As the Hungarian forces clashed with Dominion warriors, the blood began to flow in the battlefields. The only thing good for the Hungarian forces was the Count wasn’t in the Dominion at the time, the bad thing for them was that he wasn’t in the nation at the time.

At the end of 1221 AD and the start of 1222 AD, the war was starting to look like a stalemate as the Dominion had lost any land or gain any land from the Hungarian. Bloodshed was everywhere, but no land was lost. The Dominion Army was strong like the Count wanted it to be. The Dominionites were a strong race of people like the Count wanted.

In the early months of 1222 AD, word that the Hungarian King was going to call off the invasion as it was a waste of man power and time for his kingdom, but his decision didn’t sit well with members of his council. A coup happened on a cold evening in with the Hungarian King along with most of the royal family by four military commanders and their loyal soldiers. The four military commanders became the four Military Lords of Hungary. The war was still on and the Count was still not in the Dominion.

The start of the summer of 1222 AD was only the begin of many twists and turns. Like the death of one of the Military Lords was found in his bed behead, but none of his guards knew anything about it until the body was found. Rumors filled the Hungarian Kingdom about the ghost of the late Hungarian King was getting his revenge on the Military Lords.

Two weeks later, another Military Lord was found in his bed behead by the ghost killer. More rumors began to be said throughout the Hungarian Kingdom. As the war raged on, there was trouble at home with the deaths of two Military Lord. Unknown to the Hungarian, a wolf was hidden within their flock.

At the end of the summer of 1222 AD, there was a single Military Lord left alive and the man even called off the invasion to save his own life. Even that didn’t save his life, the Count took him in front of the Military Lord’s court. He was a wolf was hidden within their flock by taking the armor of one guards. As the Military Lord bleed out on the floor, the Count unmasked himself to all of those in the court and another shocking thing happened. The rightful ruler of the Hungarian Kingdom, the fifteen year old Hungarian Prince, walked into the throne room with two Knights dressed in robes of the Royal Guards. With the help of the Count, the Hungarian Prince was placed back on the throne.

Four months later, the Count and the newly crowned Hungarian King sat down and engage in talks. The main reason the young boy was alive is the Count, whom was in the city at the time of the coup. Anyways, these talks would last four weeks until something was agreed on by both parties. Hungary would become of the Dominion in the coming year.

In the early months of 1223 AD, Hungary joined the Dominion and became the sixth province of the Dominion.

The second civil war started in 1400 AD, when the Council of Twelve was formed to fight the King. The council has formed an army of loyal soldiers to fight King Gorax the Apocalyptic. He was a dictator and was killing people for fun. That war last for ten years, both side took a lot of losses. A total of 300,000 people die during the ten years. It ended because King Gorax the Apocalyptic ran with his tail between his legs and was never see again.

About the year 1410 AD, the Council of Twelve's army defeated the King's army. Doing that took the power for the king and placed it in the hands of the members of the council.

In 1800 AD, a colony of the Dominion was founded in area that is now known as Irathria. This colony is named after the person whom lead the colony fleet, Lord Halford J. Wolfe. The City of Haven, which is known as Old Haven in current times, was founded in the southern part of Wolfe Island. In the coming years, the Dominion had founded more cities and taken over control of all of Wolfe Island.

In early 1850 AD, the Dominion Foreign Legion was founded to allow the foreigners within the Dominion to become soldiers and fight for the Dominion. Foreigner were allowed to live in the nation, but they were forbidden to enlist in the Dominion Armed Forces.

2004 AD - The Council of Twelve was disband by Count JWolf. Five of the twelve members were killed. Count JWolf would be crown the God-Emperor of the Dominion.

2008 AD - The United Senate was formed. The title of God-Emperor of the Dominion was undid and replaced with Emperor of the United Dominion. The Count became the Caesar of the United Dominion.

History of the Rulers of the United Dominion:

King Jedah Bordeaux - The First King of the Dominion, had five sons and one daughter. Known as one of the founding fathers of the Dominion. Died some time in the summer of 1052 AD. (1000 AD - 1052 AD)

King Tuvok Bordeaux - Jedah’s eldest son. The King that caused the Dominion’s civil war. Died at the end of the civil war in 1060 AD. (1052 AD - 1060 AD)

Prince Mephistopheles Bordeaux - The eldest of Jedah’s after the death of Tuvok. Started his reign a month after the end of the civil war, but didn’t get the title of King. The reason as he wasn’t the rightful heir to the throne. (1060 AD - 1070 AD)

King Daken Bordeaux - The rightful heir, Tuvok’s son, gained the throne at the age of twenty from his uncle, Mephistopheles, in the start of 1070AD. His only children was a daughter, meaning his heir was female and not a male. He died in 1090 AD without a male heir. (1070 AD - 1090 AD)

Queen Sasha Caspian - The Dominion’s first female leader, whom took the last name of her husband, Damian Caspian. Like her father, she was twenty when she took the throne. Also like her father, Sasha only had daughters, a total of four, and no sons. (1090 AD - 1110 AD)

Queen Sybil Marin - The second female leader of the Dominion was the eldest daughter, twenty two years old, of Queen Sasha and gained the throne after her mother‘s early death at the age of forty. Unlike her mother, nine months after she married Lord Daniel Marin, she gave born to a male heir, Vladimir, in year 1111 AD. Died in 1128 AD because of a sickness that nobody else had. (1110 AD - 1128 AD)

King Vladimir Marin - Was crowned King of the Dominion at the age of seventeen because of her mother’s strange death. Killed by a Serbian assassin in 1140 AD on the same day he was crowned king in 1125 AD. (1128 AD - 1140 AD)

King Nathaniel Vladimir Marin - The Dominion’s youngest ruler, being crowned King at the age of twelve. Nathaniel’s rule for sixty years because he didn’t want his first born son, Andrian, to gain the throne. Andrian was born in 1150 AD and wasn’t a nice person like killing for fun and other things, but being the Crown Prince saved him from being killed for his actions. (1140 AD - 1200 AD)

King Andrian Marin - Took the throne after his father’s death in 1200 AD, but at the age of fifty and his long life of drinking, his rule wasn‘t a long one. Two years after he was crowned, he died as his organs started failing him. (1200 AD - 1202 AD)

King Richard Francis Marin - As the eldest son, being thirty one years old, Richard was crowned as the King of the Dominion after his father’s death. In 1222 AD, his wife, Queen Elora, died after being attacked during a hunt trip. With her death, Richard’s life only came crashing down and died of a broken heart. (1202 AD - 1222 AD)

King Benjamin Marin - Benjamin became the sixth Marin to hold the throne of the Dominion in 1222 AD following the death of his father and mother. Born in 1198 AD, at the time he was crowned he was twenty-four years old. Benjamin had five daughters, starting with the birth of Daphne in 1226 AD and the last born in 1236 AD. (1222 AD - 1252 AD)

Queen Daphne Fortesque - The eldest daughter of King Benjamin was crowned the Queen of the Dominion under the wishes her father, whom was tried of the ruler of a nation. Daphne’s reign was peaceful one, but she had the same problem as her father and only had a female heir. (1252 AD - 1290 AD)

Queen Isabel du Paris - The eldest of the six daughters of Queen Daphne was crowned following the death of her mother. She was thirty-two years old when she started her reign and was married to Lord Leon du Paris, which they married in 1284 AD. Her first heir, Charles, was born on her twenty eighth birthday. (1290 AD - 1320 AD)

King Charles du Paris - Gained the throne after his mother’s age wasn’t strong enough for her to rule the nation. His reign only lasted for ten years when killed by his brother, Bradford, in hopes to gain the throne. But Bradford didn’t see that Marc, the Crown Prince, saw the murder and lead to the Royal Guards locking Bradford away for life. (1320 AD - 1330 AD)

King Marc du Paris - The sixteen year old heir gained the throne after his father was buried. Ruled for twenty years until his health got bad after being thrown off the back of a horse. He was thirty-six years old at the time. (1330 AD - 1350 AD)

Princess Kirsten Crane - Marc’s four years younger sister gained the throne until Marc’s eight year old son was older enough to gain the throne. (1350 AD - 1360 AD

King Revan du Paris - The eighteen year old heir of King Marc gained his throne in 1360 AD and married Lady Catalina Anna Carpathia a week later. His heir, Gorax, was born when he was twenty in 1362 AD. (1360 AD - 1390 AD

King Gorax du Paris - Also known as King Gorax the Apocalyptic. Lead the Dominion as an one man rule nation until a council of twelve members, which his heir, William, was part of, was formed to fight him. (1390 AD - 1410 AD)

The Council of Twelve - A council of twelve members, which each member held a life time term unless they forced out of the council. Through out the long history of the Council of Twelve, there had been three people that had been part of it. Count JWolf and Count Dracula were members of it, along with a member of the du Paris family. (1410 AD - 2004 AD)

God-Emperor JWolf - Gained control of the empty Dominion throne after the Council of Twelve was disband in 2004 AD. Wasn’t the rightful heir to the throne, but he was one of the two founding fathers of the Dominion (2004 AD - 2008 AD)

Caesar Jason Scotus Lupus - The Count changed his title and name to began his ‘second’ reign on the Dominion throne. (2008 AD - )

History of the Legion:

Founded in early 1850, the Dominion Foreign Legion, as it was called back then, was formed to allow the foreigners within the Dominion to become soldiers and fight for the Dominion. Foreigner were allowed to live in the nation, but they were forbidden to enlist in the Dominion Armed Forces. The Dominion Foreign Legion was primarily used to protect and expand the Dominion during the 19th century.

The United Dominion Foreign Legion is known to be an elite military unit whose training focuses not only on traditional military skills, but as well on the building of a strong “esprit de corps” amongst members. The reason to build a strong ‘espirt de corps’ is that the men and women within the United Dominion Foreign Legion come from different countries with different cultures, so a strong bond will be need to strengthen them enough to work as a team.

A member of the United Dominion Foreign Legion are known as legionnaires and there are two branches of the legion; the ground forces and a small air force.

The main reason to join the United Dominion Foreign Legion is that after some time within the legion, a legionnaire may apply for Dominion citizenship. After three years within the Foreign Legion, the legionnaire was have enlisted under their real name and no longer have problems with the authorities. The legionnaire must have served with “honor and fidelity” for at least three years, too.

A legionnaire who becomes injured during a battle for the Dominion, can apply for Dominion citizenship as a Dominionite by spilled blood.

The United Dominion Foreign Legion’s commissioned officers are Dominionites, but approximately 15% are former Legionnaires who have risen through the ranks.

There are offices and bases in the mainland (the United Dominion’s European land) and the other territories of the United Dominion for the Legion. In some of the more tourist cities, they are small offices for the United Dominion Foreign Legion.

The Legionnaire's Code of Honour

Every Legionnaire must know by heart the "Legionnaire's Code of Honour". The Legionnaires spend many hours, learning it, reciting it, and then getting the vocal synchronization together:

“1. Légionnaire, you are a volunteer serving the Dominion with "Honour and Fidelity".
2. Every legionnaire is your brother-in-arms regardless of his nationality, race, or religion. You will demonstrate this by strict solidarity which must always unite members of the same family.
3. Respectful of traditions, devoted to your leaders, discipline and comradeship are your strengths, courage and loyalty your virtues.
4. Proud of your status as legionnaire, you display this in your uniform which is always impeccable, your behavior always dignified but modest, your living quarters always clean.
5. An elite soldier, you will train rigorously, you will maintain your weapon as your most precious possession, you are constantly concerned with your physical form.
6. A mission is sacred, you will carry it out until the end respecting laws, customs of war, international conventions and, if necessary, at the risk of your life.
7. In combat, you will act without passion and without hate, you will respect the vanquished enemy, you will never abandon your dead or wounded, nor surrender your arms."

They take their order from Baron Anubis or Colonel Sebastian Labonté. Each man is armed with an Egyptian saber, a Korth Revolver (.357 Magnum) and a HK G36C assault rifle.

Clan X: (Private Army of Lord Salvador Castillo-Saint Clair)
Clan X are men loyal to Lord Salvador Castillo-Saint Clair, son of Prince Devlin Saint Clair and grandson of Count JWolf. There are 2,500 men in their ranks. They take their order from Lord Salvador Castillo-Saint Clair or Colonel Demetrius Baxter. 1,500 private soldiers are in Authentic Capitol Police Battlesuits with a GPMG, a Corporate Carbine, a Corporate Sidearm, and an 18" Bayonet. Each of the “Capitol Police” soldiers has four grenades (Flash bang, smoke, 2 frags) and 5 lbs of C12, too. On the Capitol Police Battlesuit there are four red Xs; one on the fornt of the helmet, one of each shoulder and one on the upper left of the chest armor. 500 men are armed with a Colt Anaconda revolver and a HK PSG-1 sniper rifle.

The White Tigers are men loyal to Lord Remy Barrilleaux-Saint Clair, son of Prince Calvin Saint Clair and grandson of Count JWolf. There are 1,000 men in their ranks. They take their order from Lord Remy Barrilleaux-Saint Clair or Colonel Will Drown. Each man is in Authentic Capitol Police Battlesuits armed with a GPMG, a Corporate Carbine, a Corporate Sidearm, and an 18" Bayonet. Each of the “Capitol Police” soldiers has four grenades (Flash bang, smoke, 2 frags) and 5 lbs of C12, too. Hardened Steel plates, Vanadium Steel plates, Aluminum plates, whatever we can to give it an RHAe of at least 55mm, helps it resist small arms fire and RPGs. A dual 40mm Bofors gun mounted on the top, and another engine added in. Extra batteries to power a simple thermal sight for the 40mm Bofors gun, The windows are modified with hardened glass, and slits for infantry weapons to be stuck through. It hold 1 driver, 1 commander, 1 top gunner, and 6 more passengers.

W & P (The Private Army of Lord Governor Gabe Peace)
W & P, also known as War and Peace, was formed after the young Blood Wolf commander, Gabe Peace, gained the title as the Lord Governor of Apennine from his father. Gabe was part of the Blood Wolf commanders that were formerly stationed in Neo-Jagada. Through his father’s friendship with the Count, his private army is armed with Timber Wolf Incorporated designed weapons. There ranks are filled with former Blood Wolves, some that served with Gabe in Neo-Jagada. The six hundred soldiers are broke down in three groups; War-Makers, Peace-Givers and Peace-Takers.
