Oka-In the wake of the take over of Hataria, thosands upon thousands of Hatarians are pouring into M.S. with no hopes of returning. As a result Empress Kinimoto has found it fit to grant all displace residence amnesty, thus giving them citizenship in the Empire of Magic Sorcery. The Ministry of the Interiro, House of Common Wealth, and the Imperial Naturalization Service have all began to work through the process. "Our Empire is big enough we can sustain these poor people." Said Empress Sakura Kinimoto. "They've all faced terrible hardships and they face an uncertain future. We must show them they are not comming out of the frying pan and into the fire." And most citizens agree. Empress Kinimoto also encourages her regional neighbors to do the same but understands it us up to them.

All over the country Hatarians are being placed, some are taking up residence in the country side, many through the many cities including the Capital of Oka. The influx has some people nervouse about the crime rate. "Not that I don't trust these people," says Akikio Mashimo, "It's just they are strangers from another country. Their laws may be diffrent."

M.S. schools aren't sure what to do with all the children either. "We teach magic to magic children," says Principal Jun Senou "And I'm afraid their aren't enough schools to teach mortal children." Still many Government schools are accepting children regardless. To further ensure no discrimination would arise, Empress Kinimoto suspended general Imeprial Parlimanet meetings to work on special anti-discrimination bills to be put into law immediatley.

Many are feeling enriched by this experience. One of which is a family of Kitsunes (foxsapiens) who added to their already large family of eight, took in four more Hatarian children who lost their parent's in the war. "These children are wonderful," said tthe Kitsune mother Eriko Abe, "Our hearts went out for them." "We may be crowded," Said the father Koji Abe, "But there's always room for children." Other Oka resideince have found it intresting to listen to the stories of the Hatarian's. Especially the youth.

"I became freinds with a Hatarian girl," Says student Mikiko Kotobuki. "It was fun to be with here. Even with the war she still remained optomistic that the world can be a freindly place."

All in all M.S. has accepted over 10,000 refugees, and is bracing for more. M.S. has recently purchased more land to the west expanding it's borders more. "Our Empire is becoming more and more diverse," Said Empress Kinimoto in closing. "It pleases me greatly to have more and more people. M.S. is a welcoming country, and I hope this shows it."

Official Imperial Decree

The new province of Lesser Hataria now sovereign Imperial Kingdom Territory, will have a closed border with all surrounding territories for the time being. In order to enforce this 500,000 Imperial Soldiers are in the process of being deployed 50 miles from the border with Magic Sorcery. No citizens will be allowed to pass into or out of the province until provincial security units are deemed acceptable to maintain order and peace. The Imperial Kingdom requests that MS border units maintain an equal presence on their side to ensure stability

OOC: I plan on keeping the ones in the land I claimed as best I can. I think it's very unlikely that many Hatarians would make it to the border, considering the number of people that are trying to commit genocide against them.

Imperial Statement

We can not grant such a request. All citizens that pour in through the border are taken to a special facility to check for health issues and background. We feel no reason to further prevent thoes fleeing the chaose created by the hostile parties. We will not allow them to be subject to the threats of genocide or any other crimes against humantiy.

Official Imperial Message to Government of Magic Sorcery

The Imperial Government wishes to send a delegate Mark Kullen acting governor of the province of lesser Hataria to begin building a diplomatic relationship with your government seeing as we now share a border with you.

The Hegemony invites all Hatarian refugees into the borders of The Free Land of New Hataria. This area will be ruled by the Hatarian people as a democracy, with Hegemony forces serving only as protection and law enforcement until the situation is stableized.

Declaration of intentions regarding Hatarian refugees

We would first like to commend the nations of Kurona and Magic Sorcery in their accecptance of refugees from the disputed lands previously occupied by the Hatarian Empire. We would thusly like to offer an arm of cooperation regarding those refugees within your nations and those within the territories we are annexing of the former Haraian Empire. We hope to allow the Hatarian people to return to their dignity, and once again prosper as an independent nation.

The Wanderjarian Government hereby issues a statement on the refugees fleeing from Southern Hataria and all Prussian Empire controlled lands:


"Crossing the border without Schutzstaffel (SS) approval of the Hatarian Sector Rottenfurher-SS will result in either detention, or immediate execution. Wanderjarian and all other Commonwealth soldiers are now authorized to shoot on sight any fleeing refugees across the border. The Korps der Ingenieure (Prussian Engineer Corps) is hereby ordered as well to create a series of minefieds three hundred yards long along the entire border. In addition, a wall shall be contructed across the border, manned permanently by the new Southern Hatarian Commonwealth Army. Exit routes will be along major highways into Magic Sorcery, and will be occupied by checkpoints staffed by Wanderjarian Schutzetruppe (Protection Troop) soldiers. Requests to immigrate from Southern Hataria must be made at the National SS Head Quarters in the Wanderjarian Military Installation Fort Bootch.

In cooperation with the policies of the Wanderjaran government, any and all people found fleeing Southern Hataria without the approval of the Vetalian government or its subsidary, Vetalian-Hatarian Reconstruction Corporation, will be detained for repatriation to Southern Hataria and will become the responsibility of the Wanderjaran government.

However, those still seeking asylum are permitted to do so and will continue to be removed from the country to Magic Sorcery as previously stated. In the near future, further restrictions and quotas on political asylum-seekers will be imposed if the government deems it necessary.

Over Southern Hataria
Hundreds of Worldmasters flew over Southern Hataria. They were the strategic airlifters of TPF, they usually hauled critical supplies and vehicles, but today they had a different task. They were to drop a brigade of Hunter Special Forces units and two full divisions of paratroopers, in order to help with policing the border in Southern Hataria. As the planes went over the drop zones, the men tensed, ready to jump into oblivion. Finally, after what seemed forever, the jump light turned green, and thousands of men began to jump, their parachutes opened, and they drifted towards the earth, crashing down.

" Come on, let's go!" Screamed one Sergeant, rallying his squad and having them move towards the border quickly. They would secure the areas, and then create checkpoints for the legal residents to pass. In addition, Crisis armored cars dropped, as well as lightweight 105's, and 125mm mortars all dropped. Soon the first squads reach the borders, and they began to dug in and build small wooden border posts and sandbag machine gun emplacements. The Hunter Special Forces had a different mission. They were to hunt down anybody who escaped the paratroopers, and for that they had Little Bird helichopters, so they could rapidly hunt down and destroy enemy forces.

Roger nervously followed, clutching his hand and looking more pitiful then ever. He didn't like the idea of being screened and sent to a "facility." Roger assured himself it was merely some delousing and the like, nothing too serious. After all, with the huge amount of people moving, how could they check them all?

Kullen sat calmly in the back of the Blackhawk helicopter bound for Magic Sorceries border. Travel by ground would have made more sense but it was deemed too dangerous as of yet..thus why the blackhawk was flanked by two Galica attack helicopters.

Kullen was anxious..not because of the risk of bodily harm..he had served six years in the Imperial Marines..this however was his first attempt at international diplomacy without the use of a firearm..and was a far cry from his local governing back in the Imperial kingdom..never the less he was confident he would do well.

"Yes..for security purposes it is the desire of the Imperial Kingdom to close off all borders to traffic for the time being. At least until the territory is more secure and stable, which if your border forces would aid in security that would be greatly appreciated. In fact we could work out a deal to allow sorcery medical personnel into the territory to treat the civilians while Imperial forces go about rebuilding the government and infrastructure, I can also assure you there are no humans rights violations or genocidal acts occurring within the province. The kingdom also wishes to establish friendly relations with our new neighbor and to establish economic and other beneficial relations."

Kullen turned noticing the TPF arrival..he nodded slightly from his chair

He stood in front of it, and it stopped, he yelled to the nearest Wanderjarian or NPE soldier "We've got a Hatarian criminal trying to escape here, I've got him stopped!, he's in the black BMW!"

"Welcome, your are preparing to enter the Empire of Magic Sorcery. First you will be shown a short history film.

The Empire was established about 1692, as increased witch hunts began to strike fear into the sorcery community. So famlies from all over the world gathered at a remote port and hit the seas. But the journey was long and rough. Once the ships entered the Xanadouien sea, it became rather harsh. Frequent storms plagued the fearful sailors and people, many simple people. Some even turned back, and we're never heard from again. While sailing the Grand Commander Yukiko Mashimo descoverd a mass of rock sticking out of the ocean. Although completly uninhabitable, he convinced many of the officals and people, to start working their magic on the mass of land. However they all knew it would be hard and painful. So slowly they began to work and work. But it was time consuming and very hard on them. And the ships we're having trouble just bobing the stormy seas. One night there was a horrific storm, which blew the ships out of the M.S. Cove. Now they had to sail back and wait further.

Finally after months of chipping away, M.S. went from rocky islands, to a fertal and giant land. Now people began to settle. Initally they we're going to be a freelance colony, however the Grand Commander decided to make it an imperial magistrate. Declaring "We can be a grand Empire of Sorcers, dedicated to the art of magic." (thus became the national motto) And a capital city was established. Initially it was going to be called Mashimo, but Yuki decided to name it Oka, because of the fertile cherry blossom treas growing.

Mashimo died a year later, ulimatley because of the strain of creating. Soo after more and more that worked followed. Then the Katsuma Family came into power. The Imperial House unaminoulsy decided to elect Lt. Noriyuki Katsuma would take the Empire, and his son would become Prince. He also had a daughter but wouldn't allow her to deem title of Princess. In a dramtic twist, Ayumi Katsuma murdered her brother, and blamed it on a peaseant farmer. Because Noriyuki was unwedded and had no other heirs, the Imperial House decided to make Ayumi Princess and Heiress.

But the drama didn't stop there. Ayumi was very anxious to take the throne, and wound up duling her father into submission. She took the throne and would be Empress for 10 years.

Ayumi died in 1703. Her funneral was on a rather stormy day, which had some people a bit fearful the gods were not happy with the family. Of course she wasn't the last of her family. But a another family wanted to take reign. The Mashimo family wanted to take back their legacy as founders and rulers of the nation. Ther daughter Kazuu Mashimo challanged the son, Kyo. Kazuu won the dule to the death, and the title was taken.

Kazuu Mashimo was the Declared Empress of Magic Sorcery
Now the Mashimo Family was back in rule, things began to change. The Mashimo's we're fierce conservatives. Empress Mashimo gathered everyone in the middle of the city of Oca, and had them stacke their barrles of rum and ale. She burned them all. Kazuu delcared it "An immoral and foul drink that deteres the morality of men." Her personal diaries later indicated she was raped by her drunken father. She also outlawed tobbaco, weed and everything else. And the Mashimo reign went on for another 100 years. In 1803 The last of the Mashimos died out. The Imperial House needed to choose a new blood line. Up for grabs we're the Kinimoto Family, the Li Family, and Honda Family. The Honda's we're chosen. Lady Michiko Honda was named empress and her children heirs. Of course she had 7 Children.


Unlike most Imperial Crownships, She actually didn't live in Oka City, before or after her declaration. She actuall lived in the cove on a house ship.

Another Hundred Years would pass before the Reign of the Honda would come to an end. Now it was down to the orginal two and a new person. Yet another female was chosen, Yukiko Katsuma was chosen, and held to take the throne. However her lover challanged the position, and duled her into submission. Now the throne was given to Hiroyuki Kobayashi took the throne, he lasted for about 50 years.

In 1853, the Kinimoto family was deemed the Imperial Head. And their bloodline remains to this day with Sakura Kinimoto.

"Roger, we've got 'im." A Wanderjarian MI-17 Pilot stated calmly. The helicopter soared over to the location of the vehicle, and the crew chief on board proceeded to hose the car down with PPSHK Machine gun fire. The car stopped, and the man within exited the vehicle. Setting the aircraft on autohover, they lowered to where they were nearly touching the ground.

The man was wearing a torn blazer and dirtied dress slacks. His face was one of terror, covered in grime, dried sweat, and blood. The Wanderjarian machinegunner smilled, and aimed the gun at him. The helicopter soared over to the location of the vehicle, and the crew chief on board proceeded to hose the car down with PPSHK Machine gun fire. The car stopped, and the man within exited the vehicle. Setting the aircraft on autohover, they lowered to where they were nearly touching the ground.

The man was wearing a torn blazer and dirtied dress slacks. His face was one of terror, covered in grime, dried sweat, and blood. The Wanderjarian machinegunner smilled, and aimed the gun at him. At this point we aren't sure if this is a team of dealers or one who has been flying under the radar. If it is a Kingpin, we assume he is making more. We are currently sifting through the employment files to see if there are any likely contenders. Agents Himemiya, and Mitsuda will patroll undercover form where we think the epicenter is coming from. Robert had given up on a normal lifestyle. He was a tramp now, his ripped coat hiding his product. He lived on the street with his "Krew" and simply sold cheese all day. They slept in abandoned buildings or hastily made shacks and made every attempt to stay under the radar. Every day brought more money, but more danger with it. How long till the fuzz was on his tail?

Robert decided to hire two large Hatarians, former military men, to be his personal bodyguards. He payed them in cheese, which they were dreadfully addicted to, and they obeyed him like dogs.

Mortuss Visio sat watching news reports on monitors in the command center. Huge amounts of immigrants were leaving Hataria and heading for MS, Mortuss smelled opportunity.

The Sovasi crew of Silens Nex had come to setup shop. They purchased a rundown building and fixed it up for use as headquarters. The crew began selling drugs, mostly meth and cocaine. They were slowly making money but wanted to corner the market.

Eriko Himemiya and her partner Yui Mitsuda were wondering the streets. Neither of them wore a professional uniform, in order to better blend in. "Seems like yesterday I was living here." Eriko said. "Wow, well you come from experience," Yui said. "I'm just a spolied rich kid."

"Oh come on Yui, your not spolied. You give more money to charity than anyone I know. My ma would say your spolied, but not spolied rotten."

Thunder rumbled. "Agh more rain." Yui opend an umbrella. Eriko gave a nostalgic sigh. "My sisters and I would be curled up right now listining to the storm."

Eriko put a foot down but the steps creeked. "Wait, wait. " Yui said She pulled out her staff. "Silent step." Both crept up the stairs, the sound of their steps muted by the spell.

"I find these terms to be most acceptable..and you have my word all Hatarian refugees will be treated fairly..we are planning on a way to even grant them Imperial citizenship"

Kullen turned to his two fellow NPE allies awaiting their responses..

"Boss, I found about this hobo drug dealer whos been selling cheese. He has the market cornered, if we kill him we can take it for us."

A black Cadillac Escalade rolled into the alley where Robert was. One man got out of the car and went to talk to the dealer. The other men got out as Robert was distracted. A snap of fingers was heard than the gunfire erupted. Robert was riddled with bullets.

"Thank you. I trust maybe we can mend relations in time."

With that, Lord-Militant General Guderian departed.
