Hail, friends, We have found a large amount of oil off our coast', off Anchorage, 5 miles, approx.1,500 square mile's worth of oil, we are constructing oil rigs on the site, anybody that wishes to buy it, you can make your offer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, you may send out people to inspect it, if you so wish...

We have about 500 billion barrels worth of oil in this field we have estimated, we would be glad to sell it to you, we already have a good oil source's elsewhere in Calizorinstan, we'll accept any reasonable offer you make for the fields.
