Brief History-
The Armed Republic of Carloginias was founded on the shores of the Volga river in AD 600, well out of the reach of the other peoples of the world. It was here in isolation that the people of Carloginias learned how to live and thrive in a large world. Hundreds of years went by in realitive peace, seeing the rise and fall of empires in both the east and west led the people of Carloginias to opt for a more democratic state of existance, with some authoritarian powers in their government. For all those hundreds of years the army remained the heart and living soul of Carloginias, as did the airforce when proper technology came in existance; but the army staved off battle after battle, war after war. The people of Carloginias got involved in few wars, though the ones they did get involved in resulted in victory making the people of Carloginias extremely prideful of their country.
Today, Carloginias is the largest nation on the face of the earth with the fourth largest population. With increased involvement in international affairs the current President, Harold Kruelk is looking for a capitalist, authoritarian control. Carloginias' economic growth rate is immense. It is projected to have the strongest economy in Europe in the following year.
