The New Brittonian Royal Bank of the Blue Isle has taken the influence of the Bangladeshi Mohammed Yunus and Grameen Bank to form its new division, Royal Bank of the Blue Isle- Opportunities. This will provide micro-credit to many of the poorer nations of the world. We have five divisions in Royal Bank of the Blue Isle- Opportunities that we would like to present for you.

Banking
The banking segment of Opportunities will provide loans in three categories, strugglers, low , and middle. Those in the strugglers category will have to get a loan in a group of five or more. Generally, those in the strugglers category will not get a loan for over 10N£ (note: the New Pound Sterling is pegged onto the Euro). However, the cap for loans in the strugglers category is 50N£. If only one of those in the group applying for a loan falls into a default, all are denied further credit, creating a reason for all members of the group to act responsibly. The main goal of the strugglers category is to give beggars a boost, allowing them to sell low-priced goods so they can make some more money, as a supplement to begging. Also, those in the strugglers category do not have to pay interest on their loans, ever. Finally, those in the strugglers category can have an arbitrarily long repayment period, paying as little as 5 pence back per week. The low category will help small farmers and others, with loans of 5N£ to 350N£. They have a low 0,5% interest rate but must pay the loan back within ten years. The middle category is from 200N£ to 1.000N£. The interest rate for this range is 1% to be paid back over 15 years or 2,5% over 20 years. For deposits in the bank, compound interest is made, encouraging people to save money.

Telephone
The telephone portion of Opportunities will be twofold. Mobile phones such as cellular phones and radio phones will be sold at low prices to people in poorer areas. We will also erect cellular towers to help cell coverage in rural areas. Second, landline phones will be given to poor families in areas with phone line construction. We will set up phone lines to rural areas, giving them access to telephone coverage. Our phone rates will be much lower than most other competitors. We will set up phone booths in cities and rural areas.

Education
The Education segment of opportunities will not create schools, but will directly fund them. We will fund public, private, and religious schools. In order to make sure that there is no bias over religion, each religious school will receive the same funding and treatment. IE. A catholic school will receive the same as a Lutheran school, as a Hindu school, as a Jewish school.

Power
Many people of the world have no power. Opportunities will invest in clean solutions for electric power in poorer nations that can be available at low rates so many can reap its benefits.

Computers and Internet
We believe that computers and computer training should be given to all. Opportunities will partner up with internet providers to give internet access to all people We are giving a 25.000.000 UD$ (United States Dollar) prize to who can create the best “village computer”, that is, a computer that can be used as the information hub for a village of 20-120 people. We will submit our own design. Details will be given later.
