Pravus Ingruo

Michael Kake paced the dark room slowly. He wore a simple, black uniform of military cut, though no insignia was visible anywhere on him. His black hair was slicked back, though shadows still hung about his face. His slender, pointed nose exemplified his entire body: slender, narrow, pointed. It was time to finally reveal his intentions, and those of his followers to the entire world. No one was really expected to take them seriously, at least not yet. And why would they? Another rogue terrorist group, proclaiming its intentions, ready to wreck havoc on the world. Most nations would laugh, and that was fine with Kake. He was used to that. However, some would worry, and maybe, just maybe, some would be intrigued enough to hire their services... maybe.
"Sir, we're ready to roll the footage."
"Thank you." Michael nodded without even looking at the man. Sitting in a simple chair before the Pravus Ingruo flag, a black field with a dark green diagonal stripe, going from upper left to lower right, with red crosshairs in the upper left hand corner, and numerous red bulletholes in the lower right hand corner. Kake swallowed once more, and nodded to the man behind the camera. The red light blinked on and Michael stared right into the camera, starting to speak.
"Governments of the world, good evening. My name is Michael Kake. I will guarentee that almost all of you have not heard of me, and that is quite alright. You have now."
"I am the leader of a group called Pravus Ingruo, or the Evil Assault in Old Latin. We are the people's voice, the people's will, the people's power. Wherever there is unrest, that is where we are."
"In short, your Excellencies, we are a group of freedom fighters, ready to do whatever is necessary to achieve our goals. And we will not rest until all of our goals are met."
"Now, do not think that our mantra is us against the world, for that would be quite foolish. Especially as a new group of freedom fighters, or "terrorists" as some of you will undoubtably call us, we will pick our battles sparingly and wisely. However, we also wish to offer our services to any nation that needs us, whether it be for assassinations, bombings, or other acts of terror and havoc that can bring us closer to achiving our goal."
"I choose to appear before you in this way for multiple reasons. The first is simple. I present myself simply because I know that as national leaders, you would have no respect for someone who assumes they are on your level when they are not. Second, I choose to show my face to you because I am not afraid. I want you to associate a name, a face, a voice with our group. And finally, I offer our services as a gesture of "goodwill" to some nations of this world. If you can afford our services, that is."
"The communication codes for a orbiting satillite will follow this message. Should you wish to reach us, you may do so in that fashion. Quando omni flunkis moritati."
With a final nod, the camera man shut off the camera. Michael got up and walked over to the communications center, unbuttoning the top of his uniform.
"Is this able to go out?"
"We're beaming it all over the world as you speak, sir."
"Excellent. Keep an eye on the satillite. I want to know the second anyone calls."
"Roger that, sir." Allowing his cracked face a slight smile, Kake turned on his heel and strode out of the comm center. Today was the day they had made their announcement to the world. Now it was time to see how the world responded.
