The Morestead Government voted last night to hold it's first election in 90 years in a couple of weeks. The president, Barney Gumble, wishes to extend their hands into the world and wishes other countries to send observators to watch over the election and help the Morestead Government to change from a dictatorship to a democarcy. Any help will earn these countries Brownie Points in the international community.

T Hegemny will send an observer from each of it's member nations.
The Commonwealth of Tolvan will send a group of election observers headed by former Foreign Minister Victor Keyes.

OCC: They are like good bahaviour points for kids but its for adults. E.G. My father washes the cars or look after his grandkids so he has enough points to play golf tommorrow

OOC: what do election observers do???
OCC: They basally make sure that the election is fair and no vote rigging or threats on the populations life. E.G. The U.S. I would say would send people to Canada.
