I am interested, and I have an idea for a character that I have been saving for a while.
I'm thinking that a guy copied his brainwave patterns and memories and wrote them into a computer program and turned it loose into the matrix moments before dying.
The version of himself in the matrix would have sympathy towards those hacking into the matrix, but would gradually go insane as he discovers he is not real.
