Tahuantinsuyu Empire

An OOC thread, here. Tahuantinsuyu (better known as the Inka (or Inca) Empire) is, of course, set in South America, and while I have some player-controlled neighbours, Pachacutec Inka's openly stated ambition to unite the South American continent under his rule must be of interest to everyone else there.
I know that there are countless South Americas in Nationstates, and that's fine, but I'd like to see if any other -good- players can fit into 'mine'.
At the moment Tahuantinsuyu covers Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Bolivia, Paraguay, and part of northwestern Argentina, and recently annexed Colombia following a bloody conflict with the Pact of Iron (Atopiana (before the nukes!) and Skgorria).
I consider the Aztec National League my neighbour to the north, in Panama, but that leaves Venezuela, Guyana, Suriname, French Guinea, Brazil, Uruguay, and most of Argentina NPC in my frame of reference.
Now, I'm not asking people to come along and claim these nations or to RP their real forms or anything, I'm just wondering whether anyone already bases their nation there, or already has control over any part of these nations, and whether or not they'd like to make their South America the same one as mine.
I prefer to consider myself modern tech, though in many ways the empire is still its bronze age self. I don't really want space-age things dictating the future of Pachacutec's imperialism: if his expansionism is ever going to be stopped, I want it stopped in a realistic way!
