1. Allanea and Groznyj shall have a mutual defense treaty, and the Allanean Department of Commerce
shall pay Groznyj 150 billion dollars.

2.Allanea and Groznyj will hereby have free trade and embassy exchanges.

3.Allanea shall establish 10 military bases near the Groznyj-Doomani border, but 20 kilometers inland, for the protection of Groznyj. There will be based ABM systems, 100 infantry divisions, 100 armored division, and 500 combat aircraft. 10 more bases will be established inland, establishing facilities for more ABM defenses and 3,500 combat aircraft.

4. Allanea shall aid Groznyj should they attempt to establish colonies in Haven, and will protect said colony with armed force if needed.

5.Groznyj will establish a temporary naval base in Allanea's Haven territory of San Nereiana, under Allanean sovereignty. The base will be relinquished to Allanea once Groznyj establishes a proper colony in Haven.

These forces to be withdrawn over time during peace time to a reasonable size.

3. Allanea shall aid Groznyj should they attempt to establish colonies in Haven, and will protect said colony with armed force if needed.

4. Groznyj shall aid Allanea should they come under attack from a foreign power.

5. Groznyj will establish a temporary naval base in Allanea's Haven territory, under Allanean sovereignty. The base will be relinquished to Allanea once Groznyj establishes a proper colony in Haven.

As soon as the variant treaty was signed, troops began to pour into Groznyj by aircraft. Within thirty days, all relevant forces would be moved by Ouroboros and Archimedes' Lever planes.
