All New Nicamax Ships Promise To Utilize Nicaraguan Canal To It's Fullest Potential.
The Nicaraguan Canal Project, which began construction 10 years ago (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=374647), was completed last year, on time and only $15 billion over budget. Since its opening, older Panamax cargo ships have made use of the canal moving containers, oil and dry goods to and from The Phoenix Milita. But now the first cargo ships specifically designed to transit the sea-level Nicaraguan Canal are entering service and will change the face of The Phoenix Milita's shipping industry, which is of course led by Phoenix Dynamix, main sponsors and builders of the canal.
The Canal Authority has released Nicamax specifications for international ship builders and shipping corporations who wish to use the canal to its fullest potential. Of course a transit fee based on a small percentage of the cargo's estimated value will be used to pay off the 15 billion dollar overage and for the maintenance of the canal.
Recommended maximum dimensions for Nicamax ships

Phoenix Dynamix's first Nicamax Ship, the "NicaExpress",was commissioned in Pensacola early this morning and has set sail toward the Asian markets with its 12,000 containers. The first transit of the Nicaraguan Canal by a Nicamax ship will take place in a matter of minutes, and we will have live coverage of the event on TPM World News 69.
