Our news agency has today been passed what is alleged to be a top secret intelligence report from within the Champino Security Services, although government officals have been quick to deny that the document has any validity whatsoever.
The report outlines an alleged "black" operation currently being conducted within the Holy Empire of Gnidrah by an elite special operations unit. The details of the operation are not transparent from the small portion of the report that we recieved, but one thing is made very clear, and we quote:
"The units primary objective will be to attain, and if necessary fabricate evidence of Gnidrah's unlawful abuse of its power as the UN delegate representing the East Pacific Region.
If necessary, permission is granted to co-ordinate a secondary operations unit whose objective will be to conduct false flag insurgency operations against several East Pacific member states, our own included, in order to weaken Gnidrah's position as delegate, and pave the way for a wide ranging media campaign to depose them from their UN position"
As of yet, the President of Champino was unavailable for comment on this issue, but it seems highly likely that this revelation will only inflame an already tense political situation that seems to be propagating itself in the East Pacific Region.
And that situation is this: Many Eastern pacific countries are voicing their growing unrest at Gnidrahs supposed abuse of power as UN delegate, and it seems highly likely that Champino may not be the first to have taken such action, but only the first to have been caught in the act.
