Located in the beautifully untouched Vodaja Hills region in the far west of the country, where rolling hills and forests drop away to sparkling blue rivers and seas, each plot is located on 300 acres of barely unspoilt grass, and provides the very best in all amenities, and we offer both accomodation for short breaks as well as permanent residences for sale. Our benefits and our prices are outlined below:
Accommodation Benefits:
- All residences are built in the style of traditional Kelonian single-level cottages, but built with the very latest in modern technology.
- On request, one of our team of top chefs will prepare your evening meals for you in your home, in a wide variety of cuisines.
- If you wish to cook for yourself, the kitchen will be well stocked for your stay with meats and vegetables of your choosing.
- The open-plan dining and relaxation area contains dining furniture in only the finest pale woods, and luxury couches in soft, fine leather.
- For relaxation, each residence is provided with an entertainment unit consisting of a widescreen high-definition plasma television with access to satellite feeds from around the world - a selection to which we are always looking to add - and a high-definition crystal-clear surround-sound music system capable of playing anything from LPs to MP3s
- The bedroom contains only finest silk or cotton sheets on your king-size bed, as well as access to soft, soothing music and pale wood furnishings.
- The back of each property contains both a hot tub and a large circular pool, both of which will be tended to discreetly at a time of your convenience, if required, during your stay.
Retreat Benefits:
- Dine nightly at one of seven gourmet restaurants located within the retreat compound. All have their specialities but if none of them take your fancy, simply ask the chef and they will be more than willing to accomodate you.
- Take advantage of our expert massage and aromatherapy service, who will be happy to help relax you during your stay, whether it's to loosen up after a day at the gym or just an excellent introduction to the resort.
- Speaking of the gym, ours is one of the most well-stocked training gyms in the country, with everything for beginners to professional atheletes to work off some pounds or just keep themselves in top condition.
- But if that's too strenuous, try a round of golf in our picturesque surroundings. Endorsed by famous Kelonian golfing major Martin Ninic, the course is unique, taxing and enjoyable and runs past some of the finest scenery the region has to offer.
- Or if there's just not enough sand for you in the bunkers, there are many secluded, quiet bays in the area for you to relax on, with staff availible for all your needs.
- Or get lost in the wilderness, with miles upon miles of woodland to explore, sit in a clearing and clear your head of all stress and worry.

Also, if you feel the need to go shopping, our stores will have everything you could want - if they don't, place an order with the staff before you arrive and we will try our best to bring it in and reserve it for you - if you think of anything during your stay, ask again, and we'll have it for you in just a few days.
- A permenant residence in the retreat will cost $6,000,000, with access to a personal interior designer to shape your home to your whims - our team of expert stylists can and will provide traditional or contemporary decor for any nationality, all with the utmost taste.
(Please note that space is limited to just 600 permanent residences availible).
- A month's stay at Sajnt-Marija will cost $14,000, with all-inclusive access to everything the accomodation has to offer, including private aircraft flight to and from any of Kelonia's major airports.
- A fortnight's stay at Sajnt-Marija will cost $8,000, with the same benefits as the month-long stay.

- Fine cuisine? (We are always looking for new dishes from other nations)
- Relaxation therapy? (A masseuse or masseur who speaks the language is a boon to any stay)
- Interior design? (We are always keen to learn how to provide for our guests' tastes)
- Or simply good with people and would like to work in the Kelonian States?
Provided you have 5 years' experience in these fields or a relevent special skill, we would like to employ you at our resort. Salaries would of course be dependent on your skill level and the position you are offered, but we assure you that you will not find better rates elsewhere and accomodation - as well as free language lessons - will be provided. Our service is expensive because it is the best, and if you can provide the best for our clients, you will be handsomely rewarded.

As an international draw, we are always looking to provide the best for our international clients. At the moment, we are looking to add to our growing repetoire of satellite feeds from around the world. While we have many major sporting events already, as well as multinational cinema, we are looking to sign up services such as top-level football leagues and other sporting events, national news services and national entertainment and film channels to add to our catalogue.
