Sir Alistair Davidson has decided to make a state visit to Praetonia to formalize an agreement to eliminate several Praetonian bases situated within BL.
"With this agreement, the People's Sovereign Republic will take a great step forward," the PM announced as he left for Praetonia. "We will have cleared a major hurdle. I have great expectations for this visit."
The proclamation was met with great exuberance from the Londinian people.
Ever since the First Londinian War, Praetonia has been met with scorn and contempt from Londinians. But upon hearing of a possible withdrawal, many are recanting their negative opinions.
"There's this innate feeling that Praetonians view this nation as a second-rate one," explained Severus Septimus, a professor of political science at the Royal University at Kensington. "But, it seems, they're finally showing some recognition of the concerns of this nation."
The meeting between Praetonian leaders and Sir Alistair is scheduled for Tuesday.
