OOC: To get the ball rolling and this war over so I can start doing some other RP without worrying about enemy troops attacking me, I'm going to propose the peace

The Vetalian-ADAN Peace Agreement

In order to bring an end to the hostilities between the two factions involved in our conflict with The PeoplesFreedom, we propose the following agreement to end this conflict and move forward:

1. Upon ratification, the ADAN will cease its mobilization and declaration of war against Vetalia. This does not apply to peacetime military expansion, only the mobilization in the context of this war. Vetalia will also cease its mobilization in this conflict.

2. Vetalia and TPF will negotiate their peace agreement separately from this agreement when TPF is available to do so. This is due to the fact that this conflict is first and foremost between us and there are specific terms that do not involve ADAN.

Further negotiations will continue from this point, as this is only a preliminary framework.

"These terms seem both fit and fair. As founder of the ADAN, I will agree to the proposal of Peace. The only term that would be questionable would be the de-mobilization. This mobilization of the ADAN was presented to help better the military of the nations whom are members of the ADAN. It was a step to better build a stronger defense and a better offense. However, I accept the other terms."

"We will reform the treaty to emphasize only mobilization in the context of total war; nations will be more than permitted to expand their armed forces for strategic purposes but both sides will end their military preparations against each other. Effectively, mobilization in the context of the Vetalia-ADAN conflict will be ended."

We hereby sign this treaty, as amended above. And it is our hope that this peace is a lasting one.

[Tab]The Respected People's Republic of Hurtful Thoughts would rather have the treaty encompass all ADAN members, including TPF, thus, we shall not sign this "peace treaty". We also choose to see this as merely a temporary cease fire, and thus, if the talks between The People's Freedom and Vetalia break down, then we Hurtians would consider the ceasation of hostilities null and void, and would recommence our assault immediately upon notification.
