The nation of Siesdaros has very limited weapon supply due to lack of metal mines. However we are rich with oil. We will provide the outskirts of our towns to a nation that supplies us with weapons. We have a large nation and almost 80% of it has oil beneath the earth. We ask for weapons to come to us, and we will supply any agreeing nation with lots of oil mines.

Hillian Government Securities and Supply Aquisitions Would like to take you up on your offer. We can give you between ten and twenty million M4A1s left over from when our Armed forces went through a complete upgrade in equpiment. We can also offer you substantial amounts of other weapons, from small arms to naval vessels, in return for your land. Should you accept we would of course require that we be able to have garrisions at every Hillian post. These garrisons would be there to protect the Hillian post should anything happen but should you fall under attack by another nation just contact the COs at the stations closest to the invasion(s) and the troops would be glad to aid in your defense. Hopefully this will be the start of a beautiful friendship.

We will accept the offer of the hillian government. We will supply you with around 500 oil drills. The rest we will keep to produce our own oil. In turn for the first 2 weeks we want around 500 assault rifles and about 30 small battleships.

We will accept the offer of the hillian government. We will supply you with around 500 oil drills. The rest we will keep to produce our own oil. In turn for the first 2 weeks we want around 500 assault rifles and about 30 small battleships.

That is easily accepted, however, we suggest that you balance out the naval forces. One must remember to get cruisers, destroyers, submarines, etc. Also, we have a large number of XM8 Assult Rifles in addition to the older M4A1s, would you prefer those?

We will recieve the newer assault rifles. I wish to keep my order about 30 small battleships. However we wish to add on to it with order of 1 large battleship which will be flagged as our flagship.

Okay, the ships are on their way along with the garrisons and the crew to maintain the oil wells.

Then going farther inwards about 200 miles you will see more oil wells, Just not many. theres about 400 in this region and 600 in the other region (You can just draw 1 well to represent 100 or something) then in about 20 miles you meet the other border of siesdaros. (Your wells are in the larger region) The nation is longer then it is wide.:D Well there's your OIL description. Also if you want you can put the capital "Nero" In the center of the map if you want

Okay, does this wall go all around the nation or what? and also at what points are you coastal? (North South East West?)

The wall goes all the way around the nation accept to the east which is our entrance into the Pacific Ocean.

Okay, last two major things for now, first of all are you sure you wish to give me that much oil? I actually will be more than satisfied with 100 oil wells...

Second, and mountains, valleys, rivers, lakes, and so on in your nation?

Your weapons are being shipped... be sure to check back for new weapons often.

Yeah i guess i shouldn't give you that much oil. I'll give you like 150 oil wells. Put rivers and lakes in randomly and put several mountains in the central most part and make one in the first oil field called Mt. Aris and valleys can be random too accept one valley called Retheroi(only name this and mt. aris you don't have name all of them) which can be place randomly as well.

I can try and make one for you.

BTW I lowered my Oil well count to 100 instead of 150, makes it easier with the map legend...
